巴戟天,为双子叶植物茜草科,长3~13cm,宽1.5~5cm,前端短渐尖,基部钝形或圆形。巴戟天的干燥根,根呈扁圆柱形,略弯曲。主产于广东、广西等地。药用植物,主治阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软。
代代花:别名:酸橙、回青橙、玳玳。它绿叶婆娑,金果悬垂,是家养花卉中难得的佳品。代代花的果实初呈深绿色,成熟后显橙黄色,不脱落至翌年春夏又变成青绿色,故有“回青橙”之称。如养护得法,果实可宿存到第三年,故又名“代代”。 功能主治 行气宽中,消食,化痰。用于胸腹闷胀痛、食积不化、痰饮、脱肛、疏肝,和胃,理气。治胸中痞闷,脘腹胀痛,呕吐、少食。

一种巴戟天代代花营养粉的加工方法,其特征是:经原料准备、复合酶处理、调配、均质、脱气、灭菌、真空浓缩、冷冻干燥、整理包装等步骤加工而成,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
①原料准备:采摘新鲜的巴戟天、代代花、牡丹花、枇杷叶、柿叶,用清水清洗,滤干水分切成细条,制得巴戟天条、代代花条、牡丹花条、枇杷叶条、柿叶条,取8kg的巴戟天条、3kg的代代花条、1kg的牡丹花条、1kg的枇杷叶条、1kg柿叶条混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料在蒸汽温度为135℃条件下进行杀青10s,将杀青后的混合原料摊平放凉,备用;
②酶解:向杀青后的10kg混合原料中加入10kg的浓度为85%的山楂汁溶液,进行打浆,制得混合浆液,向10kg混合浆液中加入0.01kg的纤维素酶、0.012kg的果胶酶,混合均匀,在55℃的环境下酶解32min;
③调配:向酶解后的混合浆液中加入3kg的木糖醇粉、1.8kg的葛仙米粉、1.2kg的果糖、1kg的麦芽糊精、1kg的仙人掌果汁、1kg的金珠果汁、1kg的沙棘汁、1kg的鸡蛋果汁、0.5kg的苹果酸、0.06kg的无水磷酸氢二钠、0.04kg的黄原胶、0.03kg的魔芋胶,混合均匀,制得混合液;
④均质:将调配好的混合液在65℃、28Mpa的压力下均质,均质4次;
⑤脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在125千帕进行脱气8min,脱气结束后在135℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间10s;
⑥真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合液在0.15MPa,温度70℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为28%的巴戟天代代花浓缩物;
⑦冷冻干燥:将均质后的混合液在-18℃条件下,冷冻12h,然后在装载量按15kg/m2、工作压力65Pa、解析压力35Pa、温度52℃的条件下干燥,制得混合料,将混合料采用高速粉碎法进行粉碎,粒度为160μm,制得巴戟天代代花营养粉;
⑧包装:将巴戟天代代花营养粉用食品级包装材料包装,入通风干燥环境中储存。

③调配:向酶解后的混合浆液中加入3kg的木糖醇粉、1.5kg的葛仙米粉、1.3kg的果糖、1kg的麦芽糊精、0.2kg的苹果酸、0.06kg的无水磷酸氢二钠、0.04kg的黄原胶,混合均匀,制得混合液;
④均质:将调配好的混合液在50℃、25Mpa的压力下均质,均质3次;
⑤脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在110千帕进行脱气15min,脱气结束后在120℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间6s;
⑥真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合液在0.1MPa,温度55℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为40%的巴戟天代代花浓缩物;
⑦冷冻干燥:将均质后的混合液在-25℃条件下,冷冻8h,然后在装载量按12kg/m2、工作压力50Pa、解析压力20Pa、温度50℃的条件下干燥,制得混合料,将混合料采用高速粉碎法进行粉碎,粒度为140μm,制得巴戟天代代花营养粉;

Claims (1)
1.一种巴戟天代代花营养粉的加工方法,其特征是,经原料准备、复合酶处理、调配、均质、脱气、灭菌、真空浓缩、冷冻干燥、整理包装等步骤加工而成,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
①原料准备:采摘新鲜的巴戟天、代代花、牡丹花、枇杷叶、柿叶,用清水清洗,滤干水分切成细条,制得巴戟天条、代代花条、牡丹花条、枇杷叶条、柿叶条,取8kg的巴戟天条、3kg的代代花条、1kg的牡丹花条、1kg的枇杷叶条、1kg柿叶条混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料在蒸汽温度为135℃条件下进行杀青10s,将杀青后的混合原料摊平放凉,备用;
②酶解:向杀青后的10kg混合原料中加入10kg的浓度为85%的山楂汁溶液,进行打浆,制得混合浆液,向10kg混合浆液中加入0.01kg的纤维素酶、0.012kg的果胶酶,混合均匀,在55℃的环境下酶解32min;
③调配:向酶解后的混合浆液中加入3kg的木糖醇粉、1.8kg的葛仙米粉、1.2kg的果糖、1kg的麦芽糊精、1kg的仙人掌果汁、1kg的金珠果汁、1kg的沙棘汁、1kg的鸡蛋果汁、0.5kg的苹果酸、0.06kg的无水磷酸氢二钠、0.04kg的黄原胶、0.03kg的魔芋胶,混合均匀,制得混合液;
④均质:将调配好的混合液在65℃、28Mpa的压力下均质,均质4次;
⑤脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在125千帕进行脱气8min,脱气结束后在135℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间10s;
⑥真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合液在0.15MPa,温度70℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为28%的巴戟天代代花浓缩物;
⑦冷冻干燥:将均质后的混合液在-18℃条件下,冷冻12h,然后在装载量按15kg/m2、工作压力65Pa、解析压力35Pa、温度52℃的条件下干燥,制得混合料,将混合料采用高速粉碎法进行粉碎,粒度为160μm,制得巴戟天代代花营养粉;
⑧包装:将巴戟天代代花营养粉用食品级包装材料包装。
