Abstract
本发明公开了一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,包括有充电器,所述充电器包括有电子板,所述电子板的两端分别设置有市电接线串口和锂电池接线串口,所述电子板上设置有锂电池充电状态显示灯,所述市电接线串口与控制电路相连接,由所述控制电路来检测锂电池充电状态显示灯,当锂电池充电状态显示灯显示锂电池充电完成时,由所述控制电路切断市电与电子板的电流连接;本发明通过设置有控制电路来监控锂电池充电状态显示灯,当检测到锂电池的电量充满时,则控制电路会切断市电与充电器电子板的连接,使得充电器属于断电状态,这样就可以降低充电器与锂电池的损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池电动车充电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置。
背景技术
充电器是为电动车的锂电池提供电力的充电设备,锂电池的充电时间较长,在充电过程中,充电器是一直工作的,如若使用者不拔除充电器,其在充电中会一直损耗,对充电器和锂电池都不好,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,通过设置有控制电路来监控锂电池充电状态显示灯并控制市电的接入,以解决现有充电器损耗较大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,包括有充电器,所述充电器包括有电子板,在所述电子板的两端分别设置有市电接线串口和锂电池接线串口,所述电子板上设置有锂电池充电状态显示灯,所述市电接线串口与控制电路相连接,由所述控制电路来检测锂电池充电状态显示灯,当锂电池充电状态显示灯显示锂电池充电完成时,由所述控制电路切断市电与电子板的电流连接。
进一步改进在于:所述充电器的外壳由PC/ABS材料制成。
进一步改进在于:所述充电器的外壳上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器上设置有报警器,当外壳温度过高时,报警器发出警报声。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置有控制电路来监控锂电池充电状态显示灯,当检测到锂电池的电量充满时,则控制电路会切断市电与充电器电子板的连接,使得充电器属于断电状态,这样就可以降低充电器与锂电池的损耗,本发明结构简单、大大提高了充电器与与锂电池的使用寿命。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,包括有充电器,所述充电器包括有电子板1,所述电子板1的两端分别设置有市电接线串口2和锂电池接线串口3,所述电子板1上设置有锂电池充电状态显示灯4,所述市电接线串口2与控制电路5相连接,由所述控制电路5来检测锂电池充电状态显示灯4,当锂电池充电状态显示灯4显示锂电池充电完成时,由所述控制电路5切断市电与电子板1的电流连接。所述充电器的外壳6由PC/ABS材料制成。所述充电器的外壳上设置有温度传感器7,所述温度传感器7上设置有报警器8,当外壳温度过高时,报警器发出警报声以提醒人们。
本发明通过设置有控制电路5来监控锂电池充电状态显示灯4,当检测到锂电池的电量充满时,则控制电路5会切断市电与充电器电子板的连接,使得充电器属于断电状态,这样就可以降低充电器与锂电池的损耗,本发明结构简单、大大提高了充电器与与锂电池的使用寿命。

1.一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,包括有充电器,其特征在于:所述充电器包括有电子板(1),所述电子板(1)的两端分别设置有市电接线串口(2)和锂电池接线串口(3),所述电子板(1)上设置有锂电池充电状态显示灯(4),所述市电接线串口(2)与控制电路(5)相连接,由所述控制电路(5)来检测锂电池充电状态显示灯(4),当锂电池充电状态显示灯(4)显示锂电池充电完成时,由所述控制电路(5)切断市电与电子板(1)的电流连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,其特征在于:所述充电器的外壳(6)由PC/ABS材料制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种锂电池电动车充电器的保护装置,其特征在于:所述充电器的外壳上设置有温度传感器(7),所述温度传感器(7)上设置有报警器(8),当外壳温度过高时,报警器发出警报声。
