Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection, in particular to a disinfection solution and a disinfection method.
Background
In order to adapt to the fumigation of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant, the prior art diffuses the disinfectant and water molecules into the space through ultrasonic atomization or high-pressure atomization, so as to achieve the disinfection effect. However, chlorine dioxide molecules brought out by water molecules change the humidity of the space, the diffusion effect is limited, and the combination of chlorine dioxide and water molecules aggravates the corrosiveness to the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a disinfection method which has good disinfection effect, does not change the space humidity and is more environment-friendly.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
as one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a disinfectant solution, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of chlorate, 0.1-1 part of stabilizer, 0-1 part of passivator and 10-30 parts of trigger. Thus, the disinfection solution has longer shelf life and lower chlorine dioxide degradation rate.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the raw materials for preparing the disinfection solution also comprise 1-2 parts of surfactant. Preferably, the surfactant is at least one of gemini fluorocarbon, sodium perfluorononenoxybenzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10); therefore, the surfactant can improve the lipophilicity of the disinfection solution, improve the physical surface adhesive force of the disinfection solution, and enable the disinfection solution to be fully contacted with the physical surface, thereby enhancing the disinfection effect of the disinfection solution.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the raw materials for preparing the disinfection solution also comprise 1-10 parts of a heat-conducting agent. Preferably, the heat conducting agent is ethanol or ammonia water. Therefore, the heat conducting agent can conduct heat to the disinfection solution more quickly, the disinfection solution is more sensitive to heat, the disinfectant can form disinfection gas more quickly, the disinfection gas escapes from the solution, and moisture cannot be brought out.
Preferably, the chlorate is at least one of sodium chlorate, sodium chlorite and sodium hypochlorite.
Preferably, the passivating agent is at least one of chitosan, sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; therefore, the passivating agent can relieve the speed of the chlorine dioxide gas released by the disinfecting solution, so that the disinfecting effect of the chlorine dioxide is continuous, and the chlorine dioxide disinfecting solution is safe and non-toxic to the environment.
As a further optimization of the above scheme, the stabilizer is at least one of EDTA, polyvinylpyrrolidone, pentamethylene aminocarboxylic acid, amino alcohol and amide. Therefore, the stabilizer can inhibit the decomposition of the chlorine dioxide in the disinfection solution and prolong the storage life of the chlorine dioxide disinfection solution.
As a further optimization of the above scheme, the trigger is at least one of citric acid, benzoic acid and tartaric acid. Thus, the trigger (activator) can react with chlorate to generate chlorine dioxide gas, thereby achieving the disinfection effect.
As a further optimization of the above scheme, the raw materials for preparing the disinfection solution further comprise at least one of sodium trichloroisocyanurate, sodium dichloroisocyanurate and trisodium phosphate; therefore, the content of the sodium trichloroisocyanurate, the sodium dichloroisocyanurate or the trisodium phosphate is 0-10 parts by weight, and the sodium trichloroisocyanurate, the sodium dichloroisocyanurate or the trisodium phosphate can be synergistically acted with the chlorine dioxide to enhance the disinfection effect of the chlorine dioxide.
As a second aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a sterilization method comprising the steps of: pouring the disinfection solution (the disinfection solution preparation raw material comprises a heat conducting agent) into an inner container of a gas fumigation device, adjusting the heating temperature and the heating time of the gas fumigation device, and diffusing chlorine dioxide gas into the environment from the inner container;
wherein, gaseous fumigation degassing unit includes the casing, be equipped with the heating jacket in the casing, be equipped with the detachable inner bag in the heating jacket, be equipped with temperature controller, heating time controller and integrated controller on the casing, temperature controller respectively with integrated controller with the heating jacket is connected, heating time controller respectively with integrated controller with the heating jacket is connected. It should be noted that the inner container is filled with a solution of gas to be heated for sterilization, and the temperature controller is used for controlling the temperature of the heating sleeve; the heating time of the heating jacket to the sterilizing solution is controlled by the heating time controller, so that a better sterilizing effect is realized.
Therefore, the disinfectant solution to be fumigated is directly poured into the inner container, and then the inner container is put into the heating sleeve; the temperature controller is adjusted by changing the power setting, and the high-middle-low three-gear fumigating speed is set, so that the temperature of the liquid in the liner is controlled, the higher the temperature is, the faster the chlorine dioxide disinfectant escapes to the environment, and the heat conducting agent can conduct heat to the disinfecting solution more quickly, so that the escape speed of the chlorine dioxide is higher, and the moisture brought out is less; the inner container can be taken out and cleaned as required; and a heating time controller is used for setting three stages of continuous fumigation, intermittent fumigation and fumigation time to perform adaptive disinfection on the environment.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the top of the inner container is provided with a top cover with holes, a gap is formed in the middle of the top cover, and a drying agent is filled in the gap. Thus, the desiccant can absorb the water vapor volatilized by heating, avoiding changing the humidity of the sterilized environment.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the drying agent is anhydrous calcium chloride, the anhydrous calcium chloride is sealed by a packaging bag, and the packaging bag is made of a DuPont paper composite breathable film. Therefore, the calcium chloride does not react with the chlorine dioxide, the water vapor evaporated along with the chlorine dioxide is absorbed by the calcium chloride, and the chlorine dioxide can smoothly pass through the top cover to achieve the sterilized environment; the packaging bag seals the anhydrous calcium chloride to prevent the calcium chloride powder from entering the disinfection solution in the inner container; in addition, the packaging bag made of the DuPont paper composite breathable film can prevent liquid drops formed after calcium chloride absorbs water from permeating into the inner container, and meanwhile, the breathable film can pass through disinfection gas such as chlorine dioxide volatilized from the inner container.
As a further optimization of the scheme, the heating temperature is 10-30 ℃, and preferably 22 ℃. Thus, the lower heating temperature results in less water vapor being carried over by the sterilizing gas and a lower increase in ambient humidity.
As a further optimization of the above scheme, the top cover is arc-shaped. Therefore, the sterilizing gas can be volatilized into the environment through the small holes on the arc-shaped top cover, the area of the arc-shaped top cover is larger than that of the flat top cover, and the sterilizing gas can be diffused into the environment at a higher speed; radial small holes can be densely distributed on the arc-shaped top cover to enlarge the diffusion efficiency of the sterilizing gas.
In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the disinfection solution and the disinfection method of the invention are adopted to disinfect the environment, the consumption of the needed disinfection gas is less, the disinfection effect is good, the humidity of the space is not changed, and the environment is not corroded.
