Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明灯,包括灯体,所述灯体上设有距离感应开关,灯体包括灯罩、散热基座和灯光组件,所述灯光组件位于灯罩内,所述散热基座设置在灯光组件下方,所述灯罩内壁涂设有导光用的荧光粉层,所述灯罩外壁涂有一层具有分解黏附在灯罩表面的油污、杀死与其相接触的细菌的光催化涂层。结构设计合理,使用方便,可随时在洗漱过程中,根据需要通过距离感应将镜前灯进行开启和关闭,避免沾满水或洗剂用品的手去直接触碰电源开关进行开启,保持电源开关表面整洁,灯罩外壁涂有的光催化涂层,能够分解黏附在灯罩表面的油污、杀死与其相接触的细菌,防止灯罩表面滋生细菌。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体是涉及一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明。
背景技术
[0002]现有的楼房户型设计,为充分利用空间,大多数卫生间容易出现采光不足的情况, 在进入卫生间时,通常需要开启照明灯,而镜前灯是一种新型家居照明产品,目前已被广泛 应用于家居、宾馆、酒店、展示厅等场所,然而,现有结构的镜前灯存在明显的不足之处,由 于人们进入卫生间进行洗漱时,习惯性开启照明灯,但是如果在洗漱过程中发现光线不够 强,想要开启镜前灯,而洗漱时,手上可能沾满水或泡沫,直接用手触碰控制开关,不仅容易 出现将开关表面弄脏的情况,还可能将水或泡沫从开关的缝隙渗入内部电路发生锈蚀,直 接影响控制开关的使用寿命,由于卫生间内环境潮湿,容易滋生细菌,长久使用,灯具容易 受滋生的细菌腐蚀。

[0004]发明目的:针对上述现有技术中的存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种 带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明,可随时在洗漱过程中,根据需要通过距离感应将镜前 灯进行开启和关闭,灯罩外壁涂有的光催化涂层,能够分解黏附在灯罩表面的油污、杀死与 其相接触的细菌,防止灯罩表面滋生细菌。
[0005]技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明所述的一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照 明灯,包括灯体,所述灯体上设有距离感应开关,灯体包括灯罩、散热基座和灯光组件,所述 灯光组件位于灯罩内,所述散热基座设置在灯光组件下方,所述灯罩内壁涂设有导光用的 荧光粉层,所述灯罩外壁涂有一层具有分解黏附在灯罩表面的油污、杀死与其相接触的细 菌的光催化涂层。

1. 一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明灯,其特征在于:包括灯体(1),所述灯体上 设有距离感应开关(2),灯体(1)包括灯罩(11)、散热基座(12)和灯光组件(13),所述灯光组 件(13)位于灯罩(11)内,所述散热基座(12)设置在灯光组件(13)下方,所述灯罩(11)内壁 涂设有导光用的荧光粉层(14),所述灯罩(11)外壁涂有一层具有分解黏附在灯罩(11)表面 的油污、杀死与其相接触的细菌的光催化涂层(15)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明灯,其特征在于:所述 距离感应开关(2)包括距离感应器、数据转换处理单元、控制器和灯光控制单元,所述距离 感应器的输出端与数据转换处理单元的输入端电连接,所述数据转换处理单元的输出端与 控制的输入端连接,所述控制器的输出端与灯光控制单元的输入端电连接,所述灯光控制 单元的输出端与灯光组件电连接。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明,其特征在于:所述控 制器包括感应检测模块、处理器模块和灯光亮度控制模块,所述感应检测模块和灯光亮度 控制模块均与处理器模块电连接。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明,其特征在于:所述距 离感应器为非接触式位移感应器。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明,其特征在于:所述灯 光组件(13)包括LED灯板,所述LED灯板上设置LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠上设有防护层,所述防 护层是由导热的绝缘胶体材料制成。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有杀菌功能的距离感应镜前照明,其特征在于:所述灯 罩(11)的表面还具有防腐涂层(16),防腐涂层(16)设置光催化涂层(15)下方。
