In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a pressure cooking appliance, which mainly comprises a lid body 10 and a pot body 20. The pot body 20 is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical-shaped inner pot receiving portion into or from which the inner pot 21 can be freely put or taken out to facilitate the cleaning of the inner pot 21. The inner pot 21 is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. An inner pan gasket 22 is arranged on the upper surface of the pot body 20 at a position surrounding the inner pan 21. When the pressure cooking appliance works, the temperature of the inner pot 21 is high, the inner pot gasket 22 can isolate the inner pot 21 from other parts of the cooker body 20, so that the heat insulation and burn prevention effects are achieved, and the other parts are prevented from being damaged due to the high temperature of the inner pot 21. In addition, a heating device for heating the inner pot 21, etc. may be provided inside the pot body 20.
The lid body 10 may have a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the pot body 20. The lid body 10 is pivotally connected to the pot body 20 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot body 20. Wherein, a hooking part 111 is provided at one end of the hook 11 close to the pot body 20. The hook connecting plate 23 is fixedly arranged below the inner pot washer 22 of the cooker body 20. When the cover body 10 covers the pot body 20, the hooking part 111 of the hook 11 extends into the lower part of the hook connecting plate 23 and hooks the hook connecting plate 23, thereby increasing the connecting strength between the cover body 10 and the pot body 20 when the cover body is covered. Since the pressure cooking appliance generates a large pressure in the cooking space when it is operated, in order to prevent the pot body 20 and the lid body 10 from being separated by the excessive pressure, which may cause damage to a user or the surrounding environment, it is necessary to secure the coupling strength between the hooks 11 and the hook coupling plate 23. Therefore, when the hooking part 111 is located below the hook connecting plate 23, the torsion spring 13 can ensure that the hooking part 111 is not separated, thereby ensuring the hooking between the hook 11 and the hook connecting plate 23.
The hook connecting plate 23 is arranged below the inner pot washer 22, and in the process of covering the cover body 10, the hook 11 needs to extend into the lower part of the hook connecting plate 23 through the inner pot washer 22. Because there is the installation clearance between interior pot packing ring 22 and the couple connecting plate 23, consequently, sometimes the phenomenon that the hook portion 111 of couple 11 catches on the edge of interior pot packing ring 22 appears, and the joint strength between lid 10 and the a kind of deep pot body 20 is less like this, if the user begins to cook, has the danger that pressure cooking utensil automatic uncap, causes steam to leak, even causes the harm to user or surrounding environment. The hook 11 passes through the inner pot washer 22 while extending below the hook connection plate 23, and thus, as shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that a guide slope 221 is provided on the inner pot washer 22. The guiding inclined plane 221 extends outwards and downwards at the edge of the inner pot gasket 22, so that the hooking part 111 of the hook 11 is guided by the guiding inclined plane 221 when passing through the inner pot gasket 22, and the cover closing operation is convenient. Further preferably, the guide slope 221 is provided as a smooth surface, so that the friction between the guide slope 221 and the hooking portion 111 can be reduced, and the cover can be easily closed.
Further, it is preferable that the edge of the hooking portion 111 of the hook 11 and the outer edge of the hook connecting plate 23 are rounded or chamfered, so that the hooking portion 111 passes the edge of the hook connecting plate 23 smoothly and smoothly, and the seizure can be reduced.
