Abstract

本发明公开了一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组,包括安装在12‑18马力的手拖底盘前方的旋耕机支架,旋耕机安装在旋耕机支架上,旋耕机的作业幅度为1.5米‑2.3米,旋耕机和底盘的动力由安装在底盘上方的一台25‑40马力的发动机通过皮带直接带动,一组皮带带动底盘离合器盘传递行走动力,另一组皮带带动旋耕机皮带盘使旋耕机转动,旋耕机的刀辊轴上设置了数根挡草横条,秸秆不会缠绕在刀辊轴上,用驱动轮和镇压轮在旋耕作业的同时对土壤实施镇压使土壤和种子紧密结合,以利于种子发芽生长,水田作业时换装带有埋草齿的驱动轮和带有埋草齿的镇压轮边旋耕边掩埋秸秆,高效节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业机械,特别涉及一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组。
背景技术
手扶拖拉机结构简单,造价低,特别是旋耕作业效果很好,使用面广,随着农田承包专业户的不断增多,大多农田承包户的种植面积达到百亩以上,一台配置12-18马力的手拖不能及时完成作业任务,购买2台手拖又缺少人力,花费数万元购置大中型拖拉机又大材小用,因此需要一种适合中小承包户使用的高效节能,省工、省力的旋耕作业机械。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种留茬高,旱田浅耕,秸秆覆盖土表,水田秸秆深埋的一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组。
本发明的方案是:一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组,包括安装在12-18马力手拖底盘前方的旋耕机支架,旋耕机安装在旋耕机支架上,旋耕机的作业幅宽为1.5米-2.3米,旋耕机和底盘的动力由安装在底盘上方的一台25-40马力的发动机上的发动机皮带轮通过皮带直接带动,发动机皮带轮上的一组皮带带动底盘离合器盘传递行走动力,另一组皮带带动旋耕机皮带盘使旋耕机转动,旋耕机的刀辊轴上设置了数根挡草横条,旋耕作业时挡草横条能将400-500毫米高的秸秆挡排掉,秸秆不会缠绕在刀辊轴上,由于秸秆还田旋耕后的土层松软影响种子发芽生长,通过镇压方法用驱动轮和镇压轮在旋耕作业的同时对土壤实施镇压使土壤和种子紧密结合,以利于种子发芽生长,所述驱动轮用铁质材料制作,其左右两驱动轮之幅宽与旋耕机的作业幅宽相似,镇压轮设置在底盘后方,通过操纵镇压轮的起降获得所需旋耕深度和旋耕刀的离地高度。
本发明的优点是:1.在12-18马力手拖底盘上方安装一台25-40马力的发动机,直接带动底盘行走和旋耕机作业,机械结构简单。2.可充分利用现有手拖底盘,机械投资小,功效翻倍,人力减半。3.旋耕作业的同时用驱动轮实施对旱田镇压和水田秸秆的深掩埋。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组,包括安装在12-18马力手拖底盘10前方的旋耕机支架4,旋耕机7安装在旋耕机支架4上,旋耕机7的作业幅宽为1.5米-2.3米,旋耕机7和底盘10的动力由安装在底盘10上方的一台25-40马力的发动机1上的发动机皮带轮15通过皮带直接带动,发动机皮带轮15上的一组皮带带动底盘离合器盘2传递行走动力,另一组皮带带动旋耕机皮带盘6使旋耕机7转动,旋耕机7的刀辊轴17上设置了数根挡草横条16,旋耕作业时挡草横条16能将400-500毫米高的秸秆挡排掉,秸秆不会缠绕在刀辊轴17上,由于秸秆还田旋耕后的土层松软影响种子发芽生长,通过镇压方法用驱动轮9和镇压轮13在旋耕作业的同时对土壤实施镇压使土壤和种子紧密结合,以利于种子发芽生长,所述驱动轮9用铁质材料制作,其左右两驱动轮9之幅宽与旋耕机的作业幅宽相似,镇压轮13设置在底盘10后方,用连接板11与底盘10上的挂接框架连接,通过齿轮油泵18的油压操作控制阀伸缩油缸12使镇压轮13起降,获得所需旋耕深度和旋耕刀8的离地高度,行走时用尾轮14着地,易于拐弯操作,本机可安装施肥播种装置,能一次性完成秸秆还田的旋耕、施肥播种、重镇压为一体的旱田复式作业,水田作业时换装带有埋草齿的驱动轮9和带有埋草齿的镇压轮13,也可安装施肥箱,同步完成施肥、旋耕和秸秆掩埋的复式作业,留高茬秸秆掩埋均匀效果好,水田插秧无飘秧死秧现象,易推广。

Claims (3)

1.一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组,包括安装在12-18马力的手拖底盘(10)前方的旋耕机支架(4),旋耕机(7)安装在旋耕机支架(4)上,旋耕机(7)的作业幅宽为1.5米-2.3米,其特征是:旋耕机(7)和底盘(10)的动力由安装在底盘(10)上方的一台25-40马力的发动机(1)上的发动机皮带轮(15)通过皮带直接带动,发动机皮带轮(15)上的一组皮带带动底盘离合器盘(2)传递行走动力,另一组皮带带动旋耕机皮带盘(6)使旋耕机(7)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组,其特征是:旋耕机(7)的刀辊轴(17)上设置了数根挡草横条(16),旋耕作业时挡草横条(16)能将400-500毫米高的秸秆挡排掉,秸秆不会缠绕在刀辊轴(17)上,由于秸秆还田旋耕后的土层松软影响种子发芽生长,通过镇压方法用驱动轮(9)和镇压轮(13)在旋耕作业的同时对土壤实施镇压使土壤和种子紧密结合,以利于种子发芽生长。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种前置式水旱两用秸秆还田旋耕机组,其特征是:所述驱动轮(9)用铁质材料制作,其左右两驱动轮(9)之幅宽与旋耕机的作业幅宽相似,镇压轮(13)设置在底盘(10)后方,通过操纵镇压轮(13)起降,获得所需旋耕深度和旋耕刀(8)的离地高度。
