Abstract
一种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法,其特征在于它由前处理和后处理组成,所述的前处理为等通道转角挤压,所述的后处理为后续强化热处理。其中前处理为将锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金加热至400±5℃,保温2±0.5h后,再放入模具中进行ECAP挤压处理。后续强化热处理包括:520±5℃´2±0.5h固溶、191±5℃´4±0.5 h时效处理。使用本发明前处理方法处理的合金,再经过后续的固溶‑时效处理。本发明方法简单,操作方便,经本发明处理后的合金耐腐蚀性得到显著提高,同时合金的其他各项性能也得以保持或提高。
Description
一种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镆高硅6000系铝合金耐腐 蚀性的方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种提高铝合金材料耐腐蚀性能的方法,尤其是一种提高锆和锶复合 微合金化的高镁高硅新型6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法,具体地说是综合利用ECAP、固溶、 时效技术来提高新型铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法。
背景技术
[0002] 近年来,世界各大铝厂为了具备高端铝合金市场的竞争力,分别推出了适用于相 同部位,具备类似性能但不同牌号的铝合金。6000系的铝合金是综合性能好的铝合金,强度 中等并且具有类似的抗腐蚀性和焊接性。6000系铝合金的良好的综合性能使其在航空航 天、武器装备、轨道交通领域等许多领域都有良好的应用前景。
[0003] 等通道转角挤压简称ECAP,相比较传统的塑性加工方法,具有极大的优势:I、ECAP 不但能够有效细化晶粒,而且可以细化第二相颗粒,并且能够使第二相颗粒均匀分布在基 体中,从而可以有效提高材料的各方面性能。2、挤压过程几乎无变形,因而可以重复挤压 获得组织均匀的亚微晶组织或纳米尺寸的超细晶材料。3、ECAP挤压通过模具拐角处产生的 是纯剪切变形,这比传统塑性加工所获得的变形量更大。
[0004] 合金化及微合金化是提高铝合金组织与性能的有效手段。锆(Zr)元素是目前铝合 金中常用的也是很有效的微合金化元素。向铝合金中加入微量锆(Zr),能起到阻碍再结晶 和晶粒长大,提高合金强度、硬度和焊接性等作用。锶(Sr)元素是铝合金中的一种很有效的 长效变质剂,可以有效细化合金中的化合物相。因此,Zr和Sr的复合微合金化可以在不降低 合金铸造性能、强度同时,提高合金的塑性和韧性。
[0005] 现阶段,6000系铝合金进行热处理时需要的固溶温度一般在560°C左右,固溶温度 较高,在热处理过程中变形量较大,并且其较低的镁、硅元素含量势必造成合金的耐热性较 差。迄今为止,我国对锆和锶复合微合金化高镁高硅6000系铝合金研究较少,锆和锶复合微 合金化高镁高硅6000系铝合金塑性变形和强化处理工艺一直受制于西方国家,这一定程度 上制约了我国航空航天、武器装备等工业的发展。因此结合提高锆和锶复合微合金化高镁 高硅6000系合金的几种后续加工主要方法来改善该合金的耐腐蚀性,对其发展具有重要的 实际意义。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的是针对锆和锶复合微合金化高镁高硅6000系合金的耐腐蚀性较差 的问题,发明一种提高其耐腐蚀性的加工方法。
[0007] 本发明的技术方案是: 一种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法,其特征在于 它由前处理和后处理组成,所述的前处理为等通道转角挤压,所述的后处理为后续强化热 处理。
[0008] 所述的等通道转角挤压是将经过浇铸沉淀、均质化退火、锻压加工后切割取样,加 热至400 ± 5 °C,保温2 ± 0.5h后放入模具中进行等通道转角挤压处理。
[0009] 所述的后续强化热处理为固溶处理+时效处理。
[0010] 所述的固溶处理是指对经过等通道转角挤压后的试样进行520±5°CX2±0.5h的 强化固溶处理;所述时效处理是指将经过固溶处理的试样在常温下立即进行水淬,水淬温 度为25 ± 5 °C,然后进行191 ± 5 °C X 4 ± 0.5h的时效处理。
[0011] 所述的锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金主要由铝(Al)、镁(Mg)、硅 (Si)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锆(Zr)和锶(Sr)组成,其中,镁(Mg)的质量百分比为1.76〜3.38 %, 硅(Si)的质量百分比为1.81〜2.55%,铜(Cu)的质量百分比为0.874〜0.907%,锰(Mn)的质量 百分比为0.467〜0.497%,锶(Sr)的质量百分比为0.001〜0.0011%,锆(Zr)的质量百分比为 0.421〜0.423%,余量为铝和少量杂质元素,各组份的质量百分比之和为100%。
[0012] 本发明的有益效果: (1)经本发明方法处理的合金,耐腐蚀性得到大幅度提高。ECAP工艺不但能够有效细化 晶粒,而且可以细化第二相颗粒,并且能够使第二相颗粒均匀分布在基体中,从而可以有效 提高材料的耐腐蚀性等各项性能。以实施例一为例,锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000 系铝合金经过ECAP挤压加工后,晶间腐蚀深度由295.4μπι (对比例一)减小到226.3μπι。再如 实施例二,其晶间腐蚀深度由370.6μπι (对比例二)减小到148.5μπι。
[0013] (2)经本发明方法处理的合金,合金的其他部分性能得以保持或提高。
[0014] (3)本发明所述锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金的耐腐蚀性的提高 方法,操作简单,设备要求低,具备很好的应用前景。
[0015] (4)本发明公开了一种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀 性的方法,一定程度上打破了国外对高性能铝合金的技术封锁,促进了我国高性能铝合金 产业的发展。

具体实施方式

[0021] 实施例一 如图1、2所示。
[0022] 一种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法,锆和锶 复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金的实测质量分数为六1-3.381%-2.555卜0.874(:11- 0.476Mn -0.42IZr -0. OOlSr,该铝合金经常规工艺浇铸沉淀、均质化退火、锻压加工后,切 割取样,将试样加热至400±5°C,保温2±0.5h后再放入凹模通道夹角Φ=110°的模具中进 行等通道转角挤压处理以细化铝合金晶粒;然后,对经过等通道挤压加工后的合金进行520 ±5°CT2 h的强化固溶处理,固溶结束后立即水淬,水温为25±5°C。水淬处理后,对合金进 行191±5°CX4 ±0.5h的时效处理。最后对力学性能进行测量,对其进行晶间腐蚀实验,以 得到其峰值时效时各方面的性能指标,并与仅进行冷压-强化固溶及时效处理的试样(对比 例一)对比。

实验结果表明,对比冷压-强化固溶及时效处理工艺(对比例一),等通道转角挤压及后 续的强化固溶时效处理对厶1-3.381%-2.555丨-0.874(:11 -0.476111-0.42121-0.00151合金 的延伸率影响不大,即材料塑性变化不大,抗拉强度和屈服强度略有提高。但其抗晶间腐蚀 能力有大幅度提高,材料的耐腐蚀性显著增强。

[0026] —种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法,其实测 质量分数为Al-I · 76Mg-l · 81Si-0 · 907CU-0 · 497Mn-0 · 423Zr -0 · 001 ISr,该铝合金经常规工 艺浇铸沉淀、均质化退火、锻压加工后,切割取样,将其加热至400±5°C,保温2±0.5h后再 放入凹模通道夹角Φ=11〇°的模具中进行等通道转角挤压处理以细化铝合金晶粒;然后,对 经过等通道挤压加工后的合金进行520±5°CT2 h的强化固溶处理,固溶结束后立即水淬, 水温为25 ± 5°C。水淬处理后,对合金进行191°C X 4 h的时效处理。最后对其力学性能进行 测量,对其进行晶间腐蚀实验,以得到其峰值时效时各方面的性能指标,并与进行冷压-强 化固溶及时效处理的试样(对比例二)对比。

实验结果表明,对比冷压-强化固溶及时效处理工艺(对比例二),等通道转角挤压及后 续的强化固溶时效处理对Al-I · 76Mg-l · 81Si-0 · 907CU-0 · 497Mn-0 · 423Zr -0 · 001 ISr合金 的延伸率影响不大,即材料塑性变化不大,抗拉强度也变化不大,屈服强度略有下降。但其 抗晶间腐蚀能力有大幅度提高,即材料的耐腐蚀性显著增强。

[0029] 本实施例的锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金的实测质量分数为八1_ 2 · 51Mg-2 · 12Si-0 · 886CU-0 · 484Mn-0 · 421Zr-0 · OOlSr,其余与实施例一相同,实测的耐腐蚀 性介于实施例一与实施例二之间。

1. 一种提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性的方法,其特征在 于它由前处理和后处理组成,所述的前处理为等通道转角挤压,所述的后处理为后续强化 热处理。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性 的方法,其特征是所述的等通道转角挤压是将经过浇铸沉淀、均质化退火、锻压加工后切割 取样,加热至400 ± 5 °C,保温2 ± 0.5h后放入模具中进行等通道转角挤压处理。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性 的方法,其特征是所述的后续强化热处理为固溶处理+时效处理。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性 的方法,其特征是所述的固溶处理是指对经过等通道转角挤压后的试样进行520 ± 5°C X 2 ±〇.5h的强化固溶处理;所述时效处理是指将经过固溶处理的试样在常温下立即进行水 淬,水淬温度为25 ± 5 °C,然后进行191 ± 5 °C X 4 ± 0.5h的时效处理。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的提高锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金耐腐蚀性 的方法,其特征是所述的锆和锶复合微合金化的高镁高硅6000系铝合金主要由铝(Al)、镁 (Mg)、硅(Si)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锆(Zr)和锶(Sr)组成,其中,镁(Mg)的质量百分比为1.76〜 3.38 %,硅(Si)的质量百分比为1.81〜2.55%,铜(Cu)的质量百分比为0.874〜0.907%,锰(Mn) 的质量百分比为〇. 467〜0.497%,锶(Sr)的质量百分比为0.001〜0.0011%,锆(Zr)的质量百分 比为0.421〜0.423%,余量为铝和少量杂质元素,各组份的质量百分比之和为100%。
