< method >
The first embodiment:
fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an item scheduling tracking method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
According to fig. 4, the article scheduling tracking method of the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step S4010, obtaining identification information of the called item according to the calling request.
The call-out request is triggered by a dispatcher through the dispatch terminal 3000.
The scheduling application installed on the scheduling terminal 3000 may provide an entry that triggers the rollout request.
The scheduling terminal 3000 may provide an input page for inputting identification information of the called item according to the call request, so that the scheduling staff may input the identification information of the called item through the input page.
The input page may be a scanning page for scanning a two-dimensional code of an article, or may be an input box page for manually inputting identification information of an article.
The scheduling terminal 3000 may acquire identification information of the called item through the input page according to the call request.
Server 2000 may obtain identification information of the called item from dispatch terminal 3000 according to the call request.
Since the dispatcher usually calls out a plurality of articles from the same area during dispatching, in order to improve the efficiency of acquiring the identification information of the called-out article, the acquiring the identification information of the called-out article according to the call-out request in step S4010 may further include:
step S4011, an input page for inputting identification information of the called item is provided according to the call request.
Step S4012, after the identification information of a called article is obtained through the input page, the input page is maintained, so as to obtain the identification information of the next called article through the input page successively.
According to steps S4011 and S4012, the scheduling terminal 3000 may successively obtain the identification information of a plurality of articles to be called according to a call request, and jump back to the home page of the calling application after receiving the instruction for completing the scheduling, or jump back to the home page of the calling application after obtaining the identification information of one article to be called but not obtaining the identification information of the next article to be called after exceeding a set time.
The steps S4011 and S4012 may be implemented by the scheduling terminal 3000 independently, or may be implemented by the server 2000 configuring the scheduling terminal 3000.
In step S4020, the calling information of the article indicated is recorded based on the identification information of the called article.
Since the identification information of the article has uniqueness, in this step S4020, the calling-out information of the article indicated may be recorded based on the identification information of the called-out article.
The calling information includes at least one of a calling mark, calling time, calling geographic location and a scheduling account corresponding to the called article.
The callout flag may be any identifier, text, etc. set to indicate that a callout event occurred for the corresponding item.
The rollout time may be determined based on the system time at which the rollout request was received.
The call-out time may be determined by the scheduling terminal 3000 and provided to the server 2000, or may be determined by the server 2000.
The method for determining the callout geographic location of the callout item may include: the dispatching geographic position of the dispatched article is obtained by positioning the dispatching terminal 3000 corresponding to the dispatching request.
This may be that the scheduling terminal 3000 acquires the geographic position of the scheduling terminal 3000 through a positioning device of the scheduling terminal 3000 when receiving the call request, and uses the geographic position as the call geographic position of the called item.
This may also be provided as a separate operation to obtain the recalled geographical location of the recalled item.
For example, a call-out positioning request operation is set before a call-out request operation, and the scheduling terminal 3000 obtains the geographic position of the scheduling terminal 3000 through a positioning device of the scheduling terminal 3000 according to the call-out positioning request, and uses the geographic position as a call-out geographic position of an item called out according to a subsequent call-out request.
The method of determining a rollout geographic location of a rollout item may also include: and obtaining the called-out geographic position of the called-out article according to the geographic position input by the scheduling terminal corresponding to the calling-out request.
This may be a separate operation to obtain the recalled geographical location of the recalled item.
For example, a call-out positioning request operation is set before a call-out request operation, the dispatch terminal 3000 provides a text input box or a position-locked map for inputting a geographic position according to the call-out positioning request, and takes the geographic position input through the text input box or the position-locked map as a call-out geographic position of an item called out according to a subsequent call-out request.
The method for determining the called-out geographic position of the called-out article can also combine the two modes, and comprises the following steps:
step S4021, before obtaining the identification information of the called article according to the calling request, providing a text input box according to the calling positioning request, and positioning the scheduling terminal 3000 corresponding to the calling positioning request to obtain the geographic position of the scheduling terminal to be filled in the text input box for confirmation or modification.
Step S4022, the confirmed geographic position in the character input box is used as the calling geographic position of the called article.
According to the step S4021 and the step S4022, when the geographical position filled in the text input box according to the positioning is accurate, the dispatcher can directly confirm the geographical position in the text input box as the called geographical position of the called article; when the geographic position filled in the text input box according to the positioning is inaccurate, the dispatcher can manually correct the geographic position in the text input box and confirm the corrected geographic position as the called geographic position of the called article.
The method of determining a rollout geographic location of a rollout item may also include: the called-out geographical location of the called-out item is obtained by the server 2000 by locating the called-out item.
This requires that the called-out article itself has a positioning device, and the server 2000 can establish a communication connection with the indicated article according to the identification information of the called-out article, thereby obtaining the called-out geographic location from the article.
Regarding the scheduling account corresponding to the called article, each scheduling terminal 3000 corresponds to one scheduling account, and each scheduling account represents one scheduling person, so that when the article calling operation is performed through the scheduling terminal 3000, the called article has a corresponding relationship with the scheduling account.
The scheduling account corresponding to the called article is recorded, so that clear and accurate management and control and assessment of the scheduling behavior of the called person are facilitated.
The dispatch terminal 3000 may execute the dispatch information of the article indicated by the identification information record of the article to be dispatched in step S4020, and the dispatch terminal 3000 transmits the dispatch information to the server 2000 to form a dispatch record of the corresponding article.
The above step S4020 may be performed by the server 2000 according to the data and the instruction provided by the mobile terminal 3000, where the instruction includes a call request, and the data at least includes the identification information of the called item.
Step S4030, the identification information of the article to be called is acquired according to the call request.
The call-in request is triggered by the dispatcher through the dispatch terminal 3000.
The scheduling application installed on the scheduling terminal 3000 may provide an entry that triggers the call-in request.
The scheduling terminal 3000 may provide an input page for inputting identification information of the tuned-in item according to the tuning request, so that the scheduling staff inputs the identification information of the tuned-in item through the input page.
The input page may be a scanning page for scanning a two-dimensional code of an article, or may be an input box page for manually inputting identification information of an article.
The scheduling terminal 3000 may acquire identification information of the called-in item through an input page according to the call-in request.
The server 2000 may acquire identification information of the tuned-in item from the scheduling terminal 3000 according to the tuning-in request.
In scheduling, a dispatcher usually calls a plurality of articles into the same area, so to improve the efficiency of acquiring the identification information of the called article, the acquiring the identification information of the called article according to the call request in step S4030 may further include:
step S4031, an input page for inputting identification information of the called item is provided according to the call request.
Step S4032, after the identification information of a called item is acquired through the input page, the input page is maintained, so that the identification information of the next called item is acquired through the input page in succession.
According to steps S4031 and S4032, the scheduling terminal 3000 may successively obtain the identification information of a plurality of articles to be scheduled according to a call request, and jump to the home page of the call back application after receiving the instruction to complete the scheduling, or jump to the home page of the call back application after obtaining the identification information of one article to be scheduled, after exceeding a set time, without obtaining the identification information of the next article to be scheduled, or jump to the home page of the call back application after reaching the set number of calls, so that an operator does not need to enter the input page through the call request repeatedly to obtain the identification information of the article to be scheduled, thereby improving the efficiency of obtaining the identification information.
Similarly, in order to improve the efficiency of acquiring the identification information of the called-in item, the acquiring, according to the call request, the identification information of the called-in item in step S4030 may further include:
step S4033, according to all the call-in requests, items under the scheduling account corresponding to all the call-in requests are searched.
According to this step S4034, the current status of the indicated item may be marked as being in dispatch according to the identification information of the called item.
"in dispatch" means that an item has been dispatched from one location but not yet dispatched to another, during which the item is in a non-operational state.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention can mark the current state of the represented item as in operation according to the identification information of the called-in item.
Step S4032 is performed to determine the identification information of the article to be called, using all the articles under dispatch as the article to be called.
In step S4032, since the item under scheduling is the scheduled item under the scheduling account and the identification information of the scheduled item is obtained in step S4010, the identification information of the scheduled item can be directly obtained from the previous record in the case of all calls.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the above two ways of acquiring the identification information of the called article may be combined, for example, all call-in entries and part call-in entries are set, so that the operations in steps S4033 and S4034 are triggered by all call-in entries, and the operations in steps S4031 and S4032 are triggered by part call-in entries.
For the case of partial call, an input page for inputting the call number may be provided, so that when the item identifier of the called item is acquired successively, the main page of the callback application is directly skipped after the set call number is reached.
The above step S4030 may be implemented by the scheduling terminal 3000 independently, or may be implemented by the server 2000 configuring the scheduling terminal 3000.
Step S4040 records the calling information of the indicated article based on the identification information of the called article.
In this step S4040, the call-in information of the indicated item may be recorded based on the unique identification information of the called-in item.
The calling information includes at least one of a calling mark, calling time, calling geographic location and a scheduling account corresponding to the called article.
The call-in flag may be any identifier, text, etc. set to indicate that a called-in event occurred for the corresponding item.
The tune-in time may be determined based on a system time when the tune-in request is received.
The call-in time may be determined by the scheduling terminal 3000 and provided to the server 2000, or may be determined by the server 2000.
A method of determining a tuned-in geographic location of a tuned-in item may include: the calling-in geographic position of the called-in article is obtained by positioning the scheduling terminal 3000 corresponding to the calling-in request.
This may be that the scheduling terminal 3000 acquires the geographic location of the scheduling terminal 3000 through a positioning device of the scheduling terminal 3000 when receiving the call request, and uses the geographic location as the call geographic location of the called article.
This may also be provided as a separate operation to obtain the tuned-in geographic location of the tuned-in item.
For example, a call location request operation is set before the call request operation, and the scheduling terminal 3000 obtains the geographic position of the scheduling terminal 3000 through a location device of the scheduling terminal 3000 according to the call location request, and uses the geographic position as a call geographic position of an item called according to a subsequent call request.
The method of determining a tuned-in geographic location of a tuned-in item may also include: and obtaining the calling geographic position of the called article according to the geographic position input by the scheduling terminal corresponding to the calling request.
This may be a separate operation to obtain the tuned-in geographic location of the tuned-in item.
For example, a call-in location request operation is set before a call-in request operation, the scheduling terminal 3000 provides a text input box or a location-locked map for inputting a geographic location according to the call-in location request, and takes the geographic location input through the text input box or the location-locked map as a call-in geographic location of an item called in according to a subsequent call-in request.
The method for determining the calling geographic position of the called-in article can also combine the two modes, and comprises the following steps:
step S4041, before the identification information of the article to be called is obtained according to the calling request, a text input box is provided according to the calling positioning request, and the geographic position of the scheduling terminal is obtained by positioning the scheduling terminal 3000 corresponding to the calling positioning request and is filled in the text input box for confirmation or modification.
Step S4042, the confirmed geographic position in the character input box is used as the calling geographic position of the called article.
According to the step S4041 and the step S4042, when the geographical position filled in according to the positioning in the character input box is accurate, the dispatcher can directly confirm the geographical position in the character input box as the calling-in geographical position of the called-in article; when the geographic position filled in the text input box according to the positioning is inaccurate, the dispatcher can manually correct the geographic position in the text input box and confirm the corrected geographic position as the calling geographic position of the called article.
The method of determining a tuned-in geographic location of a tuned-in item may also include: the called-in geographic location of the called-in item is obtained by the server 2000 by locating the called-in item.
This requires that the called-in item itself has a locating device, and the server 2000 can establish a communication connection with the indicated item according to the identification information of the called-in item, thereby obtaining the called-in geographic location from the item.
Regarding the scheduling account corresponding to the called article, each scheduling terminal 3000 corresponds to one scheduling account, and each scheduling account represents one scheduling person, so that when the calling article operation is performed through the scheduling terminal 3000, the called article has a corresponding relationship with the scheduling account.
The calling information of the article indicated by the calling article identification information record in step S4040 may be implemented by the scheduling terminal 3000, and the scheduling terminal 3000 sends the calling information to the server 2000 to form the scheduling record of the corresponding article.
Step S4040 may also be performed by server 2000 according to data and instructions provided by mobile terminal 3000, where the instructions include a call request, and the data at least includes identification information of a called article.
The method of the embodiment of the invention records the scheduling behavior of the article based on the unique identification information of the article, can track the use performance of the article after scheduling, can evaluate the effectiveness of the scheduling behavior by comparing the use performance before and after article scheduling, and further provides data support for the improvement of the scheduling strategy.
The method of the embodiment of the invention records the scheduling behavior of the article based on the unique identification information of the article, and is beneficial to accurately knowing the efficiency of each scheduling link (including loading, transporting, unloading and the like).
The method of the embodiment of the invention records the dispatching personnel of the article based on the unique identification information of the article, and is beneficial to clear and accurate management and control and assessment of the dispatching personnel.
Further, the method of the embodiment of the present invention may further include: and generating scheduling details corresponding to the rollout request for display, wherein the scheduling details comprise at least one of total number of rollout items, rollout time and rollout geographic location.
According to this embodiment, the scheduling terminal 3000 can enable the scheduler to intuitively grasp the information of the call-out behavior by displaying the scheduling details.
The step of generating scheduling details corresponding to the call-out request may be performed by the scheduling terminal 3000 or may be performed by the server 2000.
Further, the method of the embodiment of the present invention may further include: and generating scheduling details corresponding to the call-in request for display, wherein the scheduling details comprise at least one of total number of call-in items, call-in time and call-in geographic position.
According to this embodiment, the scheduling terminal 3000 can enable the scheduler to intuitively grasp the information of the call-in behavior by displaying the scheduling details.
The step of generating scheduling details corresponding to the call-in request may be performed by the scheduling terminal 3000 or may be performed by the server 2000.
The first embodiment of the present invention may show method steps performed by the scheduling terminal 3000, method steps performed by the server 2000, and method steps performed by the scheduling terminal 3000 and the server 2000 together.

< example >
Fig. 6 is a schematic interaction flow diagram of an example of the method according to the present invention, which may include the following steps according to fig. 6:
in step S3010, the scheduling terminal 3000 obtains the current geographic location of the scheduling terminal 3000 according to the called location request.
In this step S3010, the current geographical location of the scheduling terminal 3000 may be acquired in various manners provided in the first embodiment of the method. For example, the scheduling terminal may be located by a locating device of the scheduling terminal, manually input by the scheduling terminal, or a combination of locating and manual input.
In step S3020, the scheduling terminal 3000 obtains identification information of the called item according to the call request.
In this example, the scheduling terminal 3000 may successively acquire identification information of items that need to be called out at the current geographical location according to the call-out request.
In this example, the scheduling terminal 3000 may successively acquire the identification information of the items to be called up at the current geographic location by scanning the two-dimensional codes of the items.
Step S3030, the scheduling terminal 3000 forms a call data packet including a call request, identification information of the called item, a scheduling account corresponding to the scheduling terminal 3000, and a call geographical location of the called item.
The call out request in the data packet is used to inform the server 2000 that the data in the data packet corresponds to the data of the call out event.
The called-out geographical position of the called-out article is the current geographical position of the scheduling terminal 3000 acquired in step S3010.
In step S3030, the scheduling terminal 3000 may send all data corresponding to the recall request to the server 2000 through one recall data packet, or may divide the recall data packet into two or more recall data packets to send all data corresponding to the recall request to the server 2000, so long as the server 2000 is enabled to complete recording of recall information of the indicated item based on the unique identification information of the recalled item according to the agreement between the scheduling terminal 3000 and the server 2000.
In step S3040, the scheduling terminal 3000 sends the outgoing packet to the server 2000 for recording.
In step S2020, the server 2000 records calling information of the called article based on the calling data packet.
In this example, the callout information includes a callout flag, a corresponding scheduling account, a callout geographic location, and a callout time.
The call-out time may be determined by the server 2000 based on the time at which the call-out packet was received, or may be provided by the dispatch terminal 3000 in the call-out packet.

For example, the scheduling terminal may be located by a locating device of the scheduling terminal, manually input by the scheduling terminal, or a combination of locating and manual input.
In step S3060, the scheduling terminal 3000 obtains identification information of the called article according to the calling request.
In this example, the scheduling terminal 3000 may regard all the called-out items in the scheduling under the corresponding scheduling account as the called-in items according to all the calling-in requests.
In this example, the scheduling terminal 3000 may successively acquire identification information of an item that needs to be called in at the current geographical location according to the partial call request.
In this example, the scheduling terminal 3000 may successively acquire the identification information of the items that need to be called in at the current geographic location by scanning the two-dimensional codes of the items.
In step S3070, the scheduling terminal 3000 forms a tuning-in data packet including a tuning-in request, identification information of the tuned-in item, a scheduling account corresponding to the scheduling terminal 3000, and a tuning-in geographic location of the tuned-in item.
The call request in the data packet is used to inform the server 2000 that the data in the data packet corresponds to the data of the call event.
The calling-in geographical position of the called-in article is the current geographical position of the scheduling terminal 3000 acquired in step S3050.
For all call requests, the identification information of the called article may be the identification information found by the scheduling terminal 3000 according to the record, or the identification information of the called article indicated by all call flags. For the latter, the server can search all the articles in the scheduling under the scheduling account as the called articles according to the scheduling account, and the purpose of recording the calling information of the called articles based on the identification information is achieved.
In step S3070, the scheduling terminal 3000 may send all data corresponding to the call request to the server 2000 through one call data packet, or may divide the call data packet into two or more call data packets to send all data corresponding to the call request to the server 2000, so long as according to the agreement between the scheduling terminal 3000 and the server 2000, the server 2000 can complete recording of the call information of the indicated article based on the unique identification information of the called article.
In step S3080, the scheduling terminal 3000 sends the call packet to the server 2000 for recording.
In step S2040, the server 2000 records the call-in information of the called-in item according to the call-in data packet.
In this example, the call-in information includes a call-in flag, a corresponding scheduling account, a call-in geographic location, and a call-in time.
The call-in time may be determined by the server 2000 based on the time at which the call-in packet was received, or may be provided by the dispatch terminal 3000 in the call-in packet.
The record includes the server 2000 updating the current status of the imported item as in operation.
In step S2050, the server 2000 generates call-in details corresponding to the call-in request.
The call-in details include, for example, a total number of call-in items, a call-in time, and a call-in geographic location.
In step S2060, the server 2000 configures the scheduling terminal 3000 to display the call details.
