A high voltage junction box with shielding meeting IP67, characterized in that: comprises an upper cover component, a base component, a total positive and negative copper bar and a shielding power line; the upper cover assembly comprises an upper metal cover, an upper plastic cover, an upper sealing gasket and an upper shielding ring; the base assembly comprises a lower plastic base, a lower metal base, a lower sealing gasket and a lower shielding ring; the middle parts of the upper sealing gasket and the lower sealing gasket are respectively provided with a through hole for the passage of a shielding power line, one side of the upper sealing gasket and one side of the lower sealing gasket are parallel planes, the other side of the upper sealing gasket and the lower sealing gasket are provided with semicircular arcs which are sunken outwards, the semicircular arcs are tightly matched with the surface of the shielding power line, the upper sealing gasket is embedded into the upper plastic cover, and the upper plastic cover is fixed in the upper metal cover; the lower sealing gasket is embedded into a lower plastic base, the lower plastic base is fixed in a lower metal base, a hexagonal groove for fixing a hexagonal bolt is formed in the lower plastic base, and a strip-shaped hole for enabling the total positive and negative copper bars to pass through is formed in one side of the hexagonal groove; the upper part and the lower part of the total positive and negative copper bars are provided with connecting holes, the lower parts of the total positive and negative copper bars are inserted into the strip-shaped holes, the bottom of a hexagonal bolt is arranged in the hexagonal groove, the upper part of the hexagonal bolt penetrates through the connecting holes on the upper parts of the total positive and negative copper bars, and one end of the shielding power line is fixed with the total positive and negative copper bars through a flange nut; the upper shielding ring and the lower shielding ring are symmetrically semicircular, are respectively embedded into one ends of the upper metal cover and the lower metal cover, and are tightly matched around the shielding power line after being buckled; the upper metal cover and the lower metal base are connected and fixed together through fixing bolts; the upper shielding ring and the lower shielding ring are respectively composed of a semicircular ring body made of 0.3mm phosphor copper, two ends of the semicircular ring body are respectively provided with a back-off buckle for being fixed with the upper metal cover and the lower metal cover, the back of the semicircular ring body is inwards sunken to form an arc-shaped bulge, and a plurality of strip-shaped grooves are formed in the middle of the arc-shaped bulge at intervals; the part of the sealing gasket which is not covered is provided with a bulge, and the bulge ensures to be contacted with the corresponding part of the box body.

The shielded high voltage cable box satisfying IP67 according to claim 1, wherein: the two sides of the upper plastic cover and the lower plastic cover are respectively provided with a buckle, and the buckles are matched with clamping grooves respectively correspondingly arranged on the upper metal cover and the lower metal cover.

The shielded high voltage cable box satisfying IP67 according to claim 1, wherein: positioning protrusions are respectively arranged around the upper sealing gasket and the lower sealing gasket, and penetrate through positioning holes in the upper plastic cover and the lower plastic cover respectively to be fixed with the upper plastic cover and the lower plastic cover.
4. The shielded high voltage cable box according to claim 3, wherein IP67 is satisfied by: the upper sealing gasket and the lower sealing gasket are made of silica gel and are treated by teflon.
5. The shielded high voltage cable box satisfying IP67 according to claim 1, wherein: the lower metal base is adhered with a sealing gasket on the mounting surface of the box body, and the sealing gasket is made of medium-hardness foaming silica gel.
6. The shielded high voltage cable box satisfying IP67 according to claim 1, wherein: the lower metal base needs to be integrally sprayed with plastic, and the contact surface of the lower metal base and the box body is coated with an anti-corrosion conductive paint layer.
