Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the continuous molding die for molding the automobile oil inlet component comprises a material arranging area 2, a notching area 3 and a straightening area 4 which are sequentially arranged along the feeding direction; the material placing area 2 comprises a material placing punch 21 arranged on the upper die and a material placing forming block 22 arranged on the lower die, wherein the material placing punch 22 and the material placing forming block 22 are provided with sloping surfaces which can shoot the product forming area 1' into an oblique posture from a horizontal posture; the alignment area 4 includes an alignment punch 41 provided to the upper die and an alignment molding block 42 provided to the lower die, and the alignment punch 41 and the alignment molding block 42 have a plane capable of horizontally photographing the product molding area 1' from an oblique direction. The product forming area 1' is used for forming the core part of the oil inlet piece 1, is formed by stretching and stamping a horizontal metal material belt, and then is changed into a required product structure through a series of forming steps. The bottom 12 of the product forming zone 1' is the bottom 12 of the inlet piece 1. The material placing area 2 is used for bending the bottom surface 12 of the product forming area 1 'from the plane of the material belt to another position convenient for punching the oil inlet groove 11, so that the oil inlet groove 11 can be punched in the product forming area 1' at a new position by the punching area 3; the trimming area 4 is used for returning the product forming area 1' to the original position, so that the next trimming operation is convenient. The continuous die can integrate the grooving process of the oil inlet piece 1in a continuous production line, thereby accelerating the manufacturing efficiency and reducing the processing cost.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the notching section 3 includes a presser 31 provided in the upper die, a slotted punch 32 penetrating through the middle of the presser 31, a carrier 33 provided in the lower die, and a lower stripper 34 penetrating through the middle of the carrier 33, the presser 31 being vertically retractable and facing the carrier 33, the lower stripper 34 being vertically retractable and facing the slotted punch 32, and a projection of the presser 31 on a horizontal plane overlapping a projection of the lower stripper 34 on the horizontal plane. The working principle of the notching section 3 is as follows: the upper die is pressed down, the pressing block 31 and the lower stripping block 34 clamp the product forming area 1' firstly, and then the product forming area continues to descend; finally, the lower stripping block 34 is retracted into the supporting block 33 to complete the peripheral positioning of the slotting region, and the slotting punch 32 extends out of the pressing block 31 to slotting; the mold is then opened and the lower stripper 34 lifts the product forming section 1' against the carrier block 33 to effect transport.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower stripper block 34 is provided with a first side projection 341, and the inside of the carrier block 33 is provided with a first inner step which blocks the rising of the first side projection 341. The distance that the lower stripping block 34 extends out of the supporting block 33 is limited, and the lower stripping block 34 is prevented from scratching the product forming area 1' in the conveying process of the material belt.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the material placing area 2 further includes a bending block 23 disposed on the upper die, the bending block 23 can stretch up and down, the material placing forming block 22 is provided with a first ridge 221 matching with the bending block 23, and the first ridge 221 is located on the opposite side of the slope of the material placing forming block 22; the pressing block 31 is provided with a positioning lug 311, and the supporting block 33 is provided with a positioning groove 331 corresponding to the positioning lug 311; the aligning area 4 further includes a top block 43 disposed on the lower mold, where the top block 43 can extend and retract up and down and has a second ridge 431. When the bending block 23 punches the product forming area 1', the bending positioning part 121 which makes a right angle turn in the non-material-placing direction of the bottom surface 12 of the product forming area 1' can be matched with the first ridge 221. The positioning protrusion 311 and the positioning groove 331 are positioned by the bending positioning portion 121 in the grooving step, and the second ridge 431 is positioned by the bending positioning portion 121 in the centering step, which results in higher processing accuracy.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top block 43 is provided with a second side projection 432 on the side facing the centering block 42, and the centering block 42 is provided with a second inner step that blocks the second side projection 432 from rising. Thus, the height of the top block 43 higher than the aligning and forming block 42 is limited, so that the top block 43 is prevented from scratching the product forming area 1' during the conveying process of the material belt.
Referring to fig. 5, the product forming zone 1' may undergo a deformation process comprising:
① Half-face punching: the two connecting parts of the half-faces are cut off (from the first transport position to the second transport position) together with part of the bottom face 12 by means of the product forming zone 1' with four connecting parts connected to the material web;
② Material placing: the product forming area 1' is deflected from the bottom surface 12 along the cutting part in the step ①, and a rectangular bending positioning part 121 (from the second conveying position to the third conveying position) is formed on the undeformed part of the bottom surface 12;
③ Grooving: positioning the product forming area 1' by using the bending positioning part 121, punching out the oil inlet groove 11 (from the third conveying position to the fourth conveying position);
④ And (3) straightening: positioning the product forming area 1 'by using the bending positioning part 121, and returning the bottom surface 12 of the product forming area 1' to a horizontal posture (from the fourth conveying position to the fifth conveying position);
⑤ Trimming: the product forming zone 1 'is positioned by the bending positioning portion 121, and the product contour is cut out (from the fifth conveying position to the sixth conveying position) in the remaining portion of the bottom surface 12 of the product forming zone 1'.
What has been described above is merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
