The dishwasher 100 includes:

a support 10;

the flushing device 20 is arranged on the bracket 10 and is communicated with a water source, and a water outlet of the flushing device 20 is arranged downwards;

a transfer device 30 mounted on the rack 10, the transfer device 30 having a loading station and an unloading station, the transfer device 30 being for transferring bowls from the loading station to the unloading station; and the number of the first and second groups,

the clamping device 40 is arranged on the bracket 10, and the clamping device 40 clamps a bowl at each time from the unloading station of the conveying device 30 and conveys the bowl to the position below the water outlet of the washing device 20 for washing.

In particular, the rack 10 mainly plays a bearing role, which can be used for the fixed installation of the washing device 20, the conveying device 30, the clamping device 40 and other devices of the dishwasher 100; the shape of the stent 10 is various, such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, etc., and the shape of the stent 10 is not particularly limited; in consideration of the relatively large load of the bracket 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bracket 10 is made of a material having a relatively high strength, such as a metal material, an engineering plastic, and the like.

Washing unit 20 installs on support 10, its and water source intercommunication, promptly washing unit 20 and running water pipe intercommunication, washing unit 20's delivery port sets up down, and this just makes the straight downward outflow of hydroenergy through washing unit 20, because running water self has certain speed to the water that directly flows down can also be at further increase speed under its self action of gravity, thereby makes the velocity of flow of the water that flows from washing unit 20 bigger, treats bowl washing utensil and causes bigger impact, and then can be with treating that bowl washing utensil is abluent cleaner.

The transmission device 30 is mounted on the support 10, and the transmission device 30 may be mounted in a horizontal direction, a vertical direction, or an oblique direction, and the specific mounting of the transmission device 30 is not limited herein. The conveying device 30 has a loading station and an unloading station, and the loading station of the conveying channel 31 is used for a user to place the dishes to be washed on the conveying device 30, so that the dishes to be washed are conveyed by the conveying device 30 to the unloading station. It should be noted that the dishes to be washed are exposed from the transfer channel 31 both at the loading station and at the unloading station.

The holding device 40 is used for holding the dishes to be washed at the unloading station of the conveying device 30 and transporting the dishes to be washed to the position below the water outlet of the washing device 20 for washing. The clamping device 40 may be a claw 42 structure, a net bag structure, etc., as long as it can clamp bowls and can also leak water, and the specific structure of the clamping device 40 is not particularly limited. The clamping device 40 can only clamp one bowl for cleaning at a time, so that water flowing out of the flushing device 20 can be intensively flushed for the bowl, the flushing time of each bowl can be shortened, water resources consumed by cleaning each bowl can be reduced, and water resources can be saved.

According to the invention, the washing device 20, the conveying device 30 and the clamping device 40 are respectively arranged on the bracket 10, and the water outlet of the washing device 20 is arranged downwards, when the bowls to be washed are conveyed from the loading station to the unloading station of the conveying device 30, the clamping device 40 clamps the bowls to be washed positioned at the unloading station of the conveying device 30 and conveys the bowls to be washed to the position below the water outlet of the washing device 20, so that water flowing out of the water outlet of the washing device 20 can directly wash the bowls. Because the clamping device 40 only clamps one bowl for cleaning at a time, the water flowing out of the water outlet of the washing device 20 can be collected to wash a single bowl, so that the bowls can be cleaned more cleanly, the washing time of each bowl can be shortened, the washing efficiency of the bowls is improved, and the consumption of electricity can be saved; moreover, only the individual bowls are cleaned each time, so that the cleaned bowls are not affected by dirt, sundries and the like on other bowls, and the water quantity required by washing each bowl can be saved; especially, when the number of the bowls to be washed is small, the bowls to be washed one by one can save the washing time of the bowls to be washed and more water resources at the same time compared with the case that the bowls to be washed are washed once, so that the water resources consumed by washing the dishes of the dish washer 100 each time can be greatly reduced. In addition, the dishwasher 100 of the present application can be applied to different numbers of dishes to be washed, which makes the dishwasher 100 more applicable and more convenient for users to use.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the transferring device 30 includes a transferring channel 31 installed on the support 10 in a vertical direction, and a transferring frame 32 installed in the transferring channel 31; wherein, the transmission channel 31 is provided with a loading station and an unloading station; the transport rack 32 moves along the transport path 31 to transport the dishes to be washed from the loading station to the unloading station.

Since the transmission channel 31 is installed along the vertical direction, the width of the rack 10 along the horizontal direction can be greatly reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the dishwasher 100, so that the occupied space when the dishwasher 100 is installed can be reduced, and the problem of short kitchen use area can be solved.

It should be noted that the transmission channel 31 is formed by a tubular structure, which may be a pipe formed by plastic injection molding, or a pipe formed by surrounding a plurality of enclosing plates, and how the transmission channel 31 is formed is not particularly limited herein. The shape of the transmission channel 31 is various, such as a linear channel, a curved channel, a circular channel, etc., and is not particularly limited. The structure of the transport rack 32 is also numerous, such as a stack structure, a tray structure, and the like. It should be noted that the shape of the conveying channel 31 also determines the structure of the conveying rack 32 and the movement of the conveying rack 32 in the conveying channel 31; for example, when the conveying channel 31 is a linear channel, the conveying frame 32 is a tray structure, and the conveying frame 32 reciprocates in the conveying channel 31; if the transmission path 31 is a circular path, the transmission rack 32 is in a stack structure, and the transmission rack 32 moves circularly in the transmission path 31. The movement of the transport frame 32 is described in detail below:

referring to fig. 2, when the conveying channel 31 is a linear channel, the conveying channel 31 has a first conveying section 311 extending along a vertical direction and a second conveying section 312 extending along a horizontal direction, one end of the second conveying section 312 is communicated with a lower end of the first conveying section 311, the loading station is disposed at an end of the second conveying section 312 far away from the first conveying section 311, and the unloading station is disposed at an upper end of the first conveying section 311. The transport frame 32 reciprocates between the first transport section 311 and the second transport section 312.

When the dishwasher 100 is in operation, a user loads dishes to be washed on the conveying rack 32 from the loading station at the end of the second conveying section 312 far from the first conveying section 311, the conveying rack 32 moves from the second conveying section 312 to the first conveying section 311 until moving to the upper end of the first conveying section 311, and after the conveying rack 32 conveys the dishes to be washed to the upper end of the first conveying section 311 and is taken away by the clamping device 40, the conveying rack 32 moves from the first conveying section 311 to the second conveying section 312 and moves to the end of the second conveying section 312 far from the first conveying section 311 to convey other dishes to be washed, and thus the operation is repeated and ceaseless.

However, the transporting rack 32 reciprocates in the transporting channel 31 once to transport only one dish to be washed, which takes a certain time for the transporting rack 32 to transport the dish to be washed, so that the transporting speed of the transporting device 30 to transport the dish to be washed is reduced, and the dish washing speed of the dish washing machine 100 is also reduced. In order to increase the conveying speed of the dishes to be washed, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the conveying channel 31 is configured in a ring shape, and the conveying rack 32 repeatedly makes a circular motion in the conveying channel 31.

Specifically, the conveying channel 31 includes two third conveying sections 313 arranged in parallel along the vertical direction, a first connecting section 314 connecting the lower ends of the two third conveying sections 313, and a second connecting section 315 connecting the upper ends of the two third conveying sections 313, and the upper ends of the two third conveying sections 313 are both arranged in an open manner, wherein the upper end of one third conveying section 313 forms a loading station, and the upper end of the other third conveying section 313 forms an unloading station. The transmission frame 32 moves circularly in the annular transmission channel 31 formed by the two third transmission sections 313, the first connection section 314 and the second connection section 315.

When the dishwasher 100 is in operation, since the conveying frame 32 moves circularly along the conveying channel 31, the user can load the dishes to be washed from the loading station at the upper end of the third conveying section 313 to the conveying station of the conveying frame 32 in sequence, so that the conveying frame 32 is always in a state of conveying the dishes to be washed, and after the dishes to be washed at the front end of the plurality of dishes to be washed are clamped by the clamping device 40, the dishes to be washed at the front end move forward to the loading station to be clamped by the clamping device 40 and conveyed to the washing device 20 for washing, and so on. Therefore, the transmission frame 32 is always in a state of transmitting the bowls to be washed, the no-load operation time of the transmission frame 32 is further reduced, and the consumption of electric energy is saved; meanwhile, the efficiency of the transmission device 30 for transmitting the dishes is improved, thereby being beneficial to improving the dish washing speed of the dish washing machine 100.

Considering that the distance between the transferring device 30 and the holding device 40 is too large, the speed of the holding device 40 to convey the dishes to be washed from the unloading station of the transferring device 30 to the water outlet under the washing device 20 is affected, which reduces the washing efficiency of the dishwasher 100. In view of this, in an embodiment of the present invention, the unloading station of the conveying device 30 is disposed adjacent to the holding device 40, so that the time taken for the holding device 40 to clamp the dishes to be washed from the unloading station of the conveying device 30 can be shortened, and the dish washing efficiency of the dishwasher 100 can be improved.

In order to facilitate storage of the washed bowls, in an embodiment of the invention, the dishwasher 100 further includes a bowl storage device 50 for storing the bowls, specifically, the bowl storage device 50 includes a bowl storage channel 51 and a transport rack 52 installed in the bowl storage channel 51, the bowl storage channel 51 is provided with a bowl entering station and a bowl exiting station, the transport rack 52 is provided with a transport station, the transport rack 52 is used for transporting the washed bowls from the bowl entering station into the bowl storage channel 51, or the transport rack 52 is used for transporting the washed bowls from the bowl storage channel 51 to the bowl exiting station.

After the bowls to be washed are washed, the clamping device 40 conveys the washed bowls to the bowl feeding station of the bowl storage channel 51 and loads the washed bowls to the transportation station of the transportation frame 52, so that the washed bowls can move towards the bowl storage channel 51 along with the transportation frame 52 and can be stored in the bowl storage channel 51; when a user needs to take bowls, the bowls stored in the bowl storage channel 51 can move to the bowl outlet station under the transmission of the transport rack 52, so that the bowls loaded on the transport station of the transport rack 52 can be exposed from the bowl outlet station and can be taken by the user. So set up, the user only need when washing dishes at every turn wait to wash the bowl utensil load to transmission frame 32 of transmission device 30 on can, follow-up washing all can go on through controller 60 control is automatic with storing, and then made things convenient for the user to wash dishes, be favorable to improving user's experience.

It should be noted that the bowl storage channel 51 has many shapes, such as a linear channel, a curved channel, an annular channel, etc., and is not limited herein; the transport frame 52 may be constructed in a variety of configurations, such as a stacked configuration, a tray configuration, and the like. It should be noted that the shape of the bowl storage channel 51 also determines the structure of the transportation frame 52 and the movement manner of the transportation frame 52 in the bowl storage channel 51, for example, when the bowl storage channel 51 is a straight channel, the transportation frame 52 is a tray structure, and the transportation frame 52 reciprocates in the bowl storage channel 51; if the bowl storage channel 51 is an annular channel, the transportation frame 52 is in a stack structure, and the transportation frame 52 performs a circular motion in the bowl storage channel 51. The movement of the transportation frame 52 is specifically described below:

referring to fig. 1, when the bowl storage channel 51 is a linear channel, the bowl storage channel 51 extends in a vertical direction, and a bowl entering station and a bowl exiting station of the bowl storage channel 51 may be disposed at a lower end of the bowl storage channel 51, that is, the lower end of the bowl storage channel 51 is both a bowl entering station and a bowl exiting station; the transmission device 30 reciprocates along the bowl storage channel 51.

When storing bowls, the clamping device 40 operates the washed bowls to the bowl entering station of the bowl storing channel 51 and loads the washed bowls on the transportation station of the transportation frame 52, if the transportation frame 32 is of a tray structure, a plurality of bowl storing stations are required to be arranged in the transportation channel 31 to store the bowls, that is, the transportation frame 52 only plays a transportation role, the transportation frame 52 transports the washed bowls to the storage channel from the bowl entering station of the bowl storing channel 51 at each time, places the washed bowls on the corresponding bowl storing station, and then moves to the bowl storing station to transport the next washed bowl, and the motion is repeated.

It should be noted that the bowl storage station in the bowl storage channel 51 may be formed by a telescopic structure disposed on the inner wall surface of the bowl storage channel 51, that is, the telescopic structure is in a contracted state when not bearing bowls, and when needing to bear the bowls, the telescopic structure extends out to bear the bowls, so that the transmission frame 32 for supporting the bowls can be separated from the bowls. Accordingly, when the bowls are taken out, the telescopic structure is contracted, so that the bowls are transferred to the transmission rack 32 and carried out.

However, the transportation rack 52 reciprocates once in the bowl storage channel 51 to transport only one dish, which takes a certain time for the transportation rack 52 to transport one dish, thereby reducing the bowl storage speed of the dishwasher 100. In order to increase the bowl storage speed of the dishwasher 100, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the bowl storage channel 51 is configured in a ring shape, and the transportation rack 52 is preferably configured in a stack structure, which repeats a circular motion in the bowl storage channel 51.

When the bowls are stored, the clamping device 40 operates the washed bowls to the bowl entering station of the bowl storing channel 51 and loads the washed bowls to the transportation station of the transportation frame 52, then the transportation frame 52 moves for a section along the bowl storing channel 51, so that the transportation station with the transportation frame 52 being empty is exposed from the bowl entering station, and the bowls are stored in sequence until the bowls are loaded on the transportation stations on the transportation frame 52. Accordingly, when the user takes the stored bowls, the transporting rack 52 moves along the bowl storage channel 51, so that the plurality of bowls stored on the transporting rack 52 are sequentially exposed from the bowl taking station of the bowl storage channel 51 for the user to take. This reduces the idle running time of the transportation frame 52, which not only saves the consumption of electric energy, but also improves the efficiency of the bowl storage device 50 for storing and taking bowls.

It should be noted that, in order to reduce the overall size of the dishwasher 100, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dish storage device 50 is disposed above the transmission device 30, so that the whole dishwasher 100 is disposed along the vertical direction, and thus the width of the dishwasher 100 in the horizontal direction is further reduced, thereby reducing the size of the dishwasher 100, and thus, the dishwasher 100 is conveniently installed in a kitchen.

For better washing bowls, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clamping device 40 includes a transmission portion 41 and a clamping portion disposed at one end of the transmission portion 41, the transmission portion 41 is telescopically disposed along a horizontal direction, and the clamping portion is rotatably disposed relative to the transmission portion 41.

The transmission part 41 is preferably a telescopic rod which can be extended or shortened by a driving force, that is, the telescopic rod can change its length to clamp the bowl at the unloading station of the conveying passage 31 or to convey the washed bowl to the bowl entering station of the bowl storage passage 51.

The clamping part is preferably a claw 42, and the claw 42 is pivoted with the transmission part 41, so that the claw 42 can rotate 3 degrees relative to the transmission part 41, that is, the bowls clamped by the claw 42 can be overturned along with the rotation of the claw 42 after being washed below the washing device 20 for a certain time, so that the bowls can be washed from various angles, and then sundries, stains and the like at various positions of the bowls can be washed clean, and further the washing effect of the dishwasher 100 is ensured.

Further, for better holding the dishes to be washed, the size of the latch 42 is adjustable, that is, the latch 42 can hold dishes with different sizes, which enables the dishwasher 100 to wash various types of dishes, such as bowls, dishes, etc., and thus is beneficial to improving the applicability of the dishwasher 100.

For better washing of dishes, in another embodiment of the present invention, the washing device 20 comprises a water inlet pipe 21 and a spiral water generator 22 mounted to the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 21.
