To better understand the embodiment of the present invention, the following exemplary application scenarios are illustrated:
referring to fig. 5, in a case that a connection relationship between a terminal and an external device is established, the terminal first identifies a type of the external device and an existing function key of the external device, and if the current terminal identifies that the external device is a wired headset and a currently running application is an audio application, the terminal adjusts a volume adjustment key in the terminal, which is the same as the headset, to an audio switching key of the current audio application according to an existing volume adjustment key in the wired headset, as shown in fig. 5, when an entity key on the upper right side of the terminal is touched, since the entity key is the audio switching key at this time, the terminal can be switched to other audio by touching the key.
Referring to fig. 6, under the condition that the terminal and the external device establish a connection relationship, the terminal first identifies the type of the external device and the existing function keys of the external device, and if the current terminal identifies that the external device is a bluetooth headset (not shown) and the currently running application is a video application, the volume adjustment key in the terminal, which is the same as the volume adjustment key of the headset, is adjusted to be the video switching key of the current video application according to the existing volume adjustment key in the bluetooth headset, as shown in fig. 6, when the entity key on the upper right side of the terminal is touched, since the entity key is the video switching key at this time, the key is touched, and then the video can be switched to other videos.
The key using method provided by the embodiment includes the steps of firstly establishing a connection relation between a terminal and an external device, then identifying the type of the external device and the existing function keys of the external device, determining the entity keys with the same functions as the existing function keys of the external device in the entity keys of the terminal, and finally mapping the determined entity keys in the terminal into preset function keys according to the type of the external device, so that the existing entity keys of the terminal are multiplexed to form more functions under the condition that the terminal is connected with the external device, and the flexibility of key use is improved.
Further, a second embodiment of the key usage method of the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment.
The second embodiment of the key using method is different from the first embodiment of the key using method in that, referring to fig. 7, after the step S42, the method further includes:
step S50, when a function key adjustment instruction is received, popping up a function key adjustment interface;
step S60, displaying each function key related to the application in the function key adjusting interface;
and step S70, when the selected function key is received based on the function key adjusting interface, adjusting the function key mapped by the terminal entity key to the selected function key so as to realize the adjustment of the function key.
In this embodiment, in the case of starting the application, after mapping the entity key determined in the terminal to the preset function key in the application, if the user wants to adjust the function of the entity key of the terminal, a function key adjustment instruction may be input to adjust the function of the entity key. The triggering mode of the function key adjusting instruction comprises the following steps:

Further, when the external device is an earphone and the application is started, when the key application program is executed by the processor, the step of mapping the determined entity key in the terminal to the preset function key in the application is also realized:
if the started application is a video application, mapping the entity key determined in the terminal into a video switching key in the video application under the condition of starting the video application;
and if the started application is an audio application, mapping the entity key determined in the terminal into an audio switching key in the audio application under the condition of starting the audio application.
Further, the preset function key includes: the function key set in advance in the application, the function key with the highest priority or the function key with the highest use frequency.

determining entity keys with the same functions as the existing function keys of the external equipment in the entity keys of the terminal;
and mapping the determined entity key in the terminal into a preset function key according to the type of the external equipment.
2. The method for using keys according to claim 1, wherein the step of mapping the determined physical keys in the terminal to preset function keys according to the type of the external device comprises:
determining an application to be run by the terminal according to the type of the external equipment;
and under the condition of starting the application, mapping the determined entity key in the terminal into a preset function key in the application.
3. The method for using keys according to claim 2, wherein when the external device is an earphone, the step of mapping the determined physical keys in the terminal to the preset function keys in the application when the application is started comprises:
if the started application is a video application, mapping the entity key determined in the terminal into a video switching key in the video application under the condition of starting the video application;
and if the started application is an audio application, mapping the entity key determined in the terminal into an audio switching key in the audio application under the condition of starting the audio application.
4. The method for using a keypad according to claim 2, wherein the preset function keypad comprises: the function key set in advance in the application, the function key with the highest priority or the function key with the highest use frequency.
5. The key using method of claim 2, wherein after the step of mapping the determined entity key in the terminal to the preset function key in the application, the method further comprises:
popping up a function key adjustment interface when a function key adjustment instruction is received;
displaying each function key related to the application in the function key adjusting interface;
and when the selected function key is received based on the function key adjusting interface, adjusting the function key mapped by the terminal entity key into the selected function key so as to realize the adjustment of the function key.
6. The method for using keys as claimed in claim 5, wherein the receiving manner of the function key adjustment command comprises:
under the condition that a relationship is established between the terminal and the external equipment, the terminal suspends a function key adjustment control on a display interface, and when a user is detected to touch the function key adjustment control, a function key adjustment instruction is determined to be received;
or when the long-press operation is detected in the area where the entity key of the terminal is located, determining that the function key adjustment instruction is received.
7. The method for using a key set according to claim 1, wherein after the step of mapping the determined physical key set in the terminal to the preset function key set according to the type of the external device, the method further comprises:
and when the terminal is disconnected with the external equipment, resetting the entity key mapped into the preset function key in the terminal.
