技术领域
本发明涉及供电及电气行业的连接器领域,具体是指一种方便安全省力的带测量点的电气快速接头。
背景技术
接线端子作为连接器的一种,是电气行业的一个重要组件,起着不可替代、不可忽视的作用,因工程技术人员在检修时首先也是从接口检查,也就是端子入手,因此接线端子的连接尤为重要。目前的接线端子、接线端子排与电缆端子的普遍连接方式是十字花螺丝,安装方法是先将电缆端头剥皮露出裸露的铜线,裸露的铜线称为电缆端子,将电缆端子插入接线端子的接线柱,然后拧紧十字花螺丝,螺丝跟螺母挤压住电缆端子,完成电缆接入功能。此种连接方式的弊端有三点,一是导线安装前后,接线端子和十字花螺丝的外观没有明显变化,即从外表不能观察出是否有接入导线或者导线是否安装牢固;二是无法及时发现电缆接触不良或断裂的情况,带来安全隐患;三是十字花螺丝安装需要扳手,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带测量点的电气快速接头,外观上即可确认电缆是否接入接线端子,同时提供测量点以便工程技术人员通过试电笔了解电缆接入情况。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种带测量点的电气快速接头,设有接线端子,接线端子设有筒状接线柱,其特征在于:筒状接线柱内壁上侧设有连接凸耳,绝缘杠杆通过销轴与凸耳连接,绝缘杠杆上设有使杠杆前端向下运动的弹簧,筒状接线柱上侧设有卡扣控制弹簧伸缩;条状的动接触片后端垂直成固定臂,固定臂前端固定在绝缘杠杆后端部,动接触片前端垂直弯曲成测量臂,测量臂设在绝缘杠杆前端部的连接孔内,连接孔对应着筒状接线柱壁上的测量孔,动接触片受压后,测量臂穿过连接孔和测量孔,在筒状接线柱外壁形成动接触片凸点。
本发明所述动接触片或筒状接线柱内壁上设有倒钩状的毛刺,在电缆端子插入后,可紧紧压住电缆端子,以防其脱滑。
本发明所述卡扣为绝缘卡扣,安装拆卸方便。
本发明所述弹簧为压簧,其一端与绝缘杠杆的前端部相连接,另一端与绝缘卡扣相连接,电缆端子插入后,卡扣卡入筒状接线柱内壁上,弹性力使得绝缘杠杆与电缆端子充分接触,提高导电性。
本发明所述动接触片具有弹性可变形性,电缆端子插入后,测量臂可穿透连接孔和测量孔,形成动接触片凸点,即测量点。
本发明所述动接触片凸点具有导电性,便于试电笔检测。
本实用所述动接触片后端弯曲成测量臂处为圆弧弯曲,确保电缆安全插入。
本发明在使用时,可手持卡扣顶端通过弹簧拉起杠杆,将电缆插入,按下卡扣即可,本发明安装方便,省时省力,安全系数高。

一种带测量点的电气快速接头,设有接线端子,接线端子设有筒状接线柱,其特征在于:筒状接线柱(4)内壁上侧设有连接凸耳,绝缘杠杆(1)通过销轴与凸耳连接,绝缘杠杆上设有使杠杆前端向下运动的弹簧(6),筒状接线柱上侧设有卡扣(5)控制弹簧伸缩;条状的动接触片(2)后端垂直成固定臂,固定臂前端固定在绝缘杠杆后端部。动接触片前端垂直弯曲成测量臂,测量臂设在绝缘杠杆前端部的连接孔(8)内,连接孔对应着筒状接线柱内壁上的测量孔(7),未插入电缆时,卡扣作用下的弹簧的弹性力使得测量臂无法穿过测量孔,外观可确认此接线端子未接入电缆端子;提起卡扣,电缆端子(9)插入,按下卡扣,杠杆受压向下压住动接触片,动接触片受压后,测量臂穿过连接孔和测量孔,在筒状接线柱外壁形成动接触片凸点(3),可确认电缆接入,通过试电笔检测凸点可了解电缆接入是否良好,此外,还可以拉一下露在筒状接线柱外侧的电缆(10),再次确认电缆接触的牢固性。
本发明也可以在销轴上安装卷簧,同样可以起到让杠杆前端向下运动和挤压电缆端子的作用。

1.一种带测量点的电气快速接头,设有接线端子,接线端子设有筒状接线柱,其特征在于:筒状接线柱内壁上侧设有连接凸耳,绝缘杠杆通过销轴与凸耳连接,绝缘杠杆上设有使杠杆前端向下运动的弹簧,筒状接线柱上侧设有卡扣控制弹簧伸缩;条状的动接触片后端垂直成固定臂,固定臂前端固定在绝缘杠杆后端部,动接触片前端垂直弯曲成测量臂,测量臂设在绝缘杠杆前端部的连接孔内,连接孔对应着筒状接线柱内壁上的测量孔,电缆端子接入后,动接触片受压,测量臂穿过连接孔和测量孔,在筒状接线柱外壁形成动接触片凸点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带测量点的电气快速接头,其特征在于:所述动接触片或筒状接线柱内壁上设有倒钩状的毛刺。
