Description

Safety needle
Technical Field
The invention discloses a safety needle with a catching groove structure, and belongs to the technical field of medical materials.
Background
The disposable needle is usually used in injection or blood sampling and is only provided with a cap. Such disposable needles have the following disadvantages: one is that it does not prevent the risk of reuse to cross-infection after use; secondly, by means of cap back-buckling, the medical care personnel are easily infected due to the requirement that the cap back-buckling needle head needs to be operated accurately, and meanwhile, the needle head cannot be locked stably after the cap is back-buckled, and the cap is easy to fall off.
The safety needle is designed to have a needle protection structure in order to avoid puncture or infection of medical staff and recovery staff in the needle design. The protective structure generally takes the form of a dead-locked needle. Some safety needles in the market at present are not strong in operability, for example, the invention patent application number is 201280006699.1, the patent designs a needle sleeve and a protective sleeve structure, and the purpose of locking a needle body is achieved by arranging a pressing protective sleeve and the needle sleeve at the neck end of the needle body, however, the needle head cannot be directly operated in a horizontal position, otherwise, the needle body has the defect of shielding, and therefore blood sampling or injection operation is not facilitated, and meanwhile, the needle body can be clamped in the needle sleeve only by a large pressing effect, so that the safety needle is poor in operability.

As will be apparent with reference to the description of figure 10: a first slide way (35) with an inclined slope is arranged between the first buckle groove (31) and the first lug boss (32). The rear end of the needle seat is provided with a first baffle body (36) along the outer periphery.
As can be seen from fig. 4 and 5: one surface of the first elastic sheet (41) is connected with the cylinder of the first sleeve body, the other three surfaces of the first elastic sheet are separated from the cylinder of the first sleeve body, and a second stopper (54) is formed at the lower end of the first elastic sheet relative to the cylinder of the first sleeve body. Meanwhile, one surface of the second elastic sheet (51) is integrally formed with the cylinder of the second sleeve body, and the other three surfaces of the second elastic sheet (52) are separated from the cylinder of the second sleeve body. The first elastic sheet (41) and the second elastic sheet (51) are provided with elastic sheets with certain width and length, and the elastic sheets can freely deform in the radial direction of the first sleeve body or the second sleeve body with certain margin under the action of stress.
A first hook piece (48) is arranged on the lower surface of each first elastic piece (41), and a second component (52) is arranged on the lower surface of each second elastic piece (51).
The cap (1) is a cylinder with one closed end and one open end, and the second sleeve body (5) and the first sleeve body (4) are hollow structures with two open ends. The front end diameter of block (1) is little, the block rear end diameter is big, sets up several vertical sand grips along block surface radial direction for in order to play the antiskid when pulling out the block.
In this embodiment, 2 first elastic pieces (41), 2 first hook pieces (48), 2 first hook grooves (31), 2 first positioning protrusions (32), 2 second hook grooves (33), 2 first slide ways (35), 2 second elastic pieces (51), 2 second hook pieces (52), 2 fourth hook grooves (42), 2 fifth hook grooves (44), 2 sixth hook grooves (45), 2 second positioning protrusions (43) and 2 second slide ways (46).
The inclined angle a of the front end of the fourth buckle groove (42) is more than or equal to the inclined angle b of the front end of the second hook piece (52); the inclined angle c of the rear end of the fourth catching groove (42) is less than or equal to the inclined angle d of the rear end of the second hook piece (52); the inclination angle e of the fifth catching groove (44) is less than or equal to the inclination angle f of the tail end of the second hook (52), and the inclination angle g formed at the front end of the sixth catching groove (45) is less than or equal to the inclination angle h of the front end of the third retainer (54); the inclination angle j of the second catching groove (33) is less than or equal to the inclination angle i of the tail end of the first member (48), and the inclination angle l of the front end of the third catching groove (34) is less than or equal to the inclination angle k of the front end of the second blocking body (47).
When the safety needle is not opened, the first hook (48) under the first elastic sheet (41) of the first sleeve body (1) is correspondingly buckled into the first buckling groove (31) of the needle base (3), and similarly, the second hook (52) of the second sleeve body (5) is correspondingly buckled into the fourth buckling groove (42) of the first sleeve body (4), so that the safety needle structure is in an initial light locking state. However, under the action of force, the first member (48) slides out of the first buckling groove (31) and the second member (52) slides out of the fourth buckling groove (42), and at the moment, the cap is pulled out, so that the injection needle can be used.
The front end slope angles of the first catching groove (31) and the third catching groove (33) are set so that the first hook piece (41) can be lightly locked on the first catching groove (31) and can relatively easily slide along the first slide way (35), and the second hook piece (52) can be lightly locked on the fourth catching groove (42) and can relatively easily slide along the second slide way (46), so that the stretching and locking purposes can be achieved with smaller force.
After the injection is finished, the second sleeve body (5) can be firstly pulled lightly, the first hook piece (52) with a certain inclination on the lower surface of the second elastic sheet (51) arranged on the second sleeve body (5) slides out of the fourth buckling groove (43) with a certain inclination on the upper surface of the first elastic sheet (41) arranged on the first sleeve body (4), and moves forwards along the second slide way (46), passes through the sixth buckling groove (45) and moves to the second positioning protrusion (43) with a certain inclination. The second elastic sheet (51) moves upwards with a certain margin due to the second positioning protrusion (43), and meanwhile, the second elastic sheet has the action force of rebounding downwards. When the second member (51) moves to reach the fifth catching groove (45), the second hook (52) at the lower end of the second elastic sheet (51) is caught in the fifth catching groove (45) under the action of the downward resilience force of the second elastic sheet; meanwhile, the third blocking body (54) is abutted against the second positioning bulge (43) of the first sleeve body, so that the second sleeve body and the first sleeve body are in a locking state. Then, the first sleeve body (4) is pulled forwards along the needle point direction, the process is the same as the process of pulling the second sleeve body (5), namely, the first hook piece (48) arranged on the lower surface of the first elastic piece (41) slides out of the first buckling groove (31) with a certain slope of the needle base, and the first hook piece (42) is buckled into the second buckling groove (33) through the first slide way (35) and the first positioning bulge (32) with a certain slope, and meanwhile, the second blocking body (47) of the first sleeve body cannot move forwards under the resistance action of the first positioning bulge (32). Therefore, the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body can not move forwards or backwards, and the needle body is locked in the hollow cavities of the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body to form a safety needle structure. The safety needle has simple structure and strong operability, and the used needle body can be safely and stably locked in the space between the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body only by small force after the safety needle is used.
