技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种煤粉燃烧的工业锅炉,具体涉及一种带有中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧 装置的工业煤粉锅炉。
背景技术
[0002] 传统燃煤工业锅炉以层燃炉为主,即燃料置于固定或移动的炉排上形成燃料层, 空气从炉排底部通入,通过燃料层进行燃烧反应。其普遍存在锅炉热效率较低的问题。与层 燃炉相比,工业煤粉锅炉采用的是室燃燃烧方式,煤粉颗粒随同空气喷入炉膛进行悬浮燃 烧,具有较高的锅炉热效率。
[0003] 近年来,随着煤粉加工、运输及储存技术的发展,以及煤粉燃烧技术的不断成熟, 燃用煤粉的中小型工业锅炉得以不断发展。但受到炉膛尺寸及燃烧方式的限制,现有中小 型工业煤粉锅炉存在N〇X排放量高、飞灰可燃物含量高、炉膛易结渣难等问题。随着我国环 保问题的日益严峻,如果不对工业煤粉锅炉现存问题采取有效的解决措施,将难以满足日 益严苛的环保标准。
[0004] 针对工业煤粉锅炉的研宄,以德国为主的发达国家在过去的30多年中形成了 Dr. 8心〇??6、刚、?丨113“及333^^等不同的技术流派。其中8&&〇1^生产的(:0冊\-1]〇:燃烧机采 用分段送风多级燃烧技术,通过在直流环形一次风内、外分别布置一层旋流二次风,在预燃 室四周环形布置多个直流三次风喷口,实现空气径向分级燃烧。
[0005] 目前我国用于工业煤粉锅炉上的设置有燃尽风的煤粉燃烧装置,例如实用新型专 利《一种中小型工业炉用低氮煤粉燃烧装置》(中国专利号为ZL201420473036.7、申请公布 日为2014年12月31日、申请公布号为CN204063029U,下称“文件一”)仅在煤粉喷嘴上方设有 单个燃尽风喷嘴;实用新型专利《一种设有三级配风燃烧系统的锅炉》(中国专利号为 21201120307199.4、授权公告日为2012年5月23日、授权公告号为0似000091751],下称“文件 二”)在炉膛卧式布置时仅在炉膛端部的下侧布置一根或多根三次风管。研究表明,“文件 一”及提出的煤粉燃烧装置容易导致炉膛内结渣,飞灰可燃物含量升高,且不能有效地控制 NOx的排放量;“文件二”提出的锅炉存在易结渣,NOx减排效果差等问题。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明为了解决现有技术中工业煤粉锅炉NOx排放量高、飞灰可燃物含量高炉膛 易结渣的问题,进而提供一种带有中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧装置的工业煤粉锅炉。
[0007] 本发明为解决上述问题而采用的技术方案是:
[0008] 它包括旋流煤粉燃烧器、炉膛和多个分离二次风喷口,它还包括多个分离二次风 旋流器,旋流煤粉燃烧器包括一次风管、旋流内二次风管、旋流外二次风管、第一轴向旋流 叶片和第二轴向旋流叶片,旋流外二次风管和旋流内二次风管由外向内依次套装在一次风 管上,多个分离二次风喷口沿旋流煤粉燃烧器径向均布安装在炉膛上,每个分离二次风喷 口内安装有一个分离二次风旋流器,第二轴向旋流叶片安装在旋流外二次风管和旋流内二 次风菅乙间,第一轴向旋流叶片安装在一次风管、旋流内二次风管之间,旋流煤粉燃烧器的 出口端与炉膛进口端的内壁平齐设置。

[0011]①本发明装置在燃烧器外侧布置大量分离二次风喷口,并将35%〜55%的空气量 由分离二次风喷口送入,从燃烧器喷口送入的助燃空气比例仅占45%〜65 %,大幅度强化 燃烧器中心区域的还原性,燃料长时间处于还原性气氛中燃烧,整个燃烧过程中的N〇x生成 量都能得到有效降低。
[0012]②“文件一”所述煤粉燃烧装置仅在燃烧器上方布置一个燃尽风管,“文件二”所述 装置在炉膛卧式布置时仅在燃烧器下方布置一根或多根燃尽风管。单个喷口或单侧喷入的 燃尽风与烟气的接触面积小,混合均匀性差,与燃尽风接触的区域氧浓度相对过高,会导致 该区域燃烧更加剧烈,温度迅速升高,生成大量NOx。对比“文件一”、“文件二”,本发明装置 设置多个分离二次风喷口,并将多个分离二次风管以燃烧器轴线为中心环形均匀布置在燃 烧器外,多股射流分离二次风环向布置的形式增大了分离二次风与烟气的接触面积,有利 于分离二次风与炉内烟气的混合,避免因局部区域氧浓度过高而生成NOx。
[0013] ③对比Saacke生产的CONOx-UCC燃烧机,本发明装置将旋流内二次风布置在一次 风管外,一次风管输送高浓度煤粉气流,煤粉被完全集中在燃烧器中心喷入炉膛,增大了燃 烧器出口中心回流区的煤粉浓度,使煤粉集中在中心回流区还原性气氛中燃烧,延长了煤 粉在还原性气氛中的停留时间,降低了燃烧器中心区域N〇x的生成量。
[0014]④相较于Saacke生产的C0N0x-UCC燃烧机采用的直流三次风,本发明装置分离二 次风喷口可沿燃烧器径向摆动并在分离二次风喷口内布置叶片角度可调的旋流器,可摆动 的分离二次风喷口加大了分离二次风在径向的射流范围,同时,分离二次风喷口内布置的 旋流器使分离二次风微旋进入炉内,分离二次风与炉内烟气的接触面积更大、扰动更强烈, 混合效果更好,混合后烟气中氧浓度更加均匀,可以避免局部N0x的大量生成。

[0016]①“文件一”所述装置仅在燃烧器上方布置一个燃尽风管,燃烧器周围特别是燃烧 器下方区域水冷壁附近由于没有补入空气会一直处于低氧、还原性气氛,在还原性气氛中, 灰的熔点降低,水冷壁面上结渣可能性增大。“文件二”所述装置在炉膛卧式布置时仅在燃 烧器下方布置一根或多根燃尽风管,燃烧器上方区域水冷壁附近长时间处于还原性气氛, 使得这部分区域水冷壁易结渣。对比“文件一”、“文件二”,本发明装置在燃烧器四周均匀布 置多个分离二次风喷口,使燃烧器周围炉墙均处于氧化性气氛,氧化性气氛下灰熔点较高, 从而可以避免因为还原性气氛使灰熔点下降而导致的结渣。同时,分离二次风绕炉膛四周 运动,将高温、高灰渣浓度的烟气与炉膛内壁分隔开,减少了高温的灰渣与炉膛内壁的接 触,减轻炉内结渣;分离二次风的温度低,能够有效地降低炉膛内壁附近的烟气温度,使得 熔融的煤粒在到达水冷壁面时就已经被冷却,避免了由于水冷壁附近温度过高而引起的结 渣和高温腐蚀。
[0017] ②相较于Saacke生产的C0N0X-UCC燃烧机,本发明装置分离二次风喷口可沿燃烧 器径向向四周水冷壁方向摆动,并在分离二次风喷口内布置叶片角度可调的旋流器,加大 了分离二次风在径向的射流范围,旋转的分离二次风在水冷壁附近形成的强烈的扰动,吹 扫炉膛内壁,起到了清灰的作用,减少了炉内积灰,避免了因为受热面积灰过多而引起的结 渣。

[0019]①“文件一”所述装置燃尽风布置在燃烧器上方且燃尽风管只有一个,燃尽风被集 中在一个点送入炉膛,难以与炉内高温烟气混合均匀,不利于煤粉燃尽。对比“文件一”,本 发明装置在燃烧器外侧环形均匀布置多个分离二次风喷口,且各分离二次风喷口内布置有 旋流器,使分离二次风形成旋转射流进入炉膛,分离二次风与烟气的扰动更加剧烈,强烈的 扰动使得分离二次风与炉内高温烟气能够得到充分地混合,避免了因氧浓度分布不均而导 致的燃料无法燃尽的现象,有效地减少了不完全燃烧热损失,锅炉热效率得到提高。
[0020]②Saacke生产的CONOX-UCC燃烧机将高浓度煤粉气流环形给入炉内,在旋转的内 二次风的导向作用下煤粉气流迅速向外二次风区域扩开,与旋转的外二次风混合,二次风 风温低导致煤粉着火推迟,炉内停留时间缩短,并且长时间处于低温二次风中不利于煤粉 的燃尽。对比Saacke生产的CONOx-UCC燃烧机,本发明装置将一次风管布置在燃烧器中心, 一次风管将煤粉完全集中在燃烧器中心送入炉膛,使得喷入炉内的煤粉全部集中在高温中 心回流区,延长了煤粉在高温回流区的停留时间,有利于煤粉的燃尽。
