人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种火龙果芝麻粥,由以下重量份原料制成:芝麻300-350、鲜橙100-120、燕麦40-50、黄瓜40-50、菠菜20-30、火龙果20-25、黑糖汁30-40、生姜汁20-30、决明子5-6、绞股蓝4-5、熟地5-6、玉米黑菌粉3-5、漏芦根3-4、龙常草2-3、九里香2-3、食品添加剂8-9、白糖适量、水适量:
食品添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:红薯50-60、玉米40-50、大白菜40-50、三文鱼肉20-30、榛子仁15-20、番茄汁50-60、心胆草5-6、人参6-7、小茴香籽4-5、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将红薯洗净去皮后,切成块,与洗净的玉米、大白菜一起放入锅中,加适量水,煮熟后打成浆汁备用;
(2)将三文鱼肉、榛子仁洗净,放入锅中,加番茄汁,煮熟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将心胆草、人参、小茴香籽用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1、步骤2中的浆汁、提取液合并,混匀即可。
一种火龙果芝麻粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
