本发明公开了抗静电纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料提取、挤压熔融、纺丝、上油、吹丝、上油集束、拉伸卷绕。所述原料为聚酯切片,将所述聚酯切片通过螺杆挤出机挤出,并加热熔融,获得熔体,将所述熔体通过纺丝机纺丝,获得纤维原丝,对所述纤维原丝进行上油工艺处理,涂覆抗静电油剂A,涂覆完成后进行纤维原丝吹丝,获得纤维丝,对所述纤维丝涂覆抗静电油剂B,进行上油集束,获得纤维束,将所述纤维束进行拉伸卷绕,获得成品。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效提高纤维的抗静电性能,防止工作、生活中静电的产生,应用于一些特殊行业,例如加油站、实验室等领域,提高安全性能,防止危险事故产生。

抗静电纤维的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维制备领域,特别是涉及一种抗静电纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
静电是一种处于静止状态的电荷。在干燥和多风的秋天,在日常生活中,人们常常会碰到这种现象:晚上脱衣服睡觉时,黑暗中常听到噼啪的声响,而且伴有蓝光;见面握手时,手指刚一接触到对方,会突然感到指尖针刺般刺痛,令人大惊失色;早上起来梳头时,头发会经常“飘”起来,越理越乱;拉门把手、开水龙头时都会“触电”,时常发出“啪、啪、啪”的声响,这就是发生在人体的静电。
静电的危害很多,它的第一种危害来源于带电体的互相作用。在印刷厂里,纸页之间的静电会使纸页粘合在一起,难以分开,给印刷带来麻烦;在制药厂里,由于静电吸引尘埃,会使药品达不到标准的纯度;在放电视时荧屏表面的静电容易吸附灰尘和油污,形成一层尘埃的薄膜,使图像的清晰程度和亮度降低;就在混纺衣服上常见而又不易拍掉的灰尘,也是静电捣的鬼。静电的第二大危害,是有可能因静电火花点燃某些易燃物体而发生爆炸。漆黑的夜晚,人们脱尼龙、毛料衣服时,会发出火花和“叭叭”的响声,这对人体基本无害。但在手术台上,电火花会引起麻醉剂的爆炸,伤害医生和病人;在煤矿,则会引起瓦斯爆炸,会导致工人死伤,矿井报废。总之,静电危害起因于用电力和静电火花,静电危害中最严重的静电放电引起可燃物的起火和爆炸。
如何解决静电产生,生产一种可以抗静电的纤维,确保上述特殊行业工作的安全,是一个必须关注的方向。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗静电纤维的制备方法,能够有效提高纤维的抗静电性能,防止工作、生活中静电的产生,应用于一些特殊行业,例如加油站、实验室等领域,提高安全性能,防止危险事故产生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗静电纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料提取、挤压熔融、纺丝、上油、吹丝、上油集束、拉伸卷绕。所述原料为聚酯切片,将所述聚酯切片通过螺杆挤出机挤出,并加热熔融,获得熔体,将所述熔体通过纺丝机纺丝,获得纤维原丝,对所述纤维原丝进行上油工艺处理,涂覆抗静电油剂A,涂覆完成后进行纤维原丝吹丝,获得纤维丝,对所述纤维丝涂覆抗静电油剂B,进行上油集束,获得纤维束,将所述纤维束进行拉伸卷绕,获得成品。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述加热熔融温度为180℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗静电油剂A为硅油抗静电剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗静电油剂B为磷酸酯抗静电剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过两次涂覆抗静电油剂,有效提高纤维的抗静电性能,防止工作、生活中静电的产生,应用于一些特殊行业,例如加油站、实验室等领域,提高安全性能,防止危险事故产生。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种抗静电纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料提取、挤压熔融、纺丝、上油、吹丝、上油集束、拉伸卷绕。
步骤1:提取原料,原料为聚酯切片。
步骤2:将所聚酯切片通过螺杆挤出机挤出,并加热熔融,获得熔体,熔融温度为190℃,保持30min。
步骤3:将所述熔体通过纺丝机纺丝,获得纤维原丝。
步骤4:对所述纤维原丝进行上油工艺处理,涂覆硅油抗静电剂。由于硅油抗静电剂的受热温度高,所以在纺丝后进行首次涂覆,能够确保其涂覆效果,不会因为温度过高而挥发。
步骤5:涂覆完成后进行纤维原丝吹丝,吹丝风速保持为7m/s,获得纤维丝。
步骤6:对所述纤维丝涂覆磷酸酯抗静电剂,进行上油集束,获得纤维束。由于磷酸酯抗静电剂受热温度较低,不能在高温条件下进行涂覆,故而在吹丝后,纤维丝温度降低后涂覆,确保了抗静电效果的提升。
步骤7:将所述纤维束进行拉伸卷绕,获得成品。
本发明通过两次涂覆抗静电油剂,有效提高纤维的抗静电性能,防止工作、生活中静电的产生,应用于一些特殊行业,例如加油站、实验室等领域,提高安全性能,防止危险事故产生,确保安全生产。

1.一种抗静电纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:原料提取、挤压熔融、纺丝、上油、吹丝、上油集束、拉伸卷绕。
2.所述原料为聚酯切片,将所述聚酯切片通过螺杆挤出机挤出,并加热熔融,获得熔体,将所述熔体通过纺丝机纺丝,获得纤维原丝,对所述纤维原丝进行上油工艺处理,涂覆抗静电油剂A,涂覆完成后进行纤维原丝吹丝,获得纤维丝,对所述纤维丝涂覆抗静电油剂B,进行上油集束,获得纤维束,将所述纤维束进行拉伸卷绕,获得成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热熔融温度为180℃-200℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电油剂A为硅油抗静电剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电油剂B为磷酸酯抗静电剂。
