羊奶果,为胡颓子科植物蜜花胡颓子ElatagnuscontetaRoxb. 的成熟果实。多年生常绿攀缘植物,成熟果实鲜红色至紫红色,鲜果生食,可食部占91 %,甜酸,适度可口,水分充足,颜色鲜艳,可做果汁、罐头、蜜饯。 羊奶果一般用于水果食,有两个品种,一个味甜些,另一个果型小一点,小果型的现在山上还有野生的。羊奶果学名密花胡颓子,以根、果、叶入药。主治吐血,咯血,咽喉肿痛,感冒,小儿惊风,疮癣等症。止咳平喘,收敛止泻。还可治哮喘,虚咳,慢性支气管炎,肠炎,腹泻,跌打肿痛,风湿疼痛,黄疸。

B、羊奶果预处理:挑选优质成熟的羊奶果,洗净后,添加0.03%的抗坏血酸钠、0.01%的苹果酸和0.1%的枣花蜜,进行打浆,再送入胶磨机进行胶磨,压滤,制得羊奶果浆;
C、联合水解:将补骨脂混合浆和羊奶果浆按1:0.6的比例混合均匀,制得原料浆;向原料浆中加入其重量的0.4%的果胶酶、0.5%的纤维素酶和0.02%的蛋白酶,充分混合均匀,调pH 值至6.8,温度控制为40℃,联合水解25min,制得原料水解物;
D、提取:向原料水解物中加入浓度为75%的乙醇,加热,进行回流提取2次,提取时间为55min,过滤,得滤液,再将滤液置于56℃下旋转蒸发,除去溶剂,制得提取液;
E、分离浓缩:采用氮气浮选法,将提取液放入浮选设备中,进行分离浓缩,设置气液的体积流量百分比为80%,时间为3min,制得浓缩液;
F、混合:取45重量份的浓缩液,加入15重量份的甘草液、10重量份的百合汁、5重量份的绿茶粉,其余为纯净水,混合均匀,制得混合液;
G、均质:将混合液在温度为42℃,压力为30Mpa的条件下进行均质,均质2次;
H、杀菌、灌装:将均质后的混合液在100℃环境下巴氏杀菌3min,杀菌后在真空无菌环境下灌装,通风干燥环境中贮藏。
