本发明涉及一种书本胶装工艺。
背景技术
胶装工艺的好坏直接影响了书本的使用寿命。一般的胶或胶粘时间不够均会造成书本打开翻页时纸张的掉落。
发明内容
根据现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可提高书本使用寿命的胶装工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种书本胶装工艺,主要方法为将浓度为20%-50%的胶搅拌均匀后涂于胶槽内,上面覆盖密封膜,连续加热5~6分钟,启动运行,将书本放入胶槽内,待胶装温度为30-45℃,来回缓慢平移书本3-5次。
本发明的一种书本胶装工艺,其优点在于:本发明中胶的浓度为20%-50%,且提前加热更发挥了胶的粘性。且胶料上覆盖有密封膜,当放入书本后密封膜起到包覆的作用,更有效的提高了书本装订后的稳定性进而提高使用寿命。
