本发明公开了一种方形积木切割及修边装置,包括工作台,所述工作台左侧可拆卸安装有支撑板,所述支撑板左端固定连接有支撑腿,所述转动轴右侧传动连接有切割刀,所述第一伸缩台右侧固定安装有第二伸缩台,所述第二伸缩台上方活动安装有横跨工作台的E型工作台,所述E型工作台下表面开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内活动连接有固定柱,所述工作台上表面转动安装有转动轴,所述转动轴上方传动连接有传送带,所述工作台右侧固定安装有收纳箱,所述工作台内部左侧固定安装有电动机,所述电动机右侧固定安装有控速器,所述工作台内部后方固定安装有液压动力箱。本发明设计合理,可快速生产大量积木,同时又能对切割面进行打磨修边,提高工作效率。

本发明涉及积木切割技术领域,具体为一种方形积木切割及修边装置。
背景技术
积木通常是立方的木头或塑料固体玩具,一般在每一表面装饰着字母或图画,容许进行不同的排列或进行建筑活动积木有各种样式,可开发儿童智力,可拼成房子,各种动物等,而现有的积木生产装置,生产效率低,不能切割之后立即进行打磨修边。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方形积木切割及修边装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种方形积木切割及修边装置,包括工作台,所述工作台左侧可拆卸安装有支撑板,所述支撑板左端固定连接有支撑腿,所述工作台后方左侧固定安装有第一伸缩台,所述第一伸缩台上方活动连接有传动台,所述传动台顶端传动连接有转动轴,所述转动轴右侧传动连接有切割刀,所述第一伸缩台右侧固定安装有第二伸缩台,所述第二伸缩台上方活动安装有横跨工作台的E型工作台,所述E型工作台下表面开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内活动连接有固定柱,所述固定柱下方传动连接有打磨飞轮,所述工作台前方左侧固定安装有定距仪,所述工作台上表面转动安装有转动轴,所述转动轴上方传动连接有传送带,所述传送带和支撑板中间固定安装有限宽带,所述工作台上表面右侧可拆卸安装有出料槽,所述工作台右侧固定安装有收纳箱,所述工作台内部左侧固定安装有电动机,所述电动机右侧固定安装有控速器,所述工作台内部后方固定安装有液压动力箱。
优选的,所述电动机通过皮带传动连接转动轴,且传送带通过固定卡扣固定在转动轴上。
优选的,所述定距仪通过激光对积木定距,并且激光方向与切割刀切割方向相交。
优选的,所述第一伸缩台和第二伸缩台均通过液压管与液压动力箱传动连接。
优选的,所述限宽带中间开设有切割口,切割口长度与切割刀直径相等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,可快速生产大量积木,同时又能对切割面进行打磨修边,通过设置切割刀,可以快速切割积木原料,提高工作效率,通过设置打磨飞轮,为切割过后的积木进行打磨和修边,简化工序更节约能源,通过设置定距仪,而且定距仪通过激光对积木原料定距,并且激光方向与切割刀切割方向相交,切割积木原料时保证积木尺寸的精确,避免生产废品,通过设置电动机和液压动力箱,为不同部件提供各自所需动力,设计合理节约降低能耗。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种方形积木切割及修边装置,包括工作台13,所述工作台13左侧可拆卸安装有支撑板1,所述支撑板1左端固定连接有支撑腿17,用于支撑支撑板1,所述工作台13后方左侧固定安装有第一伸缩台6,所述第一伸缩台6上方活动连接有传动台5,所述传动台5顶端传动连接有转动轴3,所述转动轴3右侧传动连接有切割刀4,用于切割积木原料,所述第一伸缩台6右侧固定安装有第二伸缩台8,所述第二伸缩台8上方活动安装有横跨工作台13的E型工作台7,所述E型工作台7下表面开设有滑槽21,所述滑槽21内活动连接有固定柱15,所述固定柱15下方传动连接有打磨飞轮14,所述工作台13前方左侧固定安装有定距仪16,所述定距仪16通过激光对积木定距,并且激光方向与切割刀4切割方向相交,用于精确积木切割尺寸,所述工作台13上表面转动安装有转动轴9,所述转动轴9上方传动连接有传送带10,所述传送带10和支撑板1中间固定安装有限宽带2,所述限宽带2中间开设有切割口,切割口长度与切割刀4直径相等,防止切割刀4破坏限宽带2,所述工作台13上表面右侧可拆卸安装有出料槽11,所述工作台13右侧固定安装有收纳箱12,所述工作台13内部左侧固定安装有电动机18,所述电动机18通过皮带传动连接转动轴9,且传送带10通过固定卡扣固定在转动轴9上,用于提供稳定的动力,所述电动机18右侧固定安装有控速器19,所述工作台13内部后方固定安装有液压动力箱20,所述第一伸缩台6和第二伸缩台8均通过液压管与液压动力箱20传动连接,用于使第一伸缩台6和第二伸缩台8上下活动。
工作原理:首先,由工作人员将支撑板1连接到工作台13左侧然后将积木原料放在限宽带2内,此时转动轴9带动上方传送带10运动将积木原料往右移动,当积木原料接触接定距仪16射出的激光时,启动液压动力箱20并带动第一伸缩台6和第二伸缩台8动作,第一伸缩台6下降,切割刀4开始切割积木原料,切割掉的积木块由传送带10带动向前运动,第二伸缩台8下降,打磨飞轮14开始对积木块进行打磨修边,打磨好的积木块由出料槽11进入收纳箱12,重复以上操作,直到积木原料切割完,控速器19对电动机进行速度控制。

1.一种方形积木切割及修边装置,包括工作台(13),其特征在于:所述工作台(13)左侧可拆卸安装有支撑板(1),所述支撑板(1)左端固定连接有支撑腿(17),所述工作台(13)后方左侧固定安装有第一伸缩台(6),所述第一伸缩台(6)上方活动连接有传动台(5),所述传动台(5)顶端传动连接有转动轴(3),所述转动轴(3)右侧传动连接有切割刀(4),所述第一伸缩台(6)右侧固定安装有第二伸缩台(8),所述第二伸缩台(8)上方活动安装有横跨工作台(13)的E型工作台(7),所述E型工作台(7)下表面开设有滑槽(21),所述滑槽(21)内活动连接有固定柱(15),所述固定柱(15)下方传动连接有打磨飞轮(14),所述工作台(13)前方左侧固定安装有定距仪(16),所述工作台(13)上表面转动安装有转动轴(9),所述转动轴(9)上方传动连接有传送带(10),所述传送带(10)和支撑板(1)中间固定安装有限宽带(2),所述工作台(13)上表面右侧可拆卸安装有出料槽(11),所述工作台(13)右侧固定安装有收纳箱(12),所述工作台(13)内部左侧固定安装有电动机(18),所述电动机(18)右侧固定安装有控速器(19),所述工作台(13)内部后方固定安装有液压动力箱(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方形积木切割及修边装置,其特征在于:所述电动机(18)通过皮带传动连接转动轴(9),且传送带(10)通过固定卡扣固定在转动轴(9)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种方形积木切割及修边装置,其特征在于:所述定距仪(16)通过激光对积木定距,并且激光方向与切割刀(4)切割方向相交。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方形积木切割及修边装置,其特征在于:所述第一伸缩台(6)和第二伸缩台(8)均通过液压管与液压动力箱(20)传动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种方形积木切割及修边装置,其特征在于:所述限宽带(2)中间开设有切割口,切割口长度与切割刀(4)直径相等。
