Abstract
本发明提出高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,包括带有三个工位的转台,转台上置有两幅下半模,转台中部工位处设有一上模固定板,上模固定板处固定一幅上半模;上模固定板与上模合分机构相连,所述下半模在转台侧部工位处轮换进行初注塑作业,完成初注塑的下半模被转台移至转台中部工位,上模固定板向上移动,使上半模与下半模分离;当作业人员在转台中部的下半模内的初成型塑件内嵌入镶嵌件后,控制上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向下移动,使上半模与下半模闭合,对初成型塑件进行二次注塑使镶嵌件固接于注塑件内,当转台中部工位二次注塑时,另一下半模在转台侧部工位处进行初注塑作业;本产品能大幅提升带金属嵌件注塑件的生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑设备技术领域,尤其是高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具。
背景技术
在电器行业中,由于电器安全规程的要求,常需大批生产带金属嵌件的产品。一般企业都是先制成嵌件,然后将制成的镶嵌件放入注塑模中,用熔融高分子塑料将金属嵌件覆盖住而完成产品的生产。
在有镶嵌塑件工艺的模具生产中,最头痛的是放置嵌件于模具型腔中要耗费大量时间,导致带嵌件产品生产的效率低下。
本案为破解带金属嵌件生产率低下之技术难题,提出使用带转台的注射机。完成一拖二的模具生产,可将原生产效率提升一倍。
发明内容
本发明提出高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,能大幅提升带金属嵌件注塑件的生产效率。
本发明采用以下技术方案。
高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,所述注射模具包括带有三个工位的转台,转台上置有两幅下半模,转台中部工位处设有一上模固定板,上模固定板处固定一幅上半模;上模固定板与上模合分机构相连,所述下半模在转台侧部工位处轮换进行初注塑作业,完成初注塑的下半模被转台移至转台中部工位,上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向上移动,使上半模与下半模分离;当作业人员在转台中部的下半模内的初成型塑件内嵌入镶嵌件后,控制上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向下移动,使上半模与下半模闭合,对初成型塑件进行二次注塑使镶嵌件固接于注塑件内形成成品,当转台中部工位二次注塑时,另一下半模在转台侧部工位处进行初注塑作业。
所述上模合分机构包括弹簧、顶杆和顶板;所述顶板与上模固定板相连;当转台把完成初注塑的下半模移至转台中部时,所述顶杆被转台驱动,带动顶板上移使上模固定板向上移动。
当上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向下移动时,所述弹簧驱动顶杆带动顶板下移,使上模固定板向下移动。
所述转台设于注塑注射机上。
本发明使用带转台的注射机,从而能完成一拖二的模具生产,可将原生产效率提升一倍。
本发明中,由于以下模具的移位和转台机构的驱动来使上模进行分合作业,提供了良好的安全机制,能有效防止上模意外下落,为人工向下模初注塑件内嵌入嵌件给出充裕时间。
本发明中,当转台中部工位二次注塑时,另一下半模在转台侧部工位处进行初注塑作业;该设计由于采用了同步注塑作业,从而节约了工时,减少了机构切换动作,有利于提升生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,所述注射模具包括带有三个工位的转台(一个转台中部工位103、两个转台侧部工位104),转台105上置有两幅下半模102,转台105中部工位103处设有一上模固定板1,上模固定板1处固定一幅上半模101;上模固定板1与上模合分机构相连,所述下半模102在转台侧部工位104处轮换进行初注塑作业,完成初注塑的下半模被转台移至转台中部工位103,上模合分机构驱动上模固定板1向上移动,使上半模101与下半模102分离;当作业人员在转台中部的下半模102内的初成型塑件内嵌入镶嵌件后,控制上模合分机构驱动上模固定板1向下移动,使上半模101与下半模102闭合,对初成型塑件进行二次注塑使镶嵌件固接于注塑件内形成成品,当转台中部工位103二次注塑时,另一下半模在转台侧部工位104处进行初注塑作业。
所述上模合分机构包括弹簧20、顶杆15和顶板6;所述顶板6与上模固定板1相连;当转台把完成初注塑的下半模102移至转台105中部时,所述顶杆被转台驱动,带动顶板上移使上模固定板向上移动。
当上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向下移动时,所述弹簧20驱动顶杆15带动顶板6下移,使上模固定板1向下移动。
所述转台105设于注塑注射机上。

1.高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,其特征在于:所述注射模具包括带有三个工位的转台,转台上置有两幅下半模,转台中部工位处设有一上模固定板,上模固定板处固定一幅上半模;上模固定板与上模合分机构相连,所述下半模在转台侧部工位处轮换进行初注塑作业,完成初注塑的下半模被转台移至转台中部工位,上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向上移动,使上半模与下半模分离;当作业人员在转台中部的下半模内的初成型塑件内嵌入镶嵌件后,控制上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向下移动,使上半模与下半模闭合,对初成型塑件进行二次注塑使镶嵌件固接于注塑件内形成成品,当转台中部工位二次注塑时,另一下半模在转台侧部工位处进行初注塑作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,其特征在于:所述上模合分机构包括弹簧、顶杆和顶板;所述顶板与上模固定板相连;当转台把完成初注塑的下半模移至转台中部时,所述顶杆被转台驱动,带动顶板上移使上模固定板向上移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,其特征在于:当上模合分机构驱动上模固定板向下移动时,所述弹簧驱动顶杆带动顶板下移,使上模固定板向下移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效生产带金属镶嵌件塑件的注射模具,其特征在于:所述转台设于注塑注射机上。
