一种挤压式物料粉碎装置，包括本体(1)，所述本体(1)包括进料口(3)、变频电机(2)、保温层(7)和输料仓(11)，所述本体(1)顶部设置有进料口(3)；所述本体(1)上方设置有变频电机(2)；所述变频电机(2)输出部分连接的搅拌轴(5)延伸至本体(1)内部设置的内筒(4)内部；所述内筒(4)外表面设置有多个加热管(8)；所述加热管(8)表面覆盖一层保温层(7)；所述内筒(4)下方设置一层第一粉碎层(9)；所述第一粉碎层(9)下方通过出料管(10)和输料仓(11)连接；所述输料仓(11)一侧设置有变频电机(2)；所述变频电机(2)的输出部分连接有输送轴(12)；所述输料仓(11)下方设置有第二粉碎层(13)；所述本体(1)下方设置有底座(17)；且所述底座(17)和本体(1)之间设置有多个支撑架(16)。该装置具有结构设计合理、使用方便和粉碎效果好等优点。
