The position of the bellows 6c1 is close to the compounding position of the cloth and the sponge of the thermal compounding device 5, and the air outlet holes are arranged in a matrix on the bellows. When the cloth passes between the bellows 6c1 and the baffle 6c2, the air outlet of the bellows 6c1 blows air outwards, and the air direction is toward the edge of the cloth in the middle of the cloth, so that even if the edge of the cloth curls, the air blown out from the air outlet can blow the edge of the cloth flat, so that the cloth enters the thermal compounding device 5 in a flat posture to be compounded with the sponge, the layout of the compounded finished cloth is flat, particularly, the edge of the compounded finished cloth cannot generate a bump, and the finished cloth can be cut more easily when the subsequent finished cloth passes through the edge cutting device 10 without being blocked on the edge cutting device 10.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the edge cutting device 10 includes a cutter holder 10a, a main cutter 10b, an auxiliary cutter 10c, a motor 10d and a pulley 10e, the main cutter 10b is rotatably connected to the cutter holder 10a by a main cutter shaft 10b1, the auxiliary cutter 10c is rotatably connected to the cutter holder 10a by an auxiliary cutter shaft 10c1, the main cutter 10b and the auxiliary cutter 10c are both in a circular truncated cone shape, a plurality of anti-slip convex strips 10g are provided on the side surfaces of the main cutter 10b and the auxiliary cutter 10c, the edge of the lower bottom surface of the main cutter 10b is abutted against the edge of the lower bottom surface of the auxiliary cutter 10c, the motor 10d is connected to the main cutter shaft 10b1 by a pulley 10e, the main cutter shaft 10b1 and the auxiliary cutter shaft 10c1 are meshed by a gear set 10f, and the edge of the main cutter 10b and the edge of the auxiliary cutter 10c are staggered. The upper bottom surface of the main cutter 10b is also connected with a guide riding wheel 10h, the guide riding wheel 10h is coaxial with the main cutter 10b, the diameter of the guide riding wheel 10h is slightly larger than that of the lower bottom surface of the main cutter 10b, and a plurality of anti-slip raised strips 10g are uniformly arranged on the wheel surface of the guide riding wheel 10 h. When the motor 10d drives the main cutter 10b to rotate through the belt pulley 10e, the auxiliary cutter 10c also rotates, and the main cutter 10b and the auxiliary cutter 10c rotate in opposite directions, as the cutting edge is formed by intersecting the cutting edge of the main cutter 10b and the cutting edge of the auxiliary cutter 10c, the edge of the finished product cloth is continuously cut by the edge cutting device 10 along with the winding of the winding device 9, the edge is very neat, and as the edge of the finished product cloth is flat, no clamping or dead clamping can occur during cutting, and the cutting efficiency is effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the material receiving device 11 includes a material collecting pipe 11a, a second fan 11b and a material discharging pipe 11c, wherein an upper port of the material collecting pipe 11a is located below the edge cutting device 10, a lower port of the material collecting pipe 11a is communicated with the material discharging pipe 11c, an air outlet of the second fan 11b is connected to a connection part of the material collecting pipe 11a and the material discharging pipe 11c, and an air outlet of the second fan 11b faces the material discharging pipe 11c. The leftover materials generated after cutting by the edge cutting device 10 fall into the collecting pipe 11a, then slide downwards to the joint of the second fan 11b and the discharging pipe 11c due to the gravity of the leftover materials, and the second fan 11b blows air to the discharging pipe 11c, so that the leftover materials can move to the discharging pipe 11c along with the wind direction to be discharged; meanwhile, since the scraps are recycled in time, the edge cutting device 10 is prevented from being clamped, the service life of the edge cutting device 10 is prolonged, and the edge cutting effect and efficiency are improved.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cooling device 8 includes a tensioning roller 8a, a first cooling roller 8b and a second cooling roller 8c, the tensioning roller 8a, the first cooling roller 8b and the second cooling roller 8c are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, two ends of the tensioning roller 8a are provided with a height adjusting mechanism 8d, the height adjusting mechanism includes a second cylinder 8d1 and a chute 8d2, two ends of the tensioning roller 8a are slidably connected in the chute 8d2 and are driven by the second cylinder 8d1 to lift in the chute 8d 2. In the embodiment of the invention, the heat compounding device 5 adopts a common heating roller, and a plurality of guide rollers are arranged around the heating roller to realize the heating compounding of cloth and sponge, so that the heat compounding device 5 is not repeated; similarly, the winding device 9 also adopts a common double-roller mode, and the finished cloth is placed on two rollers to be directly wound.

When the cloth passes through the bellows 6c1, the wind blown out by the fan I6 a enters the bellows 6c1 through the ventilation pipe 6b, then the wind is blown out from the wind outlet, the blown wind can blow the edge of the folded cloth outwards, the other side of the cloth is blown out from the wind outlet of the other bellows, no matter which side the edge of the cloth is bent, the edge of the cloth can be blown to be flat by the corresponding bellows, and therefore the curling of the cloth is effectively prevented.
