The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention relates to a user side photo album management system based on a cloud computing technology, which needs to install application software in user side equipment, wherein the application software at least comprises the following seven mutually associated and indispensable functional modules; or using a web browser in web browser software or application software, reading system files and data from the cloud server and displaying an operation interface at a user side, wherein the system files and the data also at least comprise the following seven mutually associated and indispensable functional modules:
referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention provides a user side album management system based on a cloud computing technology, including: the system comprises a local photo reading and selecting module 1, a single photo editing module 2, a theme photo album editing module 3, a single photo consulting module 4, a theme photo album consulting module 5, a cloud photo library management module 6 and a theme photo album management module 7.
The local photo reading and selecting module 1 is used for reading photos and/or video files stored in the storage unit 9 of the user side equipment 10 and displaying thumbnails of the photos and/or video files in an array manner; the local photo reading and selecting module 1 is further configured to select one or more photo and/or video files and upload the selected photo and/or video files to the cloud server 8. The local photo reading and selecting module 1 comprises a file arrangement display unit and a file selection operation unit. As shown in fig. 5, the file arrangement display unit is configured to display thumbnails of photos and/or video files read from the user terminal device in an arrangement manner in the file display area, and is further configured to add a combination of comments to a clicked photo or video file by clicking a thumbnail of the photo or video file to open a single photo editing module 2. As shown in fig. 6, the file selection operation unit is configured to select one or more photos and/or video files and their associated annotation combinations from the file arrangement display unit, and upload the selected one or more photos and/or video files and their associated annotation combinations to the cloud server 8, or open the theme album editing module 3, and add the one or more selected photos and/or video files and their associated annotation combinations from the file arrangement display unit to the theme album editing module 3, so as to edit and create a new theme album.
The single photo editing module 2 is used for performing one or more annotation information adding operations on a single photo and/or video file in the local photo reading and selecting module 1, wherein the annotation information comprises at least one of a text annotation, an audio annotation and an in-picture label annotation, and each time the single photo editing module 2 completes the annotation information adding operation, a single photo and/or video file is added with an annotation combination; the single photo editing module 2 is further configured to upload a photo or video file and an annotation combination to the cloud server 8, or add the edited annotation combination to the local photo reading module 1 and associate the photo or video file with the edited annotation combination, and the local photo reading module 1 uploads the selected photo and/or video file and the associated annotation combination to the cloud server 8. Only one photo or video file and the corresponding annotation combination can be uploaded at one time through uploading by the single photo editing module 2; the selected multiple photos and/or video files and all the affiliated annotations can be combined together for operation and uploading through the local photo reading and selecting module 1; if the same photo and/or video file backup as the photo and/or video file which is uploaded to the cloud server 8 exists in the cloud server 8, the photo and/or video file is not repeatedly uploaded, and only the newly added annotation combination for the photo and/or video file is uploaded to the cloud server 8 and is associated with the same photo and/or video file in the cloud server 8; a single photo and/or video file and the associated annotation combination, which is all or part of the annotation combination added by the single photo editing module to one or more annotation information adding operations on the same photo or video file (as shown in fig. 2), constitute a single photo data set
As shown in fig. 7, the single photo editing module 2 includes therein a comment editing unit including a text comment editing unit, an audio comment editing unit, and an in-drawing tag comment editing unit. The character annotation editing unit is used for inputting character annotations, and a section of characters can be added in one-time editing; the audio annotation editing unit is used for inputting audio annotations, and a plurality of audios can be added in one-time editing; the in-picture label annotation editing unit is used for adding in-picture label annotations on the picture of the photo or the video, wherein the in-picture label annotations comprise at least one of text label annotations and graphic label annotations, and a plurality of text labels and/or graphic labels can be added in one-time editing. Adding annotation information to a photo or video file by opening a single photo editing module 2 and selecting at least one of a character annotation editing unit, an audio annotation editing unit and an in-picture label editing unit to generate an annotation combination, and uploading and storing all annotation combination data to a cloud server 8; uploading the selected photo or video file with the annotation combination data if the selected photo or video file is still in the client device 10 and not saved to the cloud server 8; only one annotation combination can be added in one editing operation, and one annotation combination can contain a plurality of audios and a plurality of in-graph annotation tags; multiple annotation combinations may be added to a photo or video file at a time. After the single photo editing operation is completed and the annotation combination is added, the theme album editing module 3 can be opened, the previously selected photo or video file and the annotation combination thereof are added, and the theme album is edited.
The theme album editing module 3 is used for combining and editing the plurality of photos and/or video files and the annotations belonging to the photos selected in the local photo reading and selecting module 1 into groups and/or adding description information according to the set theme and generating a theme album; the theme album editing module 3 also adds a new annotation combination or modifies the added annotation combination to the photos and/or the video files through the single photo editing module 2; all the photos and/or video files in the theme album, the description information added by the theme album editing module 3 and the comments added for the photos and/or video files by the single photo editing module 2 are combined together to form a theme album data set; the theme album editing module is further configured to upload the theme album data set to the cloud server 8.
The theme album editing module 3 is further configured to automatically arrange the photos and/or the video files in an order according to a system setting order, wherein the system setting order has three conditions: the time order of capture of the selected photo and/or video files; or when the local photo reading and selecting module 1 is used for selecting, the order of clicking the photos and/or the video files is selected; or when the selection operation is carried out through the cloud photo library management module 6, the order of clicking the photos and/or the video files is selected; the theme album editing module 3 further comprises a file sorting management module, and the file sorting management module is used for manually setting the sequence arrangement of the photos and/or the video files by a user.
The theme album editing module 3 is composed of a cover editing module and a content editing module. As shown in fig. 8 to 9, the cover editing module at least includes the following functional units: a. a cover photo editing unit for selecting one cover photo as a theme album from the added plurality of photos (the first photo is selected by default, and other photos can be manually replaced by a user), b. a title editing unit for inputting a text title for the theme album; c. the system comprises a category label editing unit, a theme album creating unit and a theme album creating unit, wherein the category label editing unit is used for adding a category label to the theme album, the category label is in a text form and is used for describing category characteristics of the theme album so as to perform classified management and search on the theme album; the category label can be selected from a category label option list provided by the system, or can be created and generated by a user and added to the category label option list as an option; a plurality of category labels can be added in a theme album; d. and the theme description editing unit is used for adding description information of the theme album content, the description information comprises at least one of a text description and an audio description, and the text description and/or the audio description are input by a user.
The content editing module is used for displaying a plurality of photos and/or video files added into the theme album editing module 3 and realizing various editing operations, and comprises three functional units: a single photo editing unit, an insertion item editing unit and a photo sorting management unit.
The content editing module provides two editing modes of thumbnail editing and expansion editing. As shown in fig. 8, in the thumbnail editing mode, only thumbnails of respective photos or video files are displayed; clicking on the thumbnail may open a single photo editing module 2 to add a combination of annotations; after the editing is finished, displaying an annotation mark in the photo or video file thumbnail; in the thumbnail edit mode, no textual and/or audio explanatory items may be inserted. As shown in fig. 9, in the development editing mode, editing operations for respective photo and/or video files are performed by a single photo editing unit, and the editing units for respective photos and/or videos are displayed in a row in one continuous overall layout. In the expanded editing mode, textual and/or audio descriptive items may be inserted. When the theme album editing module 3 is opened, displaying a thumbnail editing mode by default; clicking the mode switch key can switch to the expanded editing mode.
The single photo editing unit is an embedded version mode of the single photo editing module 2 and is used for being embedded into the theme album editing module 3 to achieve single-version continuous arrangement and integrated editing operation of a plurality of photo and/or video editing units. The single photo editing unit is constituted by a thumbnail display area and a comment editing area of a photo and/or video file. Clicking a blank area in the annotation editing area or clicking an annotation editing option can add annotation combination for a single photo and/or video file; clicking on the thumbnail opens a single photo editing module 2 to add a combination of comments. After the editing is completed, the added comment content is displayed in the comment editing area.
The insertion item editing unit comprises at least the following three insertion options: a. inserting a text description, wherein a single text is inserted between the photo and the video sequence, and a plurality of sections of text descriptions can be inserted into a theme album;
b. inserting audio description, inserting single audio in the middle of the photo and the video sequence, and inserting a plurality of audio descriptions in a theme album; c. inserting a photo or video, inserting a new photo or video file in the middle of the photo and video sequence; the photo sorting management unit is used for uniformly managing the arrangement sequence of the editing units of a plurality of photo and/or video files and inserted single characters and audio files in two modes of thumbnail editing and expansion editing. The system defaults to automatically sort the file editing units according to the adding order of the file editing units, and the sorting positions can be manually exchanged.
The user opens the theme album editing module 3, can integrate and edit the selected photo and/or video file, and adds description and annotation combination according to the need; if the edition is not finished, the file can be saved as draft for further edition. Clicking a finish key to finish the editing operation of the theme album editing module 3; all the added photos and/or video files, description information and comment combined information are edited through the primary theme album editing module 3, and the combined information is a theme album data set. (as shown in FIG. 2)
After a theme album editing operation is completed, uploading and storing the theme album data set to the cloud server 8; if the selected photo and/or video file is still in the user side equipment 10 and is not stored in the cloud server, uploading the selected photo and/or video file and the theme album data set; meanwhile, synchronously adding the subject album file information to the single photo data set of each photo or video file in the subject album and the annotation combination related to the subject album, and displaying and linking the related subject album when the single photo or video file and the annotation combination information are referred.
The single photo reference module 4 is configured to read a single photo data set from the cloud server 8, and display the photo or video file and the associated annotation combination contained in the single photo data set in the user end device 10; the single photo reference module 4 is also used for linking and viewing related theme albums, wherein the related theme albums are theme albums related to the photos or the video files and/or theme albums related to the annotation combinations to which the related theme albums belong; the single photo consulting module 4 is also used for opening the single photo editing module 2, modifying the annotation combination to which the photo or video file displayed in the single photo consulting module 4 belongs, or adding a new annotation combination to the photo or video file; the single photo reference module 4 is also used for opening the theme album editing module 3 to create a new theme album and adding the displayed single photo and/or video file and the related annotation combination together into the new theme album; and the single photo reference module 4 is also used for sharing the displayed photo and/or video file and the related annotation combination to others.
As shown in fig. 10, the single photograph reference module 4 is constituted by a photograph and video display unit, a comment combination option unit, and a comment combination display unit. The photo and video display unit is used for displaying photo files or playing video files. An annotation combination option unit, configured to provide annotation combination lookup options (such as annotation 1, annotation 2, annotation 3 …) for the photo or video file and the associated annotation combination, where each annotation combination lookup option corresponds to one annotation combination, and only one annotation combination lookup option can be selected for lookup at a time; the annotation combination option element may also include a related subject link key that is clicked to view the related subject album (as shown in fig. 2) by opening the subject album reference module 5. without clicking the annotation combination option, if there is a subject album associated with the photo or video file, the related subject link key is displayed, and clicking the related subject key may directly open the subject album reference module 5, or may display a plurality of subject album reference options related to the photo or video file. When the comment combination option is clicked, displaying the comment information of the comment combination through a comment combination display unit; meanwhile, if the comment combination is associated with the theme album, a related theme link key is displayed, and the theme album reference module 5 can be directly opened by clicking the related theme link key to display a plurality of theme album reference options related to the comment combination. The annotation combination display unit is used for displaying annotation information in the annotation combination corresponding to the annotation combination consulting option clicked by the annotation combination option unit, and only one annotation combination can be consulted and displayed at a time. The text annotation is displayed in the text annotation area, the audio annotation can be played by clicking an audio key, and the in-picture label annotation is displayed in a photo or a video.
The user opens a single photo look-up module 4, can look up the annotation combination of each item to which the photo or video belongs at will, and can look up the related theme album. Clicking on the edit notes key opens the individual photo editing module 2, modifies the selected combination of notes or adds a new combination of notes. Clicking the create subject key can open the subject album editing module 3, add the photo or video file and the selected comment combination therein, and further edit the subject album. And clicking a sharing key to share the photo or video file and the selected annotation combination to others. Clicking the collection key can collect the photo or video file for easy searching.
The single photo reference module 4 is also used for viewing the photo or video file in the local photo reading module 1 and the corresponding annotation combination, and the single photo reference module 4 is also used for opening the single photo editing module 2 to add a new annotation combination to the photo or video file or modify the added annotation combination.
The theme album consulting module 5 is configured to read a theme album data set from the cloud server 8, and integrate and display contents included in the theme album data set in the user side device 10; the theme photo album consulting module 5 is also used for opening the single photo consulting module 4 to look up photos and/or video files and the related annotation combination, and linking and looking up other related theme photo albums; the theme photo album consulting module 5 is also used for opening the theme photo album editing module 3 and modifying the content of the theme photo album displayed in the theme photo album consulting module 5; and the theme photo album consulting module 5 is also used for sharing the displayed theme photo album to others.
The theme album consulting module 5 is further configured to sequentially arrange and display the photos and/or video files in the theme album data set and the related annotation combinations, wherein the sequential arrangement is a photo and/or video arrangement sequence set when the theme album is created and generated through the theme album editing module 3, and the related annotation combinations are annotation combinations added to the photos and/or video files when the theme album is created and generated through the theme album editing module 3; the theme album reference module 5 is also used for opening the single photo reference module 4 by clicking on the arranged and displayed photo or video files, and displaying the photo or video files and the related annotation combination.
The theme album consulting module 5 consists of two sub-modules, namely a cover display module and a content display module; the content display module includes two functional units: a single photo reference unit and a subject specification item display unit. The subject album reference module 5 provides two reference modes of thumbnail reference and expansion reference. As shown in fig. 11, in the thumbnail review mode, only the titles and thumbnails of the photos and/or video files arranged in the order set when editing the subject album are displayed. Clicking the thumbnail of the photo and/or video file can open a single photo reference module 4 and display the annotation combination related to the subject album; the annotation combination option may also be clicked on to view other annotation combinations to which the photograph or video belongs, and may link to view other theme albums related to the photograph or video and its annotation combinations.
As shown in fig. 12, in the development review mode, all items of jacket content are displayed by the jacket display module, and the photos and/or videos contained in the theme album and the respective theme explanatory items inserted therein are displayed by the content display module in the order set when the theme album is edited. In the content display module, individual photos or video files and their annotation combinations are displayed by a single photo reference unit, and inserted text or audio explanatory items are displayed by a subject explanatory item display unit. And expanding the reference mode to display the contents in a continuous overall layout in a column manner. When the theme photo album reference module 5 is opened, the expanded reference mode is displayed by default, and the mode switching key is clicked to switch to the thumbnail reference mode.
The cover display module at least comprises the following functional units: a. a title display unit for displaying the title of the theme album; b. the category label display unit is used for displaying one or more theme album category labels; c. and the theme description display unit is used for displaying the text description and/or the audio description, displaying the audio description as an audio icon, and clicking the audio icon to play audio.
The single photo reference unit is an embedded version mode of the single photo reference module 4 and is embedded into the subject album reference module 5 to realize single-version continuous arrangement and integrated display of a plurality of photo and/or video editing units in the expansion reference mode; displaying the photos and/or video files in the theme album and the related annotation combination information through a single photo reference unit; clicking a photo or video file, opening a single photo reference module 4, and displaying a single photo or video and the related annotation combination of the photo or video and the theme photo album; the comment combination option may also be clicked on to view all other comment combinations to which the photograph or video belongs, and may link to view other theme albums related to the photograph or video and its comment combinations (as shown in FIG. 2.)
The theme description item display unit is used for displaying a separate text description item and an audio description item which are inserted in the middle of the photo and the video sequence. The text description item displays text; the audio explanation item displays an audio key, and the audio can be played by clicking.
The user opens the theme photo album viewing module 5, can view each item of content in detail through the expanded version mode, and can also switch to the contracted version mode for quick browsing. The theme album editing module 3 can be opened by clicking a theme editing key to edit and modify the content of the theme album; and clicking a sharing key to share the theme photo album to others. Clicking on the favorites button can collect the theme album for easy lookup.
The cloud photo library management module 6 is configured to read all single photo data sets stored in the cloud server 8, and provide arrangement display and classification management of thumbnails of photos and/or video files in all single photo data sets in the user end device 10; the cloud photo library management module 6 is also used for opening the single photo reference module 4 by clicking the thumbnail of the photo or video file, and viewing the photo or video file and the corresponding annotation combination; the cloud photo library management module 6 is further configured to open the theme album editing module 3 to create a new theme album after one or more items of thumbnails of the arranged and displayed photos and/or video files are selected, and add the photo and/or video file corresponding to the selected thumbnail and the annotation combination to which the photo and/or video file belongs to the new theme album; and the cloud photo library management module 6 is also used for sharing the photo and/or video file corresponding to the thumbnail of the photo and/or video file and the corresponding annotation combination to others.
As shown in fig. 13, the cloud photo library management module 6 is constituted by a file sort option unit, a file arrangement display unit, and a file selection operation unit.
The file classification option unit is used for classifying the photos and the video files from the cloud server so as to be convenient for the user to consult. The photo classification management unit comprises the following two-stage classification option operation bars:
the first level is a file type option bar, and the photo and video files are classified according to the file types; the classification options include: at least one of a full, photo, video, self-timer, panoramic photo, delayed photo, slow motion, continuous photo, motion picture, screen shot, and downloaded file; the system defaults to display all, and other options can be switched.
The second level is a file attribute option column which is used for classifying the photo and/or video files according to different attributes and characteristic information, and the file attribute option comprises at least one of a time attribute, a place attribute, a person attribute and a scene attribute; the time attribute is used for arranging according to the creation time sequence of the photos and/or the video files, the system defaults to display the time attribute, and the other options can be switched; the location attribute is used for classifying according to geographical position information in the photo and/or video file, and displaying the photo and/or video file thumbnail according to the geographical position on the map; the person attributes are used for classifying according to the person characteristic information in the photo and/or video file; scene attributes are used to classify based on scene characteristic information in the photograph and/or video. The attribute options may also include a favorites attribute in which all photos and videos that the user clicks on for a favorite are displayed.
A file arrangement display unit for displaying thumbnails of the photos and/or video files contained in the selected classification option in a file display area and arranging them in a set order; the file arrangement display unit is also used for opening a single photo reference module 4 by clicking a thumbnail of the photo or video file, viewing the photo or video file and the related annotation combination, and viewing the related theme photo album in a linked mode. And the file selection operation unit is used for selecting one or more photo and/or video files and the related annotation combination from the file arrangement display unit, opening the theme album editing module 3, adding the one or more photo and/or video files and the related annotation combination selected from the file arrangement display unit into the theme album editing module 3 to edit and create a new theme album, or sharing the one or more photo and/or video files and the related annotation combination selected from the file arrangement display unit to others.
The theme album management module 7 is configured to read all theme album data sets stored in the cloud server 8, and provide arrangement display and classification management of all theme album thumbnails or theme album cover photo thumbnails in the user side device 10; the theme album management module 7 is also used for opening the theme album reference module 5 to view the theme album by clicking the thumbnail of the theme album; the theme album management module 7 is further configured to share the theme album corresponding to the theme album thumbnail to another person.
As shown in fig. 14, the theme album management module 7 is constituted by a theme classification option unit and a file arrangement display unit. A theme classification option unit, configured to provide a classification option for the theme album, so as to refer to the theme album file read from the cloud server 8 in a classification manner; the classification options of the theme photo album comprise at least one of a time option, a category option, an author phenomenon and a collection, the system defaults to display the time option, and the other options can be switched; displaying all the theme albums read from the cloud server 8 in a time option and arranging according to the creation or release time sequence, classifying according to the category labels of the theme albums in a category option, classifying according to the authors of the theme albums in an author option, and displaying all the theme albums which are clicked by the user for collection in a collection option. A file arrangement display unit for displaying thumbnails of subject albums or thumbnails of cover photographs and titles contained in the selected category options in a file display area and arranging them in a set order; the file arrangement display unit is also used for opening the subject album reference module 5 by clicking the cover photo thumbnail to view the contents of the subject album.
The user side photo album management system based on the cloud computing technology further comprises a search module 11, wherein the search module 11 is used for inputting query information keywords, sending the query information keywords to the cloud server 8 to search photos and/or videos and theme photo albums, and providing file arrangement display and classification management of search results; the search module is also used for opening a single photo reference module 4 by clicking the files displayed in the arrangement, viewing the photo or video files and the corresponding annotation combination, and for opening a theme album reference module 5 by clicking the files displayed in the arrangement, and viewing the content contained in the theme album.
The search module 11 is constituted by an input unit and an information display unit. The input unit is used for inputting query information keywords, then sending the query information keywords to the cloud server, and retrieving and searching according to the information of the photos or the video files and the annotation combination information thereof and various information of the theme photo album; or inputting a plurality of query information keywords and sending the query information keywords to the background for cross comparison and retrieval. Through the input unit, pictures or audio can be input, and the input information is sent to the cloud server for feature comparison and searching. As shown in fig. 15, when the input unit inputs the query information keyword, history search information, recommendation search information, and the like may be provided at the information display unit. As shown in fig. 16, after the input is completed and the search operation is performed, the arrangement display of the photos of the search result, the thumbnail of the video file, and the thumbnail of the subject album file is displayed on the information display unit. Clicking the thumbnail of the photo or the video file, and opening a single photo look-up module 4 for looking up; and clicking the thumbnail of the subject album file, and opening the subject album looking up module 5 for looking up.
As shown in fig. 17, the cloud computing technology-based user side album management system further includes a group sharing album module, where the group sharing album module is configured to read, from the cloud server 8, photos and/or video files shared by group members in a user group commonly established by a plurality of users, and associated annotation combinations and/or theme album files, and provide arrangement display and classification management of thumbnails of all shared files in the user side device 10; the group member users can share their own theme albums to the user group through the theme album look-up module 5 or the theme album management module 7, and also can share their own photos and/or video files and their annotations to the user group through the single photo look-up module 4 or the cloud photo library management module 6, so as to be shared by all group members; the group member user can search the shared file through the group shared album module, the subject album searching module 5 can be opened to search the content contained in the subject album by clicking the thumbnail of the subject album file, and the single photo searching module 4 can be opened to search the single photo or video file and the affiliated annotation combination by clicking the thumbnail of the photo or video file.
As shown in fig. 18, the cloud computing technology-based user side album management system of the present invention further includes a shared photo library management module, which is configured to read, from the cloud server 8, photos and/or video files shared in all user groups in which users participate, and associated annotation combinations, and/or photos and/or video files and associated annotation combinations contained in a shared subject album, and to provide arrangement display and category management of thumbnails of the photos and/or video files in the user side device 10; the shared photo library management module is also used for opening a single photo reference module 4 by clicking a thumbnail of a photo or video file, and viewing the photo or video file and the related annotation combination; the shared photo library management module is also used for opening the theme album editing module 3 to create a new theme album after one or more items of thumbnails of the arranged and displayed photos and/or video files are selected, and adding the photos and/or video files corresponding to the selected thumbnails and the annotation combinations thereof to the new theme album; the shared photo library management module is also used for sharing the photo and/or video file corresponding to the thumbnail of the photo and/or video file and the related annotation combination to others. The photo and video files of the present invention are digital photo and video files that are taken, scanned, or processed by digital devices.
The user end device 10 includes a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart television or a wearable electronic product.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, the interaction method of the user side album management system based on the cloud computing technology according to the present invention includes the following steps:
reading photos and/or video files stored in a storage unit 9 of a user side device 10 through a local photo reading and selecting module 1, and arranging and displaying thumbnails of the photos and/or video files; selecting one or more photo and/or video files and uploading the selected photo and/or video files to the cloud server 8;
the single photo editing module 2 is used for performing one or more annotation information adding operations on a single photo or video file in the local photo reading module, wherein the annotation information comprises at least one of text annotation, audio annotation and in-picture label annotation, and each time the single photo editing module 2 finishes the annotation information adding operation, the photo or video file is added with an annotation combination; the single photo or video file and the corresponding annotation combination form a single photo data set, and the corresponding annotation combination is all annotation combinations or part of annotation combinations added by one or more annotation information adding operations on the same photo or video file through the single photo editing module 2.
A plurality of photos and/or video files selected in the local photo reading and selecting module and the annotations belonging to the photos are combined and edited into a group and/or description information is added through the theme album editing module 3 according to the set theme, and a theme album is generated; the theme album editing module 3 also adds a new annotation combination or modifies the added annotation combination to the photos and/or the video files through the single photo editing module 2; all photos and/or video files in the theme album, the description information added by the theme album editing module 3 and the comments added to the photos and/or video files by the single photo editing module 2 are combined together to form a theme album data set; uploading the theme album data set to a cloud server 8 through a theme album editing module 3;
reading a single photo data set from the cloud server 8 through the single photo reference module 4, and displaying photos and/or video files and the related annotation combination contained in the single photo data set in the user terminal device 10;
reading a theme album data set from a cloud server 8 through a theme album consulting module 5, and integrating and displaying contents contained in the theme album data set on user side equipment 10;
reading all single photo data sets stored in the cloud server 8 through the cloud photo library management module 6, and providing arrangement display and classification management of thumbnails of photos and/or video files in all the single photo data sets in the user terminal device 10;
all theme album data sets stored in the cloud server 8 are read through the theme album management module 7, and arrangement display and classification management of all theme album thumbnails or theme album cover photo thumbnails are provided in the user side device 10.
The interaction method further comprises the steps of:
the photo or video file and the annotation combination are uploaded to the cloud server 8 through the single photo editing module 2, or the annotation combination is added to the local photo reading and selecting module 1 and is associated with the photo or video file, and the selected photo and/or video file and the associated annotation combination are uploaded to the cloud server 8 through the local photo reading and selecting module 1; if the same file backup as the uploaded photo and/or video file is executed in the cloud server 8, the photo and/or video file is not repeatedly uploaded, and only the newly added annotation combination for the photo and/or video file is uploaded to the cloud server 8 and is associated with the same photo and/or video file in the cloud server 8.

The interaction method further comprises a theme album consulting process, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, and comprises the following steps:
step one, opening the theme album management module 7, reading theme album files from a cloud server 8, and checking the theme album files in a classified manner;
secondly, clicking a theme album file, opening the theme album look-up module 5 and checking the content of the theme album;
thirdly, sharing the searched theme photo album file to others, or clicking a single photo and/or video file in the theme photo album, opening a single photo searching module 4, and checking the photo or video file and the annotation combination thereof;
and fourthly, sharing the viewed photo and/or video file and the annotation combination to others.
The cloud photo album tool effectively solves the defect and problem that the conventional cloud photo album tool lacks a systematic annotation function, realizes modular annotation and systematic management of photos and video files, and quickly and accurately retrieves and searches a large number of photos and video files stored in the cloud, fully meets the annotation and storage requirements of users on the shot photos and videos, and enables the users to record life and memory more completely, and to look up and share with relatives and friends more conveniently and more delicately.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the embodiments thereof as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. 1. the single photo editing module is used for performing one or more annotation information adding operations on a single photo or video file in the local photo reading and selecting module, wherein the annotation information comprises at least one of a text annotation, an audio annotation and an in-picture label annotation, and each time the single photo editing module completes the annotation information adding operation, the photo or video file is added with an annotation combination; the single photo editing module is further configured to upload the photo or video file and the annotation combination to a cloud server, or to add the edited annotation combination to the local photo reading module and associate the photo or video file with the local photo reading module, and the local photo reading module uploads the selected photo and/or video file and the associated annotation combination to a cloud server; if the same photo and/or video file backup as the photo and/or video file of the cloud server is executed and uploaded in the cloud server, the photo and/or video file is not repeatedly uploaded, and only the annotation combination newly added for the photo and/or video file is executed and uploaded in the cloud server and is associated with the same photo and/or video file in the cloud server; a single photo or video file and the associated annotations form a single photo data set;
the theme photo album editing module is used for combining and editing the plurality of photos and/or video files selected in the local photo reading module and the annotations to which the photos belong into groups and/or adding description information according to a set theme and generating a theme photo album; the theme album editing module is also used for adding a new annotation combination to the photo and/or video file or modifying the added annotation combination through the single photo editing module; all the photos and/or video files in the theme album, the descriptive description information added by the theme album editing module and the comments added for the photos and/or video files by the single photo editing module are combined together to form a theme album data set; the theme album editing module is also used for uploading the theme album data set to a cloud server;
the single photo reference module is used for reading the single photo data set from a cloud server and displaying the photo or video file contained in the single photo data set and the annotation combination contained in the single photo data set in the user terminal equipment; the single photo reference module is also used for linking and viewing related subject albums, and the related subject albums are subject albums related to the photos or the video files and/or subject albums related to the affiliated annotation combination; the single photo consulting module is also used for opening the single photo editing module, modifying the annotation combination to which the photo or video file displayed in the single photo consulting module belongs, or adding a new annotation combination to the photo or video file; the single photo reference module is also used for opening the theme album editing module to create a new theme album and adding the photo or video file displayed in the single photo reference module and the related annotation combination together into the new theme album; the single photo look-up module is also used for sharing the displayed photo or video file and the annotation combination to others;
the theme album consulting module is used for reading the theme album data set from a cloud server and integrally displaying the content contained in the theme album data set in the user side equipment; the theme photo album consulting module is also used for opening the single photo consulting module to look up each photo or video file in the theme photo album and the corresponding annotation combination, and linking and looking up the related theme photo album; the theme photo album consulting module is also used for opening the theme photo album editing module and modifying the theme photo album content displayed in the theme photo album consulting module; the theme photo album searching module is also used for sharing the displayed theme photo album to others;
the cloud photo library management module is used for reading all the single photo data sets stored in the cloud server and providing arrangement display and classification management of thumbnails of photos and/or video files in all the single photo data sets in the user terminal equipment; the cloud photo library management module is also used for opening the single photo reference module by clicking the thumbnail of the photo or video file to view the photo or video file and the annotation combination; the cloud photo library management module is further used for opening the theme album editing module to create a new theme album after one or more items of thumbnails of the arranged and displayed photos and/or video files are selected, and adding the photos and/or video files corresponding to the selected thumbnails and the annotation combinations to which the photos and/or video files belong to the new theme album; the cloud photo library management module is also used for combining the photo and/or video file corresponding to the thumbnail of the photo and/or video file and the related annotation to share the photo and/or video file and the related annotation to other people;
the theme album management module is used for reading all the theme album data sets stored in the cloud server and providing arrangement display and classification management of thumbnails of all the theme albums in the user side equipment; the theme album management module is also used for opening the theme album consulting module to look up the theme album by clicking the thumbnail of the theme album; the theme photo album management module is further used for sharing the theme photo album corresponding to the thumbnail of the theme photo album to others.
2. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the local photo reading and selecting module comprises:
the file arrangement display unit is used for arranging and displaying the thumbnails of the photos and/or the video files read from the user terminal equipment in a file display area, and is also used for opening the single photo editing module by clicking the thumbnails of the photos or the video files and adding the annotation combination to the selected photos or the video files;
and the file selection operation unit is used for selecting one or more photos and/or video files and the corresponding annotation combinations from the file arrangement display unit, uploading the photos and/or video files and the corresponding annotation combinations to a cloud server, or opening the theme album editing module, and adding the one or more photos and/or video files and the corresponding annotation combinations selected from the file arrangement display unit to the theme album editing module to edit and create a new theme album.
3. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein a comment editing unit is included in the single photo editing module, the comment editing unit including:
the text annotation editing unit is used for inputting the text annotation;
an audio annotation editing unit for inputting the audio annotation;
an intra-map label annotation editing unit configured to add the intra-map label annotation to an image of a photograph or a video, the intra-map label including at least one of a text label and a graphic label;
at least one of the text annotation editing unit, the audio annotation editing unit and the in-graph label annotation editing unit is used for adding the annotation information to the photo or video file to generate the annotation combination.

The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the theme album editing module is configured to automatically arrange the photos and/or video files in order according to a system-set order, the system-set order being a shooting time order of the selected photos and/or video files, or a clicking order of the photos and/or video files when a selection operation is performed by the local photo reading and selecting module, or a clicking order of the photos and/or video files when a selection operation is performed by the cloud photo management module; the theme album editing module further comprises a file sorting management module, and the file sorting management module is used for manually setting the sequence arrangement of the photos and/or the video files by a user.
5. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the theme album editing module further comprises:
the title editing unit is used for inputting a text title for the theme album;
the category label editing unit is used for adding a category label to the theme album, wherein the category label is used for describing the category characteristics of the theme album in a text form so as to perform classified management and search on the theme album;
and the theme description editing unit is used for adding description information of the theme album content, and the description information comprises at least one of character description information and audio description information.
6. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the single photo reference module comprises:
the photo and video display unit is used for displaying the photo file or playing the video file;
an annotation combination option unit, configured to provide an annotation combination lookup option for the photo or video file and the associated annotation combination to select the annotation combination to be looked up, where each annotation combination lookup option corresponds to one annotation combination, and only one annotation combination lookup option can be selected for lookup at a time; the comment combination option unit also comprises a related subject album link key, and the related subject album link key is used for viewing the related subject album by opening the subject album look-up module;
an annotation combination display unit for displaying the annotation information in the annotation combination corresponding to the annotation combination reference option selected by the annotation combination option unit; the text annotation is displayed in a text annotation area, the audio annotation can be played by clicking an audio key, and the in-picture label annotation is displayed in a photo or a video.

The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the single photo reference module is further configured to view the photo or video file and the corresponding annotation combination in the local photo reading module, and the single photo reference module is further configured to open the single photo editing module to add a new annotation combination to the photo or video file or modify the added annotation combination.

The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the subject album reference module is configured to arrange and display the photo and/or video files in the subject album data set and the related annotation combination, the order is the order of arranging the photo and/or video files set when the subject album is created and generated by the subject album editing module, and the related annotation combination is an annotation combination added to the photo and/or video files when the subject album is created and generated by the subject album editing module; the theme photo album consulting module is also used for opening the single photo consulting module by clicking the arranged and displayed photos or video files to look up the photo or video files and the related annotation combination.
9. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the subject album referring module further comprises:
the title display unit is used for displaying the title of the theme album;
a category label display unit, which is used for displaying one or more theme album category labels;
and the theme description display unit is used for displaying the text description and/or the audio description, the audio description is displayed as an audio icon, and the audio icon is clicked to play audio.
10. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the cloud photo library management module includes:
the file classification option unit is used for providing a classification option of the photo and/or video file so as to classify and look up the photo and/or video file read from the cloud server;
a file arrangement display unit for displaying thumbnails of the photos and/or video files contained in the selected sorting option in a file display area and arranging them in a set order; the file arrangement display unit is also used for opening the single photo reference module by clicking the thumbnail of the photo or video file, viewing the photo or video file and the annotation combination to which the photo or video file belongs, and viewing the related theme photo album in a linked manner;
and the file selection operation unit is used for selecting one or more photo and/or video files and the corresponding annotation combination from the file arrangement display unit, opening the theme album editing module, adding the one or more photo and/or video files and the corresponding annotation combination selected from the file arrangement display unit into the theme album editing module to edit and create a new theme album, or sharing the one or more photo and/or video files and the corresponding annotation combination selected from the file arrangement display unit to others.
11. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 9, wherein the file classification option unit includes:
a file type option unit for classifying the photo and/or video files according to file types, wherein the file type options include at least one of all, photo, video, self-portrait, panoramic photo, delayed photo, slow motion, continuous photo, moving picture, screen snapshot and downloaded files;
the file attribute option unit is used for classifying the photo and/or video files according to different attributes and characteristic information, the file attribute option comprises at least one of a time attribute, a place attribute, a person attribute and a scene attribute, the time attribute is used for being arranged according to the creation time of the photo and/or video files in sequence, the place attribute is used for being classified according to the geographic position information in the photo and/or video files and displaying thumbnails of the photo and/or video files according to the geographic positions on a map, the person attribute is used for being classified according to the person characteristic information in the photo and/or video files, and the scene attribute is used for being classified according to the scene characteristic information in the photo and/or video files.
12. The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the theme album management module includes:
the theme classification option unit is used for providing classification options of the theme photo album so as to look up the theme photo album files read from the cloud server in a classification manner;
the classification options of the theme photo album comprise at least one of a time option, a category option and an author option, wherein the time option is used for displaying all theme photo albums read from a cloud server and is arranged according to a creation or release time sequence, the category option is used for classifying according to category labels of the theme photo albums, and the author option is used for classifying according to authors of the theme photo albums;
a file arrangement display unit for displaying the thumbnail and title of the cover photograph of the subject album contained in the selected category option in a file display area and arranging them in a set order; the file arrangement display unit is also used for opening the theme album look-up module by clicking the cover photo thumbnail to check various contents of the theme album.

The cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the cloud computing technology-based album management system further comprises a search module, the search module is configured to input a query information keyword, send the query information keyword to a cloud server to search the photo and/or video file and the theme album, and provide file arrangement display and classification management of search results; the search module is also used for opening the single photo reference module by clicking the arranged and displayed file, viewing the photo or video file and the related annotation combination, and opening the theme album reference module by clicking the arranged and displayed file, and viewing the theme album.
14. The cloud computing technology based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the photo and/or video file is a digital photo and/or digital video file captured, scanned or processed by a digital device.
15. The cloud computing technology based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the user side device comprises a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart television or a wearable electronic product.
16. The method for interacting the cloud computing technology-based user side album management system according to claim 1, wherein the method for interacting comprises the following steps:
reading photos and/or video files stored in a storage unit of user side equipment through the local photo reading and selecting module, and arranging and displaying thumbnails of the photos and/or video files; selecting one or more photo and/or video files and uploading the selected photo and/or video files to a cloud server;
performing one or more annotation information adding operations on a single photo or video file in the local photo reading and selecting module through the single photo editing module, wherein the annotation information comprises at least one of a text annotation, an audio annotation and an in-picture label annotation, and the photo or video file is added with an annotation combination every time the single photo editing module completes the annotation information adding operation; a single photo or video file and the related annotations are combined to form a single photo data set;
a plurality of photos and/or video files selected in the local photo reading module and the annotations belonging to the local photo reading module are combined and edited into a group and/or description information is added through the theme photo album editing module according to a set theme, and a theme photo album is generated; the theme album editing module further adds a new combination of annotations or modifies the added combination of annotations to the photo and/or video file through the single photo editing module; all the photos and/or video files in the theme album, the descriptive description information added by the theme album editing module and the comments added for the photos and/or video files by the single photo editing module are combined together to form a theme album data set; uploading the theme album data set to a cloud server through the theme album editing module;
