Description

Control method, device and system of transmission strategy
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for controlling a transmission policy.
Background
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of Policy and Charging Control (PCC) defined by the third Generation Partnership Project (3 GPP). As shown in fig. 1, a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) performs Quality of Service (QoS) and Charging Policy making for the traffic using network resources. The PCRF needs to combine service information received from an Application Function (AF), user Subscription information received from a Subscription database (SPR), a policy configured by an operator, and the like. The PCRF issues a control Policy formulated for the service to a Policy and Charging Enforcement Function (PCEF for short) or a Bearer Binding and Event reporting Function (BBERF for short) for execution. Meanwhile, the PCRF may subscribe to bearer layer related events from the PCEF and/or the BBERF, so as to sense the events in time and change the control policy when the bearer layer has the events. In addition, the PCEF and the Traffic Detection Function (TDF) can perform Application Detection and Control functions according to a PCC rule (PCEF) issued by the PCRF or an Application Detection and Control (ADC) rule (TDF).
To further open up mobile network capabilities to third party application providers, the network support provides a special time window for third party provisioning of the transfer context data. The third party application provides the context data related information that needs to be transmitted (such as the maximum number of UEs for the context data to be transmitted, the maximum amount of data transmitted per UE, etc.) to any PCRF in the operator network. And after the PCRF decides a transmission strategy according to the relevant information, the transmission strategy is sent to a third party application, and meanwhile, the PCRF stores the strategy in the SPR. The transmission policy includes charging rate, maximum bandwidth, time window, etc. When a third party application sends data number to a specific UE, a third party application AF sends service information to a PCRF of the UE to request QoS authorization, and the PCRF of the UE acquires a previously decided transmission strategy from an SPR at the moment and provides QoS authorization for the UE according to the transmission strategy. However, in the above scheme, the network does not have a method of controlling data of the UE according to a transmission policy. There has not been an effective solution to the above-mentioned problems in the related art.
