本发明公开了一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机,包括控制面板、数控中心、镜片固定器、转向固定夹、润滑剂添加器和储存电动机,所述控制面板安装在绝缘外壳上,所述数控中心设置在显示屏和定位器之间,所述数控中心下方设置有信息交换器,所述信息交换器安装在支撑座上方,所述支撑座下方设置有电路保护开关,所述定位器与裁片电动机相连接,所述定位器下方设置有可伸缩切割钻,所述镜片固定器下方设置有机械手,所述机械手与自动退阻器相连接,所述转向固定夹上方设置有打磨头。有益效果在于:可以进行镜片裁片、打磨、储存一体化作业,自动化程度高,可以通过数控进行镜片加工的控制,智能化程度高,操作简便,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及眼镜片加工设备领域,具体涉及一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机。
背景技术
镜片是眼镜的主要部件之一,通常由玻璃、树脂等材料通过裁片成型之后,经过一系列深度加工最终形成镜片成品。申请号为:201520993233.6的中国专利,具体内容为:本实用新型公开了一种镜片裁片机真空裁切设备,包括机台、磨削机、吸尘装置;所述的磨削机安装在机台上,吸尘装置安装在机台上且位于磨削机的一侧;所述的吸尘装置包括吸尘罩和吸尘管;所述的吸尘罩上开设一让机械手穿入的中孔,吸尘罩包裹在磨削机的外围,吸尘管与吸尘罩的一端连通。以上专利自动化程度低,无法进行数控全自动镜片打磨作业,不具备镜片裁片、打磨、储存一体化作业能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机,包括控制面板、数控中心、镜片固定器、转向固定夹、润滑剂添加器和储存电动机,所述控制面板安装在绝缘外壳上,所述数控中心设置在显示屏和定位器之间,所述数控中心下方设置有信息交换器,所述信息交换器安装在支撑座上方,所述支撑座下方设置有电路保护开关,所述定位器与裁片电动机相连接,所述定位器下方设置有可伸缩切割钻,所述镜片固定器下方设置有机械手,所述机械手与自动退阻器相连接,所述转向固定夹上方设置有打磨头,所述打磨头的末端安装有粉尘排出管,所述转向固定夹下方设置有分隔板,所述分隔板安装在成品镜片储存仓内,所述润滑剂添加器与鼓风机相连接,所述润滑剂添加器通过定量器与润滑剂储存器相连接,所述储存电动机末端安装有弹性推进器。
其中,所述控制面板与所述绝缘外壳铆接,所述数控中心与所述显示屏通过导线连接,所述数控中心与所述定位器通过光纤连接,所述数控中心与所述信息交换器通过导线连接,所述信息交换器与所述支撑座通过螺栓固定连接。
其中,所述信息交换器与所述电路保护开关通过电阻丝相连接,所述定位器与所述裁片电动机通过导线连接相连接,所述裁片电动机与所述可伸缩切割钻通过皮带相连接,所述镜片固定器与所述机械手通过螺栓固定连接。
其中,所述机械手与所述自动退阻器通过铰链连接,所述转向固定夹与所述打磨头之间设置有打磨空间,所述鼓风机与所述粉尘排出管同轴装配,所述转向固定夹与所述分隔板焊接在一起。
其中,所述分隔板与所述成品镜片储存仓通过螺栓固定连接,所述润滑剂添加器与所述鼓风机焊接在一起,所述润滑剂添加器与所述定量器通过中空导管连接,所述定量器与所述润滑剂储存器密封胶黏,所述储存电动机与所述弹性推进器通过传动杠杆连接。
有益效果在于:可以进行镜片裁片、打磨、储存一体化作业,自动化程度高,可以通过数控进行镜片加工的控制,智能化程度高,操作简便,提高了生产效率。

如图1-图2所示,一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机,包括控制面板2、数控中心7、镜片固定器11、转向固定夹16、润滑剂添加器20和储存电动机23,所述控制面板2安装在绝缘外壳1上,所述数控中心7设置在显示屏6和定位器8之间,所述数控中心7下方设置有信息交换器5,所述信息交换器5安装在支撑座4上方,所述支撑座4下方设置有电路保护开关3,所述定位器8与裁片电动机9相连接,所述定位器8下方设置有可伸缩切割钻10,所述镜片固定器11下方设置有机械手12,所述机械手12与自动退阻器13相连接,所述转向固定夹16上方设置有打磨头14,所述打磨头14的末端安装有粉尘排出管15,所述转向固定夹16下方设置有分隔板17,所述分隔板17安装在成品镜片储存仓18内,所述润滑剂添加器20与鼓风机19相连接,所述润滑剂添加器20通过定量器21与润滑剂储存器22相连接,所述储存电动机23末端安装有弹性推进器24。
在本实施例中,所述控制面板2与所述绝缘外壳1铆接,可以通过所述控制面板2输入工作参数,所述数控中心7与所述显示屏6通过导线连接,所述显示屏6可以显示所述数控中心7的实时加工情况,所述数控中心7与所述定位器8通过光纤连接,可以通过所述定位器8定位所需裁片的镜片形状,所述数控中心7与所述信息交换器5通过导线连接,所述信息交换器5可以将所述数控中心7的工作指令进行解析与输出,所述信息交换器5与所述支撑座4通过螺栓固定连接,所述支撑座4可以为所述信息交换器5提供位置支撑。
在本实施例中,所述信息交换器5与所述电路保护开关3通过电阻丝相连接,所述电路保护开关3可以为本发明提供电路保护,避免电流过大时烧毁内部元件,所述定位器8与所述裁片电动机9通过导线连接相连接,所述裁片电动机9可以为镜片裁片提供动力,所述裁片电动机9与所述可伸缩切割钻10通过皮带相连接,可以通过所述裁片电动机9带动所述可伸缩切割钻10将镜片按照需求进行裁片,所述镜片固定器11与所述机械手12通过螺栓固定连接,可以通过所述镜片固定器11将待加工的镜片进行固定,方便裁片。
在本实施例中,所述机械手12与所述自动退阻器13通过铰链连接,裁片完毕时,通过所述数控中心7控制所述自动退阻器13将固定的镜片放开,并由所述机械手12将裁片完成的镜片放入所述弹性推进器24下方,所述转向固定夹16与所述打磨头14之间设置有打磨空间,可以通过所述转向固定夹16将裁片后的镜片进行固定,并由所述打磨头14进行边缘打磨,所述鼓风机19与所述粉尘排出管15同轴装配,可以通过所述鼓风机19将打磨产生的粉尘由所述粉尘排出管15送出,所述转向固定夹16与所述分隔板17焊接在一起,可以通过所述分隔板17将完成加工的镜片成品进行分隔储存。
在本实施例中,所述分隔板17与所述成品镜片储存仓18通过螺栓固定连接,所述成品镜片储存仓18可以储存成品镜片,所述润滑剂添加器20与所述鼓风机19焊接在一起,所述润滑剂添加器20可以在打磨镜片时添加打磨润滑剂,所述润滑剂添加器20与所述定量器21通过中空导管连接,可以通过所述定量器21控制打磨润滑剂的添加量,所述定量器21与所述润滑剂储存器22密封胶黏,所述润滑剂储存器22可以储存打磨润滑剂,以备使用,所述储存电动机23与所述弹性推进器24通过传动杠杆连接,可以通过所述储存电动机23带动所述弹性推进器24将镜片成品推送到指定位置。

1.一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机,其特征在于:包括控制面板、数控中心、镜片固定器、转向固定夹、润滑剂添加器和储存电动机,所述控制面板安装在绝缘外壳上,所述数控中心设置在显示屏和定位器之间,所述数控中心下方设置有信息交换器,所述信息交换器安装在支撑座上方,所述支撑座下方设置有电路保护开关,所述定位器与裁片电动机相连接,所述定位器下方设置有可伸缩切割钻,所述镜片固定器下方设置有机械手,所述机械手与自动退阻器相连接,所述转向固定夹上方设置有打磨头,所述打磨头的末端安装有粉尘排出管,所述转向固定夹下方设置有分隔板,所述分隔板安装在成品镜片储存仓内,所述润滑剂添加器与鼓风机相连接,所述润滑剂添加器通过定量器与润滑剂储存器相连接,所述储存电动机末端安装有弹性推进器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机,其特征在于:所述控制面板与所述绝缘外壳铆接,所述数控中心与所述显示屏通过导线连接,所述数控中心与所述定位器通过光纤连接,所述数控中心与所述信息交换器通过导线连接,所述信息交换器与所述支撑座通过螺栓固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控全自动眼镜片打磨裁片机,其特征在于:所述信息交换器与所述电路保护开关通过电阻丝相连接,所述定位器与所述裁片电动机通过导线连接相连接,所述裁片电动机与所述可伸缩切割钻通过皮带相连接,所述镜片固定器与所述机械手通过螺栓固定连接。
