The working principle of the invention is as follows: starting a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism drives a main driving wheel 13 to do circular motion, the main driving wheel 13 drives a secondary driving wheel 12 to do circular motion, the main driving wheel 13 and the secondary driving wheel 12 drive a stroke beam 6 to swing up and down through a torque arm 9 and a pull rod 10 respectively, and when the main driving wheel 13 and the secondary driving wheel 12 drive the pull rod 10 to do movement from the highest point to the lowest point respectively, the pull rod 10 drives the stroke beam 6 to do downward motion, and the pumping unit does upward stroke motion; when the main driving wheel 13 and the auxiliary driving wheel 12 respectively drive the pull rod 10 to move from the lowest point to the highest point, the pull rod 10 drives the stroke beam 6 to move upwards, and the pumping unit performs downward stroke movement. In addition, when the pumping unit needs to be stopped, the pumping unit can be stopped rapidly through the brake pad 25.

the actuating mechanism comprises a pull rod (10), a V-shaped power arm (11), a driven wheel (12) and a main driving wheel (13) connected with the driving mechanism, wherein the main driving wheel (13) and the driven wheel (12) are symmetrically arranged on the base (1), and the main driving wheel (13) and the driven wheel (12) are in external gear engagement transmission; the middle part of the V-shaped power arm (11) is movably connected to the stroke beam (6), two ends of the V-shaped power arm (11) are respectively and movably connected with the pull rods (10), and the other ends of the two pull rods (10) are respectively and movably connected with the main driving wheel (13) and the auxiliary driving wheel (12); the connecting center of the V-shaped power arm (11) and the stroke beam (6) is positioned on a vertical line with the center point of the axial lead between the main driving wheel (13) and the auxiliary driving wheel (12), and the main driving wheel (13) and the auxiliary driving wheel (12) drive the V-shaped power arm (11) to swing up and down along the vertical line of the center point through the pull rod (10);
the lower part of the stroke beam (6) is fixedly provided with a counterweight cavity (14) for counterweight, and the counterweight cavity (14) is positioned at one end close to the left upright post (2);
