The application provides a method, a device, computer equipment and a system for self-service acquisition of detection information, so that the detection information is acquired by self-service, the workload of nurses is reduced, and the problem of high error rate in manual input of the detection information is solved.
The method and the device for self-service acquisition of the detection information can be applied to computer equipment, for example, a computer.
The technical solutions of the present application are described in detail below with specific embodiments, which may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a method for self-service acquisition of detection information according to the present application. The embodiment relates to a specific process for self-service acquisition of detection information. The execution main body of the embodiment may be a separate device for self-service acquisition of the detection information, or may be a computer device integrated with the device for self-service acquisition of the detection information, for example, a computer integrated with the device for self-service acquisition of the detection information. The following description will be given taking as an example a computer device in which an execution body is integrated with a device for self-service acquisition of detection information. Referring to fig. 1, the method provided in this embodiment may include:
s101, obtaining identity information of the detected person.
Specifically, the identity information of the subject may include information such as name, sex, age, and birth year and month. In this embodiment, the identity information of the subject is not limited, but the following description will be given taking the example where the identity information of the subject includes name, sex, and age. For example, in one possible implementation manner of the present application, the identity information of the subject may be obtained according to the following method, where the method includes the following steps: 1. outputting inquiry information for inquiring the identity information to prompt the examinee to input the identity information in response to the inquiry information; 2. and receiving identity information input by the testee. In connection with the above example, when the identity information includes name, sex, and age, query information asking for name, sex, and age is output to prompt the subject to input name, sex, and age in response to the query information; thus, the subject inputs the identity information based on the output inquiry information, and the identity information of the subject is acquired based on the identity information input by the subject. It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner, the computer device may directly output query information for querying the identity information on the initial interface; in another possible implementation manner, the computer device outputs the self-service acquisition detection information guidance instruction at the initial interface, for example, outputs the following: please obtain the detection information by self. At this time, when the subject clicks on the start, the computer device outputs inquiry information for inquiring the identity information. In addition, a detailed embodiment will be given below for detailing another implementation of the step, which is not described herein again.
And S102, outputting first prompt information according to the identity information to prompt the detected person to perform self-service item detection by using one or more medical detection devices.
Specifically, in a possible implementation manner of the present application, the self-service item may be a preset self-service item, for example, the self-service item includes height and weight detection, blood pressure detection, and blood sugar detection. At this time, first prompt information is output (for example, information that the person to be examined is asked to perform the weight increase test, the blood pressure test and the blood sugar test by oneself) to prompt the person to be examined to perform the test of the self-help item by using the corresponding medical test equipment. It should be noted that the first prompt information may be presented in a voice manner or in a text manner.
And S103, receiving detection data sent by the medical detection equipment, wherein the detection data is acquired by the medical detection equipment in response to the detection operation of the self-service item performed by the detected person.
Specifically, based on the first prompt information output by the computer device, the subject may use the corresponding medical detection device to perform the detection of the self-service item. Correspondingly, the medical equipment responds to the detection operation of the self-service item of the detected person, obtains the detection data of the detected person, and uploads the obtained detection data to the computer equipment. At this time, the computer device receives the detection data transmitted by the medical detection device and acquires the detection data of the subject. It should be noted that, for how to respond to the detection operation of the self-service item performed by the subject by the medical detection device to obtain the detection data, the specific implementation process and the implementation principle may be referred to in the description of the prior art, and are not described herein again.
And S104, storing the identity information and the detection data into a record of a detected person.
Specifically, after the identity information and the detection data of the subject are acquired, in this step, the identity information and the detection data are stored in the record of the subject, so that the detection data can be acquired, and the problem of easy error during manual entry is solved.
It should be noted that the subject record may be a local subject record, and at this time, the identity information and the detection data are stored in the local subject record. In addition, the subject record may be a subject record recorded in a database server of a hospital, and at this time, the identity information and the detection data are stored in the subject record in the service library server, that is, the identity information and the detection data are transmitted to the database server, so that the database server stores the identity information and the detection data in the subject record.
In the method provided by this embodiment, the identity information of the subject is acquired, and the first prompt information is output according to the identity information to prompt the subject to perform self-service item detection by using one or more medical detection devices, so as to receive the detection data sent by the medical detection devices, and store the identity information and the detection data into the subject record, where the detection data is acquired by the medical detection devices in response to the self-service item detection operation performed by the subject. Therefore, based on the method, the detection information can be acquired by self, and the problem of high error rate in manual input of the information of the detected person is solved.
It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner, after the computer device outputs the first prompt information, the computer device may further send the acquired identity information to the medical detection device, so that when the subject uses the medical detection device to perform detection of the self-service item, the medical detection device may first perform identity verification on the subject, and after the identity verification passes, the subject is allowed to perform detection of the self-service item by using the medical detection device. For example, in one embodiment, the medical detection device may present the received identity information locally to prompt the subject to check the identity information, and further, when the subject inputs a correct instruction, allow the subject to perform relevant detection using the medical detection device. Therefore, the medical detection equipment can be ensured to return the detection data corresponding to the identity information.
In addition, in another possible implementation manner, after the computer device outputs the first prompt information, trigger information may be further sent to the medical detection device, so that when the medical detection device receives the trigger information, a prompt message is output to prompt the subject to perform detection of the self-service item by using the medical detection device. For example, when the first prompt information is used to prompt the subject to perform detection of a self-service item by using a plurality of medical detection devices, at this time, after the computer device outputs the first prompt information, a trigger message may be sent to the first medical detection device, so that when the first medical detection device receives the trigger information, a prompt message is output to prompt the subject to perform detection of a self-service item by using the first medical detection device; and after receiving the detection data sent by the first medical detection device, sending a trigger message to the second medical detection device until the detected person is reminded to complete the detection of the self-service item by using the plurality of medical detection devices. For example, the first prompt message is used to prompt the subject to perform the height and weight detection by using the height and weight detection device, and to perform the blood pressure detection by using the blood pressure detection device, at this time, the computer device may send a trigger message to the height and weight detection device after outputting the first prompt message, and correspondingly, after receiving the trigger message, the height and weight detection device outputs a prompt message (for example, outputs a message of requesting the subject to perform the height and weight detection) to prompt the subject to perform the self-help item detection by using the detection device, further, after receiving the detection data sent by the height and weight detection device, the computer device sends a trigger message to the blood pressure detection device to enable the blood pressure detection device to output a prompt message after receiving the trigger message (for example, outputs a message of requesting the subject to perform the blood pressure detection), the detection device is used for reminding the detected person to detect the self-service item by using the detection device. Therefore, by the method, the detected person can be effectively guided to detect the self-service item so as to acquire the related detection data.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the method for self-service acquisition of detection information according to the present application. The embodiment relates to a specific process for acquiring other information of a detected person. Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in the method provided in this embodiment, after acquiring the identity information of the subject, the method further includes:
s201, outputting inquiry information for prompting the subject to input response information in response to the inquiry information.
Specifically, in the method provided by this embodiment, the computer device may obtain other information of the subject by outputting the query information. For example, in one embodiment, the query information output is: please enter your contact phone and medical history. At this time, the contact telephone number and medical history of the subject can be acquired by the inquiry information. For another example, in another embodiment, the output query information is: please enter your allergy history. Thus, the allergy history of the subject can be acquired by the inquiry information. The query information is preset, and in the present embodiment, the specific content of the query information is not limited. In addition, the query information may be presented in a voice manner or a text manner.
S202, receiving the response information input by the subject, and storing the response information in the subject record.
Specifically, the answer information may be input in a speech manner or a text manner, and when the answer information is input in the speech manner, the speech information input in the speech manner needs to be converted into text information when the answer information input by the subject is received. In this step, the answer information may be stored in the subject record while the identity information and the detection data are stored in the subject record, so as to associate the answer information with the identity information.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, after the identity information of the detected person is acquired, the inquiry information is output, the answer information input by the detected person in response to the inquiry information is received, and the answer information is further stored in the record of the detected person, so that the information of the detected person stored in the record of the detected person can be further enriched, and different requirements of medical staff can be met.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of the method for self-service acquisition of detection information according to the present application. The embodiment relates to a specific process for acquiring identity information of a subject. Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the above embodiment, step S101 specifically includes:
and S301, outputting second prompt information to prompt the detected person to place the identity tag on an identity information reader.
Specifically, the second prompt message may be presented in a voice manner or a text manner. In addition, the identity tag may be an identity card of the subject, a medical insurance card, or an identity tag issued to the subject by the hospital, for example, a barcode identity tag or an RFID identity tag (Radio Frequency Identification, abbreviated as RFID) issued to the subject by the hospital.
It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner, the computer device may directly output the second prompt information on the initial interface; in another possible implementation manner of the present application, the computer device outputs the self-service acquisition detection information guidance instruction at the initial interface, for example, outputs the following: please obtain the detection information by self. At this time, when the click of the subject starts, the computer device outputs the second prompt message.
S302, receiving the identity information sent by the identity information reader, wherein the identity information is obtained by the identity information reader by reading the identity tag.
Specifically, based on the second prompt information, the examinee can place the identity tag on the identity information reader, and at this time, the identity information reader can acquire the identity information by reading the identity tag, and then upload the acquired identity information to the computer device. Correspondingly, the computer equipment receives the identity information sent by the identity information reader to obtain the identity information of the detected person. It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process and implementation principle of the identity information reader obtaining the identity information by reading the identity tag, reference may be made to the description in the prior art, and details are not described here.
In the method of this embodiment, the computer device prompts the subject to place the identity tag on the identity information reader by outputting the second prompt message, and further receives the identity message sent by the identity information reader, where the identity message is obtained by the identity reader by reading the identity tag placed thereon. Therefore, the identity information reader can be used for acquiring the identity information of the detected person, and the problem that the workload of the detected person is large when the identity information is acquired by using an input mode of the detected person is solved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of the method for self-service acquisition of detection information according to the present application. The embodiment relates to a specific process of outputting first prompt information according to identity information. Referring to fig. 4, based on the above embodiment, the method of this embodiment, where outputting the first prompt information according to the identity information includes:
s401, acquiring the reservation detection item corresponding to the identity information.
Specifically, when the reservation detection item of the subject is locally stored, the reservation detection item corresponding to the identity information may be locally acquired, and when the reservation detection item of the subject is not locally stored, the reservation detection item corresponding to the identity information may be acquired from the database server. At this time, the reservation detection item corresponding to the identity information may be acquired from the database server by sending a request to the database server. For example, in one embodiment, the identity information is: zhang III, Man and 57 years old, and the reserved detection item corresponding to the acquired identity information is PET/CT detection.
S402, determining a self-service project corresponding to the identity information according to the reservation detection project and the corresponding relation between the reservation detection project and the self-service project.
Specifically, the corresponding relation between the reservation detection project and the self-service project is preset. For example, in one possible implementation manner of the present application, a correspondence relationship between the reservation detection item and the self-service item is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 correspondence of reservation detection items to self-service items
Appointment detection project Self-help project
PET/CT detection Height and weight detection, blood pressure detection and blood sugar detection
Gastroscopic detection Height, weight and blood pressure detection
…… ……
Is free of Height, weight and blood pressure detection
With reference to the above example, that is, the acquired scheduled detection item corresponding to zhangsan is PET/CT detection, in this step, it is determined that the self-service item corresponding to the identity information is: height and weight detection, blood pressure detection and blood sugar detection.
And S403, outputting first prompt information according to the self-service item.
After the self-service item corresponding to the identity information is determined in step S402, in this step, first prompt information is output according to the self-service item, so as to prompt the subject to perform detection of the self-service item by using one or more medical detection devices. For example, in one embodiment, the self-service item may be directly output to prompt the subject to perform detection of the self-service item using one or more medical detection devices. For another example, in another possible implementation manner of the present application, the following information may also be output: please perform height and weight detection, blood pressure detection and blood sugar detection to prompt the subject to perform self-service item detection by using one or more medical detection devices.
In the method provided by this embodiment, when the first prompt information is output according to the identity information, the self-service item corresponding to the identity information is determined by obtaining the reservation detection item corresponding to the identity information and according to the reservation detection item and the correspondence between the reservation detection item and the self-service item, and then the first prompt information is output according to the self-service item. Therefore, when the reservation detection items of the detected person are different, the self-service items are different, the output first prompt information is different, and based on the first prompt information, the detected person can be prompted to carry out detection on the self-service items so as to obtain required detection data, the detected person is prevented from carrying out unnecessary detection on the self-service items, and resources can be saved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a fifth embodiment of a method for self-service acquisition of detection information. The present embodiment relates to a specific process of storing subject information in a subject record. Referring to fig. 5, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method provided in this embodiment of storing the identity information, the detection data, and the answer information in a record of a subject may include:
and S501, presenting the information of the detected person in a multimedia mode, wherein the information of the detected person comprises the identity information, the detection data and the answer information.
For example, the subject information may be presented by text, or may be presented by pictures, voices, or the like. In this embodiment, the multimedia mode is not specifically limited, and the subject information may be presented in any multimedia mode.
And S502, outputting third prompt information to prompt the detected person to check the detected person information.
Specifically, the third prompt information may be presented in a voice manner or a text manner. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, the following may be presented textually: please check whether the information of the subject is correct. Thus, the presented content can prompt the subject to check the subject information.
S503, when receiving the command for confirming the correctness, storing the subject information in the subject record.
Specifically, when the presented information of the subject is correct, the subject inputs an instruction for confirming the correct, and when the computer device receives the instruction for confirming the correct, the information of the subject is stored in the record of the subject.
It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner of the present application, after the computer device stores the information of the subject in the record of the subject, a prompt message prompting the subject to take the identity tag away may be output to prompt the subject to take the identity tag placed on the identity reader away.
Specifically, the prompt information for prompting the subject to take the identity tag away can be presented in a voice mode and a text mode. In this embodiment, the presentation manner of the prompt information is not limited.
In addition, after outputting prompt information prompting the detected person to take the identity tag away, the computing device returns to the initial interface to receive the detection information obtained by the next detected person by self.
In the method provided by this embodiment, when the identity information, the detection information, and the response information are stored in the record of the subject, first, the information of the subject is presented in a multimedia manner, then, third prompt information is output to prompt the subject to check the information of the subject, and further, when an instruction for confirming the correctness is received, the information of the subject is stored in the record of the subject, where the information of the subject includes the identity information, the detection information, and the response information. Thus, the accuracy of the subject information stored in the subject record can be improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a sixth embodiment of the method for self-service acquisition of detection information according to the present application. The present embodiment relates to the entire process of acquiring detection information. Referring to fig. 6, the method provided in this embodiment may include:
s601: and outputting second prompt information to prompt the detected person to place the identity tag on the identity information reader.
