本发明属于建筑机械技术领域,具体地涉及一种多臂塔吊,广泛应用于吊装建筑施工用的材料。
背景技术
塔吊在建筑领域使用非常广泛,它运行灵活,吊装建筑材料效率高,尤其在高层建筑中发挥了其它机械无法替代的作用。塔吊的功能是承受臂架拉绳及平衡臂传来的上部荷载,并通过转塔架、转台、承座等的结构部件式直接通过转台传递给塔身结构。传统的塔吊多为独臂塔吊,单次仅能吊起一个物体,工作效率非常低。因此,本发明提供了一种多臂塔吊,通过安装旋转轴承并连接多个吊臂,实现吊臂360°任意旋转,提高塔吊工作效率,技术简单,施工方便,结构稳定,可广泛应用于吊装建筑施工用的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多臂塔吊,通过安装旋转轴承并连接多个吊臂,实现吊臂360°任意旋转,提高塔吊工作效率,技术简单,施工方便,结构稳定,可广泛应用于吊装建筑施工用的材料。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:多臂塔吊,包括吊臂、塔身、塔座和旋转轴承,所述的吊臂,包括一号吊臂、二号吊臂和三号吊臂,通过旋转轴承安装在塔身上,PLC控制旋转轴承实现吊臂360°的任意旋转,吊臂由矩形体支撑架组成,能任意伸缩,吊臂端部通过钢丝绳吊有重物;所述的塔身,由矩形体支撑架组成,能任意伸缩,调整高度;所述的塔座,由重物制成,与塔身焊接,保证工作时塔身不能倾斜。
所述的矩形支撑架,每个角处由螺母联接,保证能够自由伸缩。
本发明的有益效果是:通过安装旋转轴承并连接多个吊臂,实现吊臂360°任意旋转,提高塔吊工作效率,技术简单,施工方便,结构稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:如图1所示,是多臂塔吊示意图,包括吊臂、塔身4、塔座5和旋转轴承9。所述的吊臂,包括一号吊臂1、二号吊臂2和三号吊臂3,通过旋转轴承6安装在塔身4上,能够实现360°的任意旋转,三个吊臂均由矩形体支撑架7组成,能任意伸缩长短,吊臂端部通过钢丝绳8吊有重物6。塔身4,由矩形体支撑架7组成,能任意伸缩,调整高度。塔座5,由重物制成,与塔身4焊接,保证工作时塔身不能倾斜。
当多臂塔吊工作时,三个吊臂可以通过PLC控制旋转轴承9转到不同角度来吊取重物6,相互之间无任何影响,从而实现单次吊起多个重物。

1.一种多臂塔吊,其特征在于,包括吊臂、塔身、塔座和旋转轴承,所述的吊臂,包括一号吊臂、二号吊臂和三号吊臂,通过旋转轴承安装在塔身上,PLC控制旋转轴承实现吊臂360°的任意旋转,吊臂由矩形体支撑架组成,能任意伸缩,吊臂端部通过钢丝绳吊有重物;所述的塔身,由矩形体支撑架组成,能任意伸缩,调整高度;所述的塔座,由重物制成,与塔身焊接,保证工作时塔身不能倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多臂塔吊,其特征在于,所述的矩形支撑架,每个角处由螺母联接,保证能够自由伸缩。
