Abstract

本发明公开了一种茶叶烘干机,包括送料箱、输送带、蒸汽加热管和导料板,所述导料板倾斜设于送料箱内,蒸汽加热管设于送料箱内,且蒸汽加热管位于导料板的上方,若干输送带由上至下分层设置在蒸汽加热管内,且相邻的两输送带交错设置。本发明中的输送带分层且交错设置,能够增加茶叶的运动路程,使得茶叶在加热管得到充分的干燥,且输送带分层设置,茶叶在一根输送带到另一根输送带的过程会经历一个翻转的过程,因此可以避免茶叶出现长期积累在一起的情况,烘干效果好。

本发明涉及一种茶叶烘干机。
背景技术:
在茶叶的生产过程中,茶叶的烘干是必不可少的程序,茶叶烘干机是用高温烘干茶叶,使茶叶水分发挥充分的同时保留住茶叶内的营养成分的机械,使茶叶易于长时间保存,可以随时取用。现有的茶叶烘干机在使用时,普遍是将托盘分层放置在烘干机内,茶叶置于托盘上,烘干机内的加热器工作,对茶叶进行烘干。该种结构的烘干机在使用时,茶叶积聚在托盘上,烘干过程中茶叶内的湿气不易散去,烘干周期长,且烘干效果差。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种茶叶烘干机。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种茶叶烘干机,包括送料箱、输送带、蒸汽加热管和导料板,所述导料板倾斜设于送料箱内,蒸汽加热管设于送料箱内,且蒸汽加热管位于导料板的上方,若干输送带由上至下分层设置在蒸汽加热管内,且相邻的两输送带交错设置。
进一步地,所述输送带的接料端设有挡料板,挡料板的顶端固定于送料箱的内壁上,挡料板的底端为锥面,锥面抵触在输送带的输送面上。
进一步地,所述送料箱的侧壁上设有保温棉。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中的输送带分层且交错设置,能够增加茶叶的运动路程,使得茶叶在加热管得到充分的干燥,且输送带分层设置,茶叶在一根输送带到另一根输送带的过程会经历一个翻转的过程,因此可以避免茶叶出现长期积累在一起的情况,烘干效果好。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明一种茶叶烘干机,包括送料箱11、输送带12、蒸汽加热管13和导料板14,导料板14倾斜设于送料箱11内,且导料板14的底端置于送料箱11上出料口的下方,蒸汽加热管13设于送料箱11内,且蒸汽加热管13位于导料板14的上方,若干输送带12由上至下分层设置在蒸汽加热管13内,且相邻的两输送带12交错设置。
在输送带12的接料端设有挡料板121,挡料板121的顶端固定于送料箱11的内壁上,挡料板121的底端为锥面,锥面抵触在输送带12的输送面上。茶叶在通过输送带12输送过程中,挡料板121能够有效地保证茶叶掉落至输送带上。
为保证送料箱11的保温效果,在送料箱11的侧壁上设有保温棉。
本发明中输送带12分层且交错设置,能够增加茶叶的运动路程,使得茶叶在加热管13得到充分的干燥。干燥后的茶叶通过导料板14进入送料箱11的出料口处。

1.一种茶叶烘干机,其特征在于:包括送料箱(11)、输送带(12)、蒸汽加热管(13)和导料板(14),所述导料板(14)倾斜设于送料箱(11)内,蒸汽加热管(13)设于送料箱(11)内,且蒸汽加热管(13)位于导料板(14)的上方,若干输送带(12)由上至下分层设置在蒸汽加热管(13)内,且相邻的两输送带(12)交错设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的茶叶烘干机,其特征在于:所述输送带(12)的接料端设有挡料板(121),挡料板(121)的顶端固定于送料箱(11)的内壁上,挡料板(121)的底端为锥面,锥面抵触在输送带(12)的输送面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的茶叶烘干机,其特征在于:所述送料箱(11)的侧壁上设有保温棉。
