本发明涉及一种端子结构。
背景技术:
现有的接线端子是由金属片弯折形成的,既定形状的弹性臂具有一定弹性变形量。现有的接线端子与在反复使用后,弹性臂就会产生弹性疲乏,进而影响电流条与弹片之间的接触效果。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种端子结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种端子结构,包括弹性片、第一电流条和第二电流条,所述第一电流条和第二电流条分别插接在弹性片的两端;
所述弹性片包括一体成型且对称设置的两弹性部;所述弹性部具有一本体,该本体的两端均向内折弯并对应形成有第一弹性边和第二弹性边,第一弹性边的末端向下折弯并形成有连接边;
所述第二弹性边上设有弹性支撑边。
进一步地,所述第一弹性边上设有第一圆弧卡槽。
进一步地,所述第二弹性边上设有第二圆弧槽和第二圆弧凸台,且第二圆弧凸台位于第二圆弧槽的内侧。
进一步地,所述第一电流条上设有与第一圆弧卡槽相适配的第一圆弧凸台,第二电流条上设有与第二圆弧凸台相适配的第三圆弧卡槽以及与第二圆弧槽相适配的第三圆弧凸台。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中的第一电流条和第二电流条插接于弹性片上,便于装卸;在第二弹性边上设有弹性支撑边, 有效地防止第二弹性边多次插拔后产生弹性疲乏。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图4所示,本发明一种端子结构,包括弹性片3、第一电流条4和第二电流条5,所述第一电流条4和第二电流条5分别插接在弹性片3的两端。
弹性片3包括一体成型且对称设置的两弹性部31。弹性部31具有一本体310,该本体310的两端均向内折弯并对应形成有第一弹性边311和第二弹性边312,第一弹性边311和第二弹性边312均平行于本体310,第一弹性边311的末端向下90°折弯并形成有连接边313,两弹性部31中的连接边313相连。
为防止第二弹性边312多次插拔后产生弹性疲乏,在第二弹性边312上设有弹性支撑边300。
为便于将第一电流条4插接于弹性片3上,在第一弹性边311上设有第一圆弧卡槽314,与之相对应地,在第一电流条4上设有与第一圆弧卡槽314相适配的第一圆弧凸台41。
为便于将第二电流条5插接于弹性片3上,在第二弹性边312上设有第二圆弧槽315和第二圆弧凸台316,第二圆弧凸台316位于第二圆弧槽315的内侧。与之相对应地,在第二电流条5上设有与第二圆弧凸台316相适配的第三圆弧卡槽51以及与第二圆弧槽315相适配的第三圆弧凸台52。

1.一种端子结构,其特征在于:包括弹性片(3)、第一电流条(4)和第二电流条(5),所述第一电流条(4)和第二电流条(5)分别插接在弹性片(3)的两端;
所述弹性片(3)包括一体成型且对称设置的两弹性部(31);所述弹性部(31)具有一本体(310),该本体(310)的两端均向内折弯并对应形成有第一弹性边(311)和第二弹性边(312),第一弹性边(311)的末端向下折弯并形成有连接边(313);
所述第二弹性边(312)上设有弹性支撑边(300)。
2.如权利要求1所述的端子结构,其特征在于:所述第一弹性边(311)上设有第一圆弧卡槽(314)。
3.如权利要求2所述的端子结构,其特征在于:所述第二弹性边(312)上设有第二圆弧槽(315)和第二圆弧凸台(316),且第二圆弧凸台(316)位于第二圆弧槽(315)的内侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的端子结构,其特征在于:所述第一电流条(4)上设有与第一圆弧卡槽(314)相适配的第一圆弧凸台(41),第二电流条(5)上设有与第二圆弧凸台(316)相适配的第三圆弧卡槽(51)以及与第二圆弧槽(315)相适配的第三圆弧凸台(52)。
