The oil mist and the oil smoke which are not caught by the annular filter body in the air can enter a filtering area of a composite filter cylinder formed by an inner filter cylinder and an outer filter cylinder through a cyclone middle hole, a lower overflow hole and an overflow middle hole on the cyclone middle pipe. In order to change the captured oil mist into liquid oil and flow the liquid oil into the oil collecting barrel, a cyclone cover oil return hole and a central oil return hole are arranged on the lower baffle plate.
