Abstract

技术领域
[0001]本发明属于石油设备领域,具体涉及一种全液压智能修井机,具体地说是一种根 据井内压力的不同,满足油管柱的上提下压,智能调解修井作业的管柱钻压和转速,防止井 内环空和油管柱内的液体喷泄,同时实现井场内油管柱的自动化移管排管上卸扣功能,并 且集成防喷器运输,走道自动折叠功能,属于石油装备技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]在传统的油田修井作业中,修井机全是通过绞车提升游吊系统来实现油管柱的 起、下作业,无法实现油管柱对井内下压功能,即修井机没有对井内自动注入的下压力,无 法克服井内流体对油管柱的顶升力,更无法实现自动对井内管柱内的防喷与放喷。还有一 个重要的问题,油田现场修井作业需要配置几个工人从事排管、移管等井口作业工作,以及 作业前的走道安装、防喷器安装等工作,井口恶劣的工作环境,危险性极高,为了减少作业 人员,降低油田修井作业成本,提高修井效率,实现修井机的自动化和智能化,设计开发了 一种全液压智能修井机。
发明内容

[0007] —种全液压智能修井机,其特征是:所述的镶嵌在全液压智能修井机变幅井架下 段内的液压缸,通过缸套顶升天车的导向滑轮组,导向滑轮组绳槽内的导向钢丝绳一头固 定在变幅井架的下段,另外一头通过天车的导向滑轮固定在顶驱上,实现油缸顶升时对顶 驱的提升,顶驱的提升速度和行程是液压缸的2倍,安装在顶驱下另一钢丝绳一端固定在顶 驱下部,另外一端通过变幅井架内游动井架上的滑轮导向,固定在变幅井架的下段,实现油 缸收缩时对顶驱的下压,顶驱的下压速度和行程是液压缸的2倍。通过集成的司钻智能控 制,实现对顶驱的上提和下压的参数设定和控制。

[0009] 一种全液压智能修井机,其特征是:所述的全液压智能修井机油管接送与排放装 置,排管架端头的升降液压缸的伸缩,使得排管架前高后低,油管在重力作用下自动滚到油 管检测维护装置侧,通过翻转机构的翻转把油管自动翻转到油管检测维护装置中,通过油 管检测维护装置对油管进行无磁探测,同时对油管两侧的丝扣进行护理和涂抹润滑脂,通 过计算机对检测的数据比较和计算,若油管不达标则被翻转机构排放到猫道的另一侧钻杆 架上,满足达标要求的油管通过翻转臂上的接送抓手抓取,翻转臂翻转90°后,接送抓手抓 取的油管竖立起来送给变幅井架侧边的抓管机构,油管接交给抓管机构,由抓管机构把单 根油管送到井眼中心线上,以便和顶驱中心管对接,然后集成在井口装置上的油管钳进行 井口上扣作业。

[0012]本发明全自动液压驱动井架起升前的准备工作:井口定位、液压调节支腿对载车 底盘的高度调解和支撑,并机械锁定,走道安装,井架起升后液压控制自动固定井架,所有 过程无需人手工并辅助以吊车进行作业,省时、省力、安全性大幅度地提高。然后通过油缸 (单油缸或多油缸)倍增行程的井架变幅机构,实现了对油管柱上提下压。顶驱修井的应用, 解决了井内管柱内流体的检测和控制;油管柱自动排送装置实现了自动排管和送管、油管 质量检测、丝扣维护和护理的集成设计,和一条龙服务。

1. 一种全液压智能修井机,其特征是:所述的发动机2和液压站5安装在底盘车1上,当 运输状态时自动翻折走道收起,井口装置固定在底盘车的尾部,液压修井机移运到井场后, 通过驾驶室内的倒车影像和定位测距对井口进行初步定位,井架移动快速定位装置的准确 定位,同时通过液压调节支腿对载车底盘的高度调解和支撑,并机械锁定。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种全液压智能修井机,其特征是:所述的全液压智能修井机 定位后,通过控制系统,操作智能修井机自动翻折维护走道,通过翻转液缸总成,翻转拉杆 总成等对护栏总成,走道总成进行展开至工作状态。
