Description
本发明涉及一种制造滴灌设备的方法和装置,特别是用于制造这样的设备,它包括:一根管子,有一组滴流元件粘接在管子表面上,各元件仅延伸至管子圆周的一部分。
制造已知类型的滴灌设备时的一个重要问题是在管子热压的时候将滴流元件粘接在管子上,通常是将滴流元件压靠在管子上而使其粘接,粘接的瞬间,滴流元件相对于管子的速度最好为零,以被免在粘接时产生应力和/或在管子上产生薄弱部分。目前,它是这样实现的:将各滴流元件在轴向加速,直至其速度达到热压管的速度,当管子和滴流元件以完全相同的线速度运行时,使滴流元件横向位移与管子接触,然而,实际上控制滴流元件的加速和横向位移,保证在滴流元件和管子以相同线速度运行的精确瞬间使滴流元件和管子接触是困难的。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于制造滴灌设备的新的方法和新的装置,它在上述方面具有优点。
根据本发明,提供了一种制造滴灌设备的方法,该设备包括一根形成有一组孔的管子,和与孔对齐地粘接在管子表面的滴流元件,各元件仅延伸至管子圆周的一部分,该方法包括:从一热压头中连续地热压管子;在热压时连续地送入一组滴流元件,使其相对管子轴向运动;在热压头下游一个短距离处热压管仍然发粘的第一位置,当各滴流元件到达该位置时其轴向运动被阻挡,并使其横向运动,与热压管的发粘表面稍微接触,由此使滴流元件稍微粘附在热压管上,并且开始与热压管一起轴向运动,在第一位置下游一个短距离处滴流元件已达到与热压管相同轴向速度的第二位置,压滴流元件使其牢固地粘接在热压管的发粘内表面上。
正如下面将要具体描述的,上述制造滴灌设备的方法更好地保证了:滴流元件与热压管的有效的粘接,是在滴流元件与热压管以相同轴向速度运行时精确地完成的。于是,这种方法减少了使管子变薄和/或在滴流元件与管子的粘接中产生应力的危险,而这种危险在将滴流元件压接粘合到热压管的瞬间两者轴向运动速度不同时容易产生。
本发明还提供了一种以上述方法制造滴灌设备的装置。

图1所示的装置包括一个热压机,它具有一个连续地压制管4的热压头2,和一个送料器6,它用于在压制管时连续地送进滴流元件8,使其穿过热压头2并进入管4内部,热压管4是圆形截面的,但滴流元件8仅延伸过管圆周的一部分。所以,要将滴流元件粘接到管4内表面,就要使滴流元件相对于管横向位移。
图2至4更详细地描述了这种方法,其中,在压制管的时候,将滴流元件8送入管4的内部,并相对管横向位移,以使滴流元件粘接到管的内表面,而不会(或最小限度地)在粘接时产生应力和使管削弱。
送料器6包括一个叠式存贮容器10,装有一叠滴流元件8,还包括一往复驱动器12,它将一叠滴流元件8最上层的一个送入热压头2。一个校正头14位于热压头2下游,用于减小从热压头出来的热压管4的直径。校正头14位于充水冷却室的入口。冷却室被划分成一个粘接区16和一或多个冷却区18,在粘接区16,滴流元件8被粘接到位于校正头14中的热压管4内部,在冷却区18,热压管和粘接在其上的滴流元件被冷却。图示的装置还包括:一个冲孔装置20,它与滴流元件8的出口对齐在热压管上冲孔;一个检验装置22,一个拉出装置24,它将热压管4通过热压头和其下游的其他装置拉至该拉出装置;和一缠绕轴26,热压管绕在其上。
滴流元件8可以是塑料材料的,可以通过压接而粘接到热压管4的内表面上,热压管也可以是塑料材料的,每个滴流元件8具有一个与热压管4内部相通的入口8a(图3),一个节流通道8b(例如一个迷宫),和一个出口8c,由冲孔机20冲出的孔与其对准。于是,来自管子内部的水流经迷宫通道8b而被节流,并以一个低的流速经滴流元件8的出口8c和管子上冲出的与出口对齐的孔流出管子。
除了图2中所示,并在图3和图4中更详细地显示的热压头2和粘接区16的部分,图1中所显示的滴灌设备的上述元件和制造它们的装置都是已知的。所以,下面将针对图2至4进行描述。
如图2至4中所示,热压头2包括一个上导轨30和一下导轨32,用于引导滴流元件8经热压头运动至校正头14,通过在热压机一端的送料装置6依次相接地将滴流元件8送入。通过上、下导轨30、32将其引导至校正头14,由此而防止滴流元件与热压管4发粘的内表面接触,直至其到达位于校正头14的导轨端部。
粘接装置16包括一导向件34,它用于当各滴流元件8从导轨30,32之间出来时阻止其轴向运动,于是,通过转轴36将导向件34可转动地装在粘接区16中,导向件34的一端形成有一个从其转轴36一侧的下表面悬垂的台肩38(图3)。一个弹簧40可与导向件34的另一端接合,迫使其到达一个抬起的位置,在该处台肩38抬起与从导轨30、32之间出来的滴流元件8对准。弹簧40的另一端固定在一个具有圆形导向面42a的压力敷料器42上。
图中所示的装置,特别是粘接装置16,如下工作:
送料装置6将滴流元件8经热压头2内部在经热压头延伸并终止于校正头14的上导轨30和下导轨32之间以依次相接的关系送入,如图2所示。
导向件34,尤其是其悬垂的台肩38,位于热压头2下游一个短距离处,以致在该处从热压头出来的管4仍然是粘的,弹簧40使导向件34转动,使其台肩38与从导轨30、32中出来的滴流元件8对准(图3a)。一旦台肩38与滴流元件的前缘接合,滴流元件使导向件34顺时针转动(图36),而使滴流元件移动与后面的一个脱离接触(图3c)、导向件仅使滴流元件与热压管4发粘的内表面稍微接触,使其稍微粘附在管的发粘内表面上,并开始与管一起轴向移动。
压力敷料器42位于导向件34下游一个短距离处,以致当滴流元件由于稍微粘附在管上而达到与热压管相同的轴向速度之后,敷料器42的圆形导向边42a与稍微粘附在热压管4上的滴流元件8前缘相接合。于是,当滴流元件和热压管之间没有(或几乎没有)相同运动时,敷料器元件42压滴流元件8使其牢固地粘接在热压管4的发粘内表面上,由此防止在滴流元件和热压管之间的粘接中产生应力,也防止使热压管变薄。
然后,热压管4与粘接在其内表面的滴流元件8一起继续经过冷却装置18,与滴流元件出口对齐在管上冲孔的冲孔装置20,检验装置22,拉出装置24,最后绕在缠绕轴26上。
图5显示了一个变型,其中省略了可转动的导向件34,而采用一个压力敷料器50,它延伸以阻挡从导轨30、32中出来的滴流元件的轴向运动,以致滴流元件因重力而落下,而与管的发粘内表面稍微接触。另一变型包括或一个正压力或一个负压力,连同(或代替)重力,在压力敷料器压滴流元件使其与管牢固粘接之前,使其径向移动与管的发粘内表面稍微接触。
Claims (10)
1、一种制造滴灌设备的方法,该设备包括一根形成有一组孔的管子,和与所述孔对齐地粘接在管子表面的滴流元件,各元件仅延伸至管子圆周的一部分,该方法包括,从一热压头中连续地压制管子,在压制时连续地送入一组滴流元件,使其相对管子轴向运动;在热压头下游一个短距离处热压管仍然发粘的第一位置,当各滴流元件到达该第一位置时其轴向运动被阻挡,并使其横向运动,与热压管的所述发粘表面稍微接触,由此使滴流元件稍微粘附在热压管上,并开始与热压管一起轴向运动;在第一位置下游一个短距离处滴流元件已达到与热压管相同轴向速度的第2位置,压滴流元件使其牢固地粘接在热压管的发粘内表面上。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述热压管的表面是其内表面,所述各滴流元件包括一个与管内部连通的入口,和一个出口,在所述热压管上与滴流元件出口对齐通过冲压而形成孔。
3、如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,将所述一组滴流元件以相互依次相接的关系通过热压管内部送入,当到达所述第一位置时,各滴流元件的轴向运动被阻挡,并附横向移动与热压管的发粘内表面接触。
4、如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,通过一个导向件阻挡各滴流元件的轴向运动,并使其横向运动与热压管的发粘内表面接触,导向件可从一个正常的第一位置移动,在该位置其台肩位于滴流元件的路径中,以致能与滴流元件前缘接合而将其挡住,通过与所述滴流元件的接合而使导向件移动至一第二位置,而使各滴流元件横向偏转与热压管的发粘内表面接触。
5、如权利要求1至3中任何一个所述的方法,其中,通过重力和/或正或负压力使所述各滴流元件横向移动,而与热压管的发粘内表面接触。
6、如权利要求3至5中任何一个所述的方法,其中,在第二位置由一固定的压力板压各滴流元件使其牢固粘接在热压管内表面上,该压力板有一前缘,可与稍微粘附在热压管发粘内表面上的滴流元件接合。
