Abstract
一种高低压柜除湿装置,包括冷凝室、干燥除尘室和制冷装置,冷凝室上其中二个相对的侧壁分别设有进气口和出气口,冷凝室进气口设有进气管,冷凝室出气口与干燥除尘室连接,干燥除尘室通过竖直隔板分割成干燥室和除尘室,竖直隔板上部与干燥除尘室顶部密封、下方设有透气间隙,除尘室上与竖直隔板距离最远的一个侧面上设有出气口,除尘室出气口设有折弯向上的出气管。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,首先利用冷凝室对空气中的水分进行冷凝,使其聚集,其次利用生石灰对空气中的水蒸气进行进一步的处理,最后利用活性炭来吸附空气中的异物和残留的水蒸气,主要用于高低压开关柜等半密封环境的处理,处理效果好,效率高,适用范围广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及除湿装置技术领域,具体属于一种高低压柜除湿装置。
背景技术
高低压开关柜顾名思义就是接高压或低压线缆的设备,一般供电局、变电所都是用高压柜,然后经变压器降压再到低压柜,低压柜再到各个用电的配电箱,里面无非就是把一些开关断路器之类保护器件组装成一体的电气设备。
其中高低压开关柜由于里面大多数为金属材质且缺少人工打理,时间一久之后,里面很容易积灰,且金属材质的温度比空气低,内部容易形成水蒸气,从而导致潮湿,容易降低其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种高低压柜除湿装置,克服了现有技术的不足,首先利用冷凝室对空气中的水分进行冷凝,使其聚集,其次利用生石灰对空气中的水蒸气进行进一步的处理,最后利用活性炭来吸附空气中的异物和残留的水蒸气,主要用于高低压开关柜等半密封环境的处理,处理效果好,效率高,适用范围广阔。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种高低压柜除湿装置,包括冷凝室、干燥除尘室和制冷装置,所述的冷凝室上其中二个相对的侧壁分别设有进气口和出气口,所述的冷凝室进气口设有进气管,所述的冷凝室出气口与干燥除尘室连接,所述的干燥除尘室通过竖直隔板分割成干燥室和除尘室,所述的竖直隔板上部与干燥除尘室顶部密封、下方设有透气间隙,所述的除尘室上与竖直隔板距离最远的一个侧面上设有出气口,所述的除尘室出气口设有折弯向上的出气管。
进一步,所述的冷凝室内设有螺旋的冷凝管,所述的冷凝管二端均与制冷装置连接。
进一步,所述的干燥室通过若干个隔板分割成若干层,所述的每层均放置有干燥剂包。
进一步,所述的除尘室内设有若干个竖直的活性炭棒。
进一步,所述的干燥剂包内填充有生石灰。
进一步,所述的清洁式除湿装置底部还设有底座,所述的底座上设有导流槽,所述的冷凝室底部设有下水管,所述的下水管延伸至导流槽内。

如图所示,本发明所述的一种高低压柜除湿装置,包括冷凝室71、干燥除尘室和制冷装置78,所述的冷凝室72上其中二个相对的侧壁分别设有进气口和出气口,所述的冷凝室进气口设有进气管712,所述的冷凝室出气口与干燥除尘室连接,所述的干燥除尘室通过竖直隔板74分割成干燥室72和除尘室73,所述的竖直隔板上部与干燥除尘室顶部密封、下方设有透气间隙,所述的除尘室上与竖直隔板距离最远的一个侧面上设有出气口,所述的除尘室出气口设有折弯向上的出气管731;所述的冷凝室内设有螺旋的冷凝管77,所述的冷凝管77二端均与制冷装置78连接;所述的干燥室通过若干个隔板分割成若干层,所述的每层均放置有干燥剂包75;所述的除尘室73内设有若干个竖直的活性炭棒76;所述的干燥剂包75内填充有生石灰;所述的清洁式除湿装置79底部还设有底座,所述的底座上设有导流槽791,所述的冷凝室底部设有下水管711,所述的下水管延伸至导流槽内。

1.一种高低压柜除湿装置,其特征在于:包括冷凝室、干燥除尘室和制冷装置,所述的冷凝室上其中二个相对的侧壁分别设有进气口和出气口,所述的冷凝室进气口设有进气管,所述的冷凝室出气口与干燥除尘室连接,所述的干燥除尘室通过竖直隔板分割成干燥室和除尘室,所述的竖直隔板上部与干燥除尘室顶部密封、下方设有透气间隙,所述的除尘室上与竖直隔板距离最远的一个侧面上设有出气口,所述的除尘室出气口设有折弯向上的出气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压柜除湿装置,其特征在于:所述的冷凝室内设有螺旋的冷凝管,所述的冷凝管二端均与制冷装置连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压柜除湿装置,其特征在于:所述的干燥室通过若干个隔板分割成若干层,所述的每层均放置有干燥剂包。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压柜除湿装置,其特征在于:所述的除尘室内设有若干个竖直的活性炭棒。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种高低压柜除湿装置,其特征在于:所述的干燥剂包内填充有生石灰。
