技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及轴承配件加工技术领域,尤其涉及轴承套加工技术。
背景技术
[0002]轴承是在机械传动过程中起固定和减小载荷摩擦系数的部件。也可以说,当其它 机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时,用来降低动力传递过程中的摩擦系数和保持轴中心位置 固定的机件。轴承是当代机械设备中一种举足轻重的零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋 转体,用以降低设备在传动过程中的机械载荷摩擦系数。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承 可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两类。
[0003] 轴承套是一种重要的轴承配件,轴承套加上紧定螺丝,以达到内圈周向、轴向固定 的目的,传统轴承的轴承套加工精度低,与轴承内圈内孔间隙配合效果差,从而影响了轴承 的使用,降低了轴承的使用寿命,增加了轴承套的使用成本。
发明内容
[0004] 为了解决传统轴承套加工精度低给轴承使用带来的上述问题,本发明提供了一种 轴承套加工工艺。
[0005] 本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种轴承套加工工艺,其特征在于: 包括以下步骤: (1) 、锻造,锻造温度在900-1200 °C ; (2) 、热处理,正火温度应控制在1000-1200 °C; (3) 、粗车外圆,外圆对内孔的径向圆跳动公差在0.01mm内; ⑷、车内孔; (5) 、精车左端面,端面与内孔轴线的垂直度在0.01mm以内; (6) 、钻油孔。

[0007] 所述步骤⑷中,内孔精度为IT7级,内孔的加工顺序为:钻孔一车孔一铰孔。

具体实施方式

[0010] 锻造和热处理过程中若产生过烧、过热、内裂成网状碳化物等都会降低套圈的韧 性和强度。所以必须始终严格控制加工温度、循环加热和锻后散热条件(如喷雾冷却)等,特 别是地较大品种套圈终锻后,温度在700°C以上的,不得堆积摆放。
[0011]轴承套外圆为117级精度,采用精车可以满足要求;内孔精度也为IT7级,采用铰孔 可以满足要求。内孔的加工顺序为:钻孔一车孔一铰孔。由于外圆对内孔的径向圆跳动要求 在0 • 01mm内,用软卡爪装夹无法保证。因此精车外圆时应以内孔为定位基准,使轴承套在小 锥度心轴上定位,用两顶尖装夹。车铰内孔时,应与端面在一次装夹中加工出,以保证端面 与内孔轴线的垂直度在0 • 01mm以内。外圆柱面表面粗糙度为Ral • 6ym。零件材料为45钢,切 削加工性能较好,无热处理和硬度要求。

1. 一种轴承套加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: (1) 、锻造,锻造温度在900-1200°C ; (2) 、热处理,正火温度应控制在1000-1200°C ; (3) 、粗车外圆,外圆对内孔的径向圆跳动公差在0.01mm内; ⑷、车内孔; (5) 、精车左端面,端面与内孔轴线的垂直度在0.01mm以内; (6) 、钻油孔。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承套加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,外圆柱面 表面粗糙度为不低于Ral .6um。
