背景技术
香菇又称香菌、冬菇。由于它味道鲜美,香气沁人,营养丰富,不但位列草菇、平菇之上,而且素有“蔬菜皇后”之誉,为“山珍”之一。香菇具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的营养特点。香菇具有提高机体免疫功能、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇、又可预防动脉硬化、肝硬化等疾病、香菇还对糖尿病、肺结核、传染性肝炎、神经炎等起治疗作用,又可用于消化不良、便秘等功能。
在日常饮食中,香菇经常用来煲汤,但长期食用也难免出现味觉乏味,因此,搭配营养的香菇食品越来越受到人们的追捧。
