本发明公开了一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈,所述轴承内圈外套接有轴承外圈,所述轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间安装有保存架;所述轴承内圈上分别开设有第一安装凹槽、第二安装凹槽,所述保存架与轴承内圈之间安装有滚子,所述滚子一端安装有第一滚子端盖,所述滚子另一端安装第二滚子端盖,且所述第一滚子端盖位于第一安装凹槽内,所述第二滚子端盖位于第二安装凹槽内。本发明所述的一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其不仅保持轴承内部的润滑油不会流失,保证轴承处于润滑,而且防止外部污染物的进入,造成对轴承的损伤及其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承。
背景技术
减速器密封轴承主要用于各类减速器中,起到支撑齿轮轴或连杆的作用,在润滑不足的工况条件下,轴承内的油脂起全润滑的作用。但目前市场上所使用的减速器密封轴承其不能有效防止润滑油的流失和防止外部污染物的进入从而影响轴承的正常使用及其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其不仅保持轴承内部的润滑油不会流失,保证轴承处于润滑,而且防止外部污染物的进入,造成对轴承的损伤及其使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈,所述轴承内圈外套接有轴承外圈,所述轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间安装有保存架;所述轴承内圈上分别开设有第一安装凹槽、第二安装凹槽,所述保存架与轴承内圈之间安装有滚子,所述滚子一端安装有第一滚子端盖,所述滚子另一端安装第二滚子端盖,且所述第一滚子端盖位于第一安装凹槽内,所述第二滚子端盖位于第二安装凹槽内。
所述轴承外圈与密封圈相连,所述密封圈内开设有骨架凹槽,所述骨架凹槽内安装有骨架,所述骨架与第二滚子端盖抵触安装。
所述骨架与轴承外圈之间的密封圈上开设有凹槽。
所述第二安装凹槽的凹槽深度大于第一安装凹槽的凹槽深度。
所述第一安装凹槽内安装有防震保护块,所述第二安装凹槽内也安装有防震保护块。
本发明的有益效果是:一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其不仅保持轴承内部的润滑油不会流失,保证轴承处于润滑,而且防止外部污染物的进入,造成对轴承的损伤及其使用寿命。

如图1所示一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,包括轴承内圈1、轴承外圈2,所述轴承内圈1外套接有轴承外圈2,所述轴承内圈1与轴承外圈2之间安装有保存架3;所述轴承内圈1上分别开设有第一安装凹槽4、第二安装凹槽5,所述保存架3与轴承内圈1之间安装有滚子6,所述滚子6一端安装有第一滚子端盖7,所述滚子6另一端安装第二滚子端盖8,且所述第一滚子端盖7位于第一安装凹槽4内,所述第二滚子端盖8位于第二安装凹槽5内。
所述轴承外圈2与密封圈9相连,所述密封圈9内开设有骨架凹槽11,所述骨架凹槽11内安装有骨架10,所述骨架10与第二滚子端盖8抵触安装。
所述骨架10与轴承外圈2之间的密封圈9上开设有凹槽12。
所述第二安装凹槽5的凹槽深度大于第一安装凹槽4的凹槽深度。所述第一安装凹槽4内安装有防震保护块13,所述第二安装凹槽5内也安装有防震保护块13。
本实施例的一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其不仅保持轴承内部的润滑油不会流失,保证轴承处于润滑,而且防止外部污染物的进入,造成对轴承的损伤及其使用寿命。

1.一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其特征在于:包括轴承内圈(1)、轴承外圈(2),所述轴承内圈(1)外套接有轴承外圈(2),所述轴承内圈(1)与轴承外圈(2)之间安装有保存架(3);所述轴承内圈(1)上分别开设有第一安装凹槽(4)、第二安装凹槽(5),所述保存架(3)与轴承内圈(1)之间安装有滚子(6),所述滚子(6)一端安装有第一滚子端盖(7),所述滚子(6)另一端安装第二滚子端盖(8),且所述第一滚子端盖(7)位于第一安装凹槽(4)内,所述第二滚子端盖(8)位于第二安装凹槽(5)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈(2)与密封圈(9)相连,所述密封圈(9)内开设有骨架凹槽(11),所述骨架凹槽(11)内安装有骨架(10),所述骨架(10)与第二滚子端盖(8)抵触安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其特征在于:所述骨架(10)与轴承外圈(2)之间的密封圈(9)上开设有凹槽(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其特征在于:所述第二安装凹槽(5)的凹槽深度大于第一安装凹槽(4)的凹槽深度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种避免滚子轴承轴向移动轴承,其特征在于:所述第一安装凹槽(4)内安装有防震保护块(13),所述第二安装凹槽(5)内也安装有防震保护块(13)。
