Abstract

一种具保险装置的LED灯管,其连接一外部电源,其包括导电针组、LED发光组件及保险丝,各导电针组由二根针脚组成,LED发光组件电性连接针脚,各保险丝分别设置于各导电针组,因此装设有保险丝的LED灯管,可防止因灯座与针脚接触不良产生拉弧造成灯头烧毁的现象;电路简单成本低,匹配性好。

技术领域
本发明有关于一种LED灯管,特别是指一种具保险装置的LED灯管。
背景技术
目前市面上贩卖的LED灯管并无搭配保险丝装置,因此在规格电压不稳的灯座上使用时,很容易出现接触不良打火的情况,此时的接触点位置会产生拉弧高温因此会将LED烧毁,当串联中的第一颗LED烧毁时,接续后面的LED皆无法再使用。
是以,如何解决避免LED烧毁导致LED灯管无法再使用之情况,即为相关业者所必须思考的问题所在。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,本发明提供一种具保险装置的LED灯管,其连接一外部电源,其特征在于:二导电针组,其各所述导电针组由二根针脚组成;至少一LED发光组件,其电性连接所述针脚;及复数保险丝,其分别设置于所述导电针组。
在一些实施例中,其中所述LED灯管更包括一供装设所述导电针组、所述保险丝及所述LED发光组件之基座以及一装设于所述基座且遮蔽所述LED发光组件之灯罩。
在一些实施例中,其中所述LED灯管为T型灯管。
在一些实施例中,其中所述T型灯管为T8、T10、T12。
在一些实施例中,更包括一电子整流器,其电性连接各所述导电针组中之各所述针脚。
本发明中的LED灯管主要是将保险丝直接铆在灯管的针脚(为铜材质)上,当灯管在实际使用时如出现接触不良打火时会在接触点位置产生拉弧高温,高温通过针脚将热量传导至保险丝内部的热敏材料,当温度达到材料动作温度时保险丝动作熔断将回路电流切断,避免灯管因持续高温产生安全隐患。

参照图1、图2及图3所示,是本发明LED灯管之立体示意图、LED灯管之电路方块示意图及电子整流器之电路方块示意图。本发明为一种具保险装置的LED灯管,其连接一外部电源(为市电交流电压),LED灯管1主要包括导电针组10、LED发光组件12及保险丝14,其中各导电针组10由二根针脚100组成,LED发光组件12电性连接针脚100,而各保险丝14则分别设置于导电针组10。
其中LED灯管1更包括有基座16及灯罩17,基座16供装设导电针组10、LED发光组件12及保险丝14,而灯罩17则装设于基座16且遮蔽LED发光组件12。
本发明所述的LED灯管为包括T8、T10、T12型号的T型灯管。另外参考图3可知,图中所包括的电子整流器18电性连接各导电针组10中之各针脚100,电子整流器18藉由电容19以限制和稳定电子整流器18输出电压。
本发明中的LED灯管主要是将保险丝14直接铆在LED灯管1的针脚100(为铜材质)上,当LED灯管1在实际使用时如出现接触不良打火时会在接触点位置产生拉弧高温,高温通过针脚100将热量传导至保险丝14内部的热敏材料,当温度达到材料动作温度时保险丝14动作熔断将回路电流切断,避免LED灯管1因持续高温产生安全隐患。

Claims (5)

1.一种具保险装置的LED灯管,其连接一外部电源,其特征在于:
二导电针组,其各所述导电针组由二根针脚组成;
至少一LED发光组件,其电性连接所述针脚;及
复数保险丝,其分别设置于所述导电针组。
2.如权利要求1所述的具保险装置的LED灯管,其特征在于:其中所述LED灯管更包括一供装设所述导电针组、所述保险丝及所述LED发光组件之基座以及一装设于所述基座且遮蔽所述LED发光组件之灯罩。
3.如权利要求1所述的具保险装置的LED灯管,其特征在于:其中所述LED灯管为T型灯管。
4.如权利要求3所述的具保险装置的LED灯管,其特征在于:其中所述T型灯管为T8、T10、T12。
5.如权利要求1所述的具保险装置的LED灯管,其特征在于:更包括一电子整流器,其电性连接各所述导电针组中之各所述针脚。
