Abstract
本发明提供一种肉鸡饲料,以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉40‑70份、花生粕20‑40份、腐叶土4‑10份、蒲公英5‑15份、连翘3‑8份、陈皮5‑10份、大蒜粉1‑5份、干酵母2‑6份、杜仲3‑8份、松针粉5‑10份;所述的鸡饲料的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:(1)按配方比例将小麦次粉、花生粕、腐叶土混合后粉碎过60‑100目筛;(2)按配方比例将蒲公英、连翘、陈皮、杜仲、松针粉混合粉碎过200目筛;(3)将上述两步骤中粉碎的细粉加入大蒜粉、干酵母混合均匀;本发明的鸡饲料,安全无毒害,能明显改善鸡的肉质,增加其鲜美程度,使其口感好,同时能提高鸡的体重和免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸡饲料,特别涉及一种用于肉鸡的鸡饲料。
背景技术
我国是一个鸡肉消费大国,只依靠散养鸡已远远满足不了需求,随着家禽养殖业的发展,人们食用笼养鸡已经非常普遍;但笼养鸡因为活动空间及饲料、生长周期等原因,其肉质鲜美程度远远低于自然放养的鸡;随着养殖业的发展,饲料的应用越来越广泛,现有的常规饲料很多含有激素类添加剂以促进畜禽生长,增加体重方面作用显著,但是激素容易在畜禽体内残留,人食用后会造成不良影响, 给人类的健康带来损害;而抗生素类添加剂能够提高畜禽免疫力,增强体质, 减少病害,但长期使用容易造成耐药性,且副作用大;使用常规饲料添加剂喂养的畜禽,虽然在短期内能够迅速生长,增加养殖户的经济效益,但是,此种 畜禽的肉质不好,口感差;怎样将肉鸡的饲料进行调整,使肉鸡的味道和土鸡相似,是目前需要解决的一个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种肉鸡饲料,本发明的鸡饲料,安全无毒害,能明显改善鸡的肉质,增加其鲜美程度,使其口感好,同时能提高鸡的体重和免疫力。
本发明的一种肉鸡饲料,在于以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉40-70份、花生粕20-40份、腐叶土4-10份、蒲公英5-15份、连翘3-8份、陈皮5-10份、大蒜粉1-5份、干酵母2-6份、杜仲3-8份、松针粉5-10份。
优选以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉45-60份、花生粕25-35份、腐叶土6-8份、蒲公英8-10份、连翘5-8份、陈皮6-8份、大蒜粉1-3份、干酵母3-5份、杜仲5-8份、松针粉6-8份。
最优选以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉55份、花生粕30份、腐叶土8份、蒲公英9份、连翘7份、陈皮7份、大蒜粉2份、干酵母3份、杜仲7份、松针粉7份。
本发明所述的鸡饲料的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将小麦次粉、花生粕、腐叶土混合后粉碎过60-100目筛;
(2)按配方比例将蒲公英、连翘、陈皮、杜仲、松针粉混合粉碎过200目筛;
(3)将上述两步骤中粉碎的细粉加入大蒜粉、干酵母混合均匀。
本发明中腐叶土是指植物枝叶在土壤中经过微生物分解发酵后形成的营养土,优选菜园或果园土壤表面的腐叶土,将在常温下将其去湿干燥晒干后即得;农家土鸡由于啄食草类、腐叶、昆虫、蚯蚓、酵母菌和沙粒等,摄入营养非常丰富,极大地改善了鸡的肉质及其风味;腐叶土中含有很多这种物质,养殖鸡食用后,其肉品质和口感均与天然放养鸡一样,而且所产的蛋,蛋黄呈鲜黄或桔黄色,蛋清浓厚,鸡的消化功能和防病抗病能力得以显著提高,饲养成本明显下降;构成鸡肉香味的主要成分物质在鸡的配合饲料和一般饲料中较为缺乏,而在大蒜中含量比较丰富,所以在鸡的日粮中添加大蒜或大蒜粉,可使鸡肉变得更为浓香;蒲公英为营养丰富药用价值很高的野菜,实践证明,用蒲公英饲喂肉仔鸡,肉仔鸡不仅喜食,采食量增多增重快,其肉香味与天然放养鸡的肉香味一样,还可以增强笼养鸡的抗病能力;杜仲可以减少鸡不必要的脂肪和胆固醇,促进消化,加速新陈代谢,增加新的蛋白质,促进鸡肉的紧度,吃起来味道鲜美;连翘清热解毒、抗菌消炎,松针可以祛风活血,明目,安神,解毒,止痒,除口臭,去口干舌燥,用作饲料添加剂或直接饲喂,不仅能节省饲料,降低生产成本,而且对促进畜禽生长发育、增强抗病力和提高生殖功能等具有明显的促进作用。
本发明的鸡饲料,取材安全无毒害,制备简单,成本低廉,容易推广,能明显改善鸡的肉质,增加其鲜美程度,使其口感好,而且同时能提高鸡的体重和免疫力。

下面将结合实例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉55份、花生粕30份、腐叶土8份、蒲公英9份、连翘7份、陈皮7份、大蒜粉2份、干酵母3份、杜仲7份、松针粉7份。
实施例2
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉40份、花生粕20份、腐叶土4份、蒲公英5份、连翘3份、陈皮5份、大蒜粉1份、干酵母2份、杜仲3份、松针粉5份。
实施例3
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉70份、花生粕40份、腐叶土10份、蒲公英15份、连翘8份、陈皮10份、大蒜粉5份、干酵母6份、杜仲8份、松针粉10份。
实施例4
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉40份、花生粕40份、腐叶土4份、蒲公英15份、连翘3份、陈皮10份、大蒜粉1份、干酵母6份、杜仲3份、松针粉10份。
实施例5
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉70份、花生粕20份、腐叶土10份、蒲公英5份、连翘8份、陈皮5份、大蒜粉5份、干酵母2份、杜仲8份、松针粉50份。
实施例6
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉45-60份、花生粕25-35份、腐叶土6-8份、蒲公英8-10份、连翘5-8份、陈皮6-8份、大蒜粉1-3份、干酵母3-5份、杜仲5-8份、松针粉6-8份。
实施例7
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉45份、花生粕25份、腐叶土6份、蒲公英10份、连翘5份、陈皮8份、大蒜粉1份、干酵母5份、杜仲5份、松针粉8份。
实施例8
以重量份数计,各原料为:小麦次粉60份、花生粕25份、腐叶土8份、蒲公英8份、连翘8份、陈皮6份、大蒜粉3份、干酵母3份、杜仲8份、松针粉6份。
实施例1至8的制备方法是依次经过如下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将小麦次粉、花生粕、腐叶土混合后粉碎过60-100目筛;
(2)按配方比例将蒲公英、连翘、陈皮、杜仲、松针粉混合粉碎过200目筛;
(3)将上述两步骤中粉碎的细粉加入大蒜粉、干酵母混合均匀。
对比实验:
选取养鸡场健康的30日龄鸡1800只,共分为9个组,每组200只,其中对照组采用普通鸡饲料喂养 60 天,实验组1-8组分别采用实施例1-8制得的鸡饲料喂养 60 天,其它条件对比组和实验组均相同;结果见表1。

将每组鸡随机各取出10只,进行屠宰烹调,所有条件均相同,选取100名志愿者进行口感测评,结果见表2。

1.一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉40-70份、花生粕20-40份、腐叶土4-10份、蒲公英5-15份、连翘3-8份、陈皮5-10份、大蒜粉1-5份、干酵母2-6份、杜仲3-8份、松针粉5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的肉鸡饲料,其特征是以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉45-60份、花生粕25-35份、腐叶土6-8份、蒲公英8-10份、连翘5-8份、陈皮6-8份、大蒜粉1-3份、干酵母3-5份、杜仲5-8份、松针粉6-8份。
3.如权利要求2所述的肉鸡饲料,其特征是以重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:小麦次粉55份、花生粕30份、腐叶土8份、蒲公英9份、连翘7份、陈皮7份、大蒜粉2份、干酵母3份、杜仲7份、松针粉7份。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征是依次包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将小麦次粉、花生粕、腐叶土混合后粉碎过60-100目筛;
(2)按配方比例将蒲公英、连翘、陈皮、杜仲、松针粉混合粉碎过200目筛;
(3)将上述两步骤中粉碎的细粉加入大蒜粉、干酵母混合均匀。
