Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,包括监护服本体,所述监护服本体的领口处的纽扣内部设为中空,所述纽扣内装有GPS定位装置,所述监护服本体的袖口内设有安装带,所述监护服本体腰部设有定位带,所述监护服本体的口袋处还设有数据传输装置和报警装置;所述监护服本体的面料由里向外依次为基布层和金属层。本发明的有益效果为:袖口安装带上的血压脉搏监测传感器能够随时监测老人的心率和脉搏,腰部定位带上的跌倒监测传感器能够及时发现是否意外跌倒,从而能够及时采取救助措施,避免错过最佳救助时间;监护服本体采用的面料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能、耐磨性、耐高温性能,隔热性能好,有利于保证穿着人员的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种户外服,特别是一种耐腐蚀耐高温监护服。
背景技术
由于年轻一代工作和学习压力较大,大部分不能长时间陪伴老人,但老年人由于身体的原因独自在家或是外出时随时都可能发生各种危险情况,作为子女希望能及时获知老人在家的或是在外的一些情况,若发生突然意外能够及时获知并能够采取相应的救助办法;对于尚未有自救能力的幼儿家长及监护人有着同样的困扰,当幼儿独自外出时家长不能及时获知该幼儿的情况,当面临一些危险处境时家长不能及时采取相应的救助办法;还有一些特定工作岗位或场所的操作人员,由于工作环境的特殊性他们在工作状态时的健康状况或是位置都会起到很重要的作用,及时获知他们的情况,并在危险时及时采取一些救助办法显得尤为重要。
目前,市场上有各种各样的耐高温隔热防护服,这类防护服的用途性能要求其面料对热量传递,包括辐射、对流和传导具有有效的阻碍作用。同时,要求材料阻燃、对人体无毒无害、穿着方便。另外,现在的耐高温防护服一般只具备耐高温隔热功能,不适合带腐蚀性的工作场合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,以解决现有技术中的技术问题,它能够及时反映人体的健康状况,同时具备优良的耐腐蚀性能和耐高温性能。
本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,包括监护服本体,所述监护服本体的领口处的纽扣内部设为中空,所述纽扣内装有GPS定位装置,所述监护服本体的袖口内设有安装带,所述安装带上装有血压脉搏传感器,所述监护服本体腰部设有定位带,所述定位带上设有摔倒监测传感器,所述监护服本体的口袋处还设有数据传输装置和报警装置,所述GPS定位装置、血压脉搏传感器和摔倒监测传感器采集到的数据均由所述数据传输装置接收并传输;
所述监护服本体的面料由里向外依次为基布层和金属层,所述基布层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述金属层外侧设有涂覆层。
优选的是,所述摔倒监测传感器能够监测前后左右四个方向的摔倒数据。
优选的是,所述经纱与纬纱均为包芯纱,所述包芯纱包括芯纱和包覆纤维。
优选的是,所述芯纱为玻璃纤维长丝或化学纤维长丝,所述包覆纤维为阻燃腈纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维、芳纶纤维、阻燃棉中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:袖口安装带上的血压脉搏监测传感器能够随时监测老人的心率和脉搏,腰部定位带上的跌倒监测传感器能够及时发现是否意外跌倒,从而能够及时采取救助措施,避免错过最佳救助时间;监护服本体采用的面料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能、耐磨性、耐高温性能,隔热性能好,有利于保证穿着人员的安全。

本发明的实施例:一种耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,包括监护服本体1,所述监护服本体1的领口处的纽扣内部设为中空,所述纽扣内装有GPS定位装置2,所述监护服本体1的袖口内设有安装带3,所述安装带3上装有血压脉搏传感器4,所述监护服本体1腰部设有定位带5,所述定位带5上设有摔倒监测传感器6,所述监护服本体1的口袋处还设有数据传输装置7和报警装置8,所述GPS定位装置2、血压脉搏传感器4和摔倒监测传感器6采集到的数据均由所述数据传输装置7接收并传输;
所述监护服本体的面料由里向外依次为基布层9和金属层10,所述基布层9由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述金属层10外侧设有涂覆层11。金属层具有很好的隔热效果,使得该面料基布不会太热,提高了穿着舒适性。
所述摔倒监测传感器6能够监测前后左右四个方向的摔倒数据。
所述经纱与纬纱均为包芯纱12,所述包芯纱12包括芯纱12和包覆纤维13。
所述芯纱12为玻璃纤维长丝或化学纤维长丝,所述包覆纤维13为阻燃腈纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维、芳纶纤维、阻燃棉中的一种或多种。
所述涂覆层11为聚四氟乙烯涂层。聚四氟乙烯耐腐蚀性好,对大多数化学药品和溶剂表现出惰性,能耐强酸强碱、水合各种有机溶剂,且耐高温,耐大气老化,长期暴露于大气中,表面及性能保持不变。

1.一种耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,包括监护服本体,其特征在于:所述监护服本体的领口处的纽扣内部设为中空,所述纽扣内装有GPS定位装置,所述监护服本体的袖口内设有安装带,所述安装带上装有血压脉搏传感器,所述监护服本体腰部设有定位带,所述定位带上设有摔倒监测传感器,所述监护服本体的口袋处还设有数据传输装置和报警装置,所述GPS定位装置、血压脉搏传感器和摔倒监测传感器采集到的数据均由所述数据传输装置接收并传输;
所述监护服本体的面料由里向外依次为基布层和金属层,所述基布层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述金属层外侧设有涂覆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,其特征在于:所述摔倒监测传感器能够监测前后左右四个方向的摔倒数据。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,其特征在于:所述经纱与纬纱均为包芯纱,所述包芯纱包括芯纱和包覆纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,其特征在于:所述芯纱为玻璃纤维长丝或化学纤维长丝,所述包覆纤维为阻燃腈纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维、芳纶纤维、阻燃棉中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀耐高温监护服,其特征在于:所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
