Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其中吸收芯层是通过一种具有双层内腔结构的可固定、可拆卸过滤袋将高吸水树脂和绒毛浆分层放置后得到的，其工作原理为：当尿液进入到吸收芯层后，由于绒毛浆锁水能力差，但是其吸液能力快于高吸水树脂，这样一部分尿液先被下层的绒毛浆吸收，一部分尿液被高吸水树脂吸收，高吸水树脂吸液后体积膨胀，由于过滤袋上层无纺布具有一定的硬挺度，使得膨胀的树脂挤压下层绒毛浆，绒毛浆中的尿液溢出被高吸水树脂吸收，往复这个过程，极大的减少了绒毛浆中的尿液，达到了良好的锁水效果，有效的防止了尿液反渗；可拆卸的结构则使得产品能回收利用，更为绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及尿不湿技术领域，尤其涉及一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿。
背景技术
尿不湿是婴儿常用的日用品，是纸尿片、纸尿裤、拉拉裤的统称。干爽的尿不湿可以使婴儿保持整夜的安睡，由于吸水性强，被俗称为“尿不湿”。纸尿裤一般由三个主要部分组成︰表层、吸收芯层和底膜。其工作原理为：首先由纸尿裤的表层接收尿液并向下渗透，然后由导流层接收表面层渗透下来的尿液，沿着导流层纵向传导并扩散，绒毛浆通过毛细管的作用将液体迅速吸收、扩散，接着纸浆纤维中的液体被SAP吸收，纸浆恢复到干燥状态后进行下一次吸液。SAP吸收尿液后形成的胶体物，锁住尿液。纸尿裤的整体性能与各层的结构密切相关，一个性能优良的吸收芯层也离不开优良的面层和导流层，各层结构相互作用，才能发挥最大的功效。
吸收芯层是纸尿裤吸收系统的关键结构部位，位于纸尿裤中导流层与防漏底膜之间，其吸收性能的优劣直接影响到纸尿裤的质量，目前纸尿裤的吸收芯层主要由卫生纸或者非织造材料包裹高吸水树脂（SAP）和绒毛浆的混合体而成，起着吸收并存储尿液的作用，高吸水树脂锁水能力强，但是其吸收能力相对较慢，绒毛浆吸水速度快，但是其锁水能力差，导致蓄积在绒毛浆中的尿液极易反渗，使用体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，包括表层、导流层、吸收芯层和底膜，其特征在于，所述的吸收芯层是由过滤袋和分层填充于过滤袋中的吸收芯材组成。
所述的过滤袋由上层无纺布、中层纯天然纤维布以及下层无纺布经周边热压封合或胶粘而成。
所述的上层非织造布与中层纯天然纤维布之间填充有高吸水树脂，中层纯天然纤维布和下层非织造布之间填充有绒毛浆。
所述的上层无纺布经硬挺整理剂整理。
所述的中层纯天然纤维布为竹纤维、棉纤维、苎麻纤维中的一种或一种以上纺织而成。
所述的下层无纺布经疏水整理剂整理。
所述的吸收芯层还可以独立拆卸。
本发明开发了一种具有分层结构吸收芯层的尿不湿产品，通过一种具有双层内腔结构的可固定、可拆卸过滤袋将高吸水树脂和绒毛浆分层放置，其工作原理为：当尿液进入到吸收芯层后，由于绒毛浆锁水能力差，但是其吸液能力快于高吸水树脂，这样一部分尿液先被下层的绒毛浆吸收，一部分尿液被高吸水树脂吸收，高吸水树脂吸液后体积膨胀，由于过滤袋上层无纺布具有一定的硬挺度，使得膨胀的树脂挤压下层绒毛浆，绒毛浆中的尿液溢出被高吸水树脂吸收，往复这个过程，极大的减少了绒毛浆中的尿液，达到了良好的锁水效果，有效的防止了尿液反渗，此外，吸收芯层的可拆卸式设计在尿布回收过程中实际意义突出，过滤袋还可二次使用，有效的改善了传统尿不湿难以回收利用的缺点，更为生态环保。
具体实施方式
一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，包括表层、导流层、吸收芯层和底膜，其中吸收芯层是由过滤袋和分层填充于过滤袋中的吸收芯材组成；采用的过滤袋由上层无纺布、中层竹/棉纤维混纺布以及下层无纺布经周边热压封合而成，其中上层非织造布与中层竹/棉纤维混纺布之间填充有高吸水树脂，中层竹/棉纤维混纺布和下层非织造布之间填充有绒毛浆。
其中上层无纺布经硬挺整理剂整理，下层无纺布经疏水整理剂整理。
使用时尿液进入到吸收芯层后，一部分尿液先被下层的绒毛浆吸收，一部分尿液被高吸水树脂吸收，高吸水树脂吸液后体积膨胀，由于过滤袋上层无纺布具有一定的硬挺度，使得膨胀的树脂挤压下层绒毛浆，绒毛浆中的尿液溢出被高吸水树脂吸收，往复这个过程，极大的减少了绒毛浆中的尿液，达到了良好的锁水效果，防止了尿液反渗。
尽管结合实施例方案具体展示和介绍了本发明，但所属领域的技术人员应该明白，在不脱离缩附权利要求书所限定的本发明的范围内，在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化，均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，包括表层、导流层、吸收芯层和底膜，其特征在于，所述的吸收芯层是由过滤袋和分层填充于过滤袋中的吸收芯材组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其特征在于，所述的过滤袋由上层无纺布、中层纯天然纤维布以及下层无纺布经周边热压封合或胶粘而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其特征在于，
所述的上层非织造布与中层纯天然纤维布之间填充有高吸水树脂，中层纯天然纤维布和下层非织造布之间填充有绒毛浆。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其特征在于，所述的上层无纺布经硬挺整理剂整理。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其特征在于，所述的中层纯天然纤维布为竹纤维、棉纤维、苎麻纤维中的一种或一种以上纺织而成。
6.如权利要求2或3所述的一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其特征在于，所述的下层无纺布经疏水整理剂整理。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种具有独立分层吸收芯材的尿不湿，其特征在于，所述的吸收芯层还可以独立拆卸。
