Abstract
The invention relates to an external packaging box, which comprises a bottom plate, short wing plates which are respectively arranged on the left side edge and the right side edge of the bottom plate, and long wing plates which are respectively arranged on the front side edge and the rear side edge of the bottom plate; the two short wing plates are turned upwards to form a first space. The invention aims to provide an external packaging box which is layered and has a large accommodating space. the two short wing plates are turned upwards to form a first space; the long wing plate comprises an area A connected with the side edge of the bottom plate and two areas B connected with the left side and the right side of the area A, after the long wing plate is turned upwards and folded, the area A is positioned on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the first space, the area B is positioned on the left side wall and the right side wall of the first space, and the long wing plate extends out of the upper side part of the first space to form a second space; the delivery package further includes a cover plate disposed on an upper side of the second space.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the invention comprises a bottom plate, two short wing plates which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate, and two long wing plates which are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate, wherein the short wing plates are folded to form a first space, and the long wing plates are folded to form a second space, thereby not only realizing layering, but also greatly improving the meal delivery space of the package box for delivery, enabling the takeaway of the same order to be centralized in one package box for delivery, not only reducing the delivery cost, but also enabling a meal delivery person to hold the package box by one hand, and facilitating the delivery.
2. The E area is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the short wing plate, after the short wing plate is turned upwards and folded, the E area is positioned on the front side and the rear side of the first space, and the folded E area can form a supporting reinforcing part for food placed in the second space, so that the stress of the first space is increased.
3. After the area B on the same side is folded, an overlapping area is formed in the middle of the left side wall and the right side wall of the second space, a through hole for fixing a pull rope is formed in the upper edge of the overlapping area, and the through hole is arranged in the overlapping area, so that the two long wing plates can be locked, the two long wing plates are prevented from being turned down, the pull rope can be strongly supported, and the overall stress of the package box which is sent out is further improved.

An outward feeding packing box comprises a bottom plate 1, short wing plates 2 which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate 1, and long wing plates 3 which are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate 1;
the two short wing plates 2 are folded upwards to form a first space 4; the long wing plate 3 comprises an A area 3-1 connected with the side edge of the bottom plate 1 and two B areas 3-2 connected with the left side edge and the right side edge of the A area 3-1, after the long wing plate 3 is turned upwards and bent, the A area 3-1 is positioned on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the first space 4, the B area 3-2 is positioned on the left side wall and the right side wall of the first space 4, and the long wing plate 3 extends out of the upper side part of the first space 4 to form a second space 5; the delivery package further comprises a cover plate 6 arranged on the upper side of the second space 5.
The side edge of the area B3-2 adjacent to the short wing plate 2 is provided with a plug-in part 3-4, and the short wing plate 2 is provided with a slot hole 2-5 matched with the plug-in part 3-4.
After the short wing plate 2 is turned upwards and bent, the slot holes 2-5 are positioned at the left and right upper edges of the first space 4.
The slot holes 2-5 are arranged in the middle of the upper edge of the first space and extend along the folds.
The slot holes 2-5 are used for inserting two corresponding plug-in parts 3-4 on the same side, and the width of the two corresponding plug-in parts is equal to the thickness of the two corresponding plug-in parts 3-4.
The left and right outer side edges of the short wing plates 2 are provided with butt joint gaps 2-4, and the two short wing plates 2 are mutually locked through the butt joint gaps 2-4.
The short wing plate 2 comprises a C area 2-1 connected with the side edge of the bottom plate 1 and a D area 2-2 connected with the corresponding outer side edge of the C area 2-1; after the short wing plate 2 is turned upwards and folded, the C area 2-1 is positioned on the left side and the right side of the first space 4, and the D area 2-2 is positioned on the upper side of the first space 4.
The slot holes 2-5 are arranged at the junction of the C area 2-1 and the D area 2-2.
E areas 2-3 are further arranged on the front side edge and the rear side edge of the short wing plate 2, and folding lines are arranged in the E areas 2-3; after the short wing plate 2 is turned up and folded, the E area 2-3 is positioned at the front side and the rear side of the first space 4 and is folded into a multi-layer reinforced supporting part. The folded E-region 2-3 may form a support reinforcement for the food placed on the second space 5.
The contour of the region B3-2 cut out for forming the plugging portion 3-4 is matched with the contour of the region E2-3.
The E area 2-3 is isosceles triangle, the corresponding B area 3-2 is hoof-shaped structure, and the outer tip part forms a plug-in part 3-4.
After the area 3-2 on the same side is folded, an overlapping area is formed in the middle of the left side wall and the right side wall of the second space 5, and a through hole 3-5 for fixing a pull rope is formed in the upper edge of the overlapping area.
The through holes 3-5 are arranged in the overlapping area, so that the two long wing plates 3 can be locked, the two long wing plates are prevented from being turned down, the stay ropes can be strongly supported, and the overall stress of the package box to be sent out is improved.
An F area 3-3 which is bent inwards and used for supporting the cover plate 6 is arranged in the area outside the overlapping area of the upper edge of the second space 5; the overlapping area is higher than the second space 5 to form a limiting lug 3-6, and two sides of the cover plate 6 are provided with fixed slots 6-1 for inserting the limiting lugs 3-6.
The limiting lugs 3-6 not only can be used for limiting the cover plate 6, when two outward-feeding packaging boxes are simultaneously distributed, the upper outward-feeding packaging boxes can be limited through the lower layer limiting lugs 3-6, or can be matched with the outward-feeding boxes disclosed in 20161043883. X.
The bottom plate 1 is rectangular, and the length of the area A3-1 along the left-right direction is equal to that of the bottom plate 1; the lengths of the C area 2-1, the D area 2-2 and the bottom plate 1 along the front-back direction are equal, and the lengths of the C area 2-1 and the D area 2-2 along the left-right direction are equal; the length of the B region 3-2 in the front-rear direction is equal to that of the a region 3-1, and the length of the B region 3-2 in the left-right direction is equal to that of the winglet panel 2. As shown in fig. 1, the unfolded package box is rectangular, and each partition is formed by cutting or folding (the solid line is cutting and the dotted line is folding), so that the package box is convenient to process and high in material utilization rate.
Claims (5)
1. the two short wing plates (2) are folded upwards to form a first space (4); the long wing plate (3) comprises an A area (3-1) connected with the side edge of the bottom plate (1) and two B areas (3-2) connected with the left side and the right side of the A area (3-1), after the long wing plate (3) is turned upwards and bent, the A area (3-1) is positioned on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the first space (4), the B areas (3-2) are positioned on the left side wall and the right side wall of the first space (4), and the long wing plate (3) extends out of the upper side part of the first space (4) to form a second space (5); the delivery packaging box also comprises a cover plate (6) arranged on the upper side of the second space (5);
the side edge of the area B (3-2) adjacent to the short wing plate (2) is provided with a plug-in part (3-4), and the short wing plate (2) is provided with a slot hole (2-5) matched with the plug-in part (3-4); the short wing plate (2) comprises a C area (2-1) connected with the side edge of the bottom plate (1) and a D area (2-2) connected with the corresponding outer side edge of the C area (2-1); after the short wing plate (2) is turned upwards and bent, the C area (2-1) is positioned at the left side and the right side of the first space (4), and the D area (2-2) is positioned at the upper side of the first space (4); the slot hole (2-5) is arranged at the junction of the C area (2-1) and the D area (2-2);
e areas (2-3) are further arranged on the front side edge and the rear side edge of the short wing plate (2), and folding lines are arranged in the E areas (2-3); after the short wing plate (2) is turned upwards and folded, the E area (2-3) is positioned at the front side and the rear side of the first space (4) and is folded into a multi-layer reinforced supporting part;
the contour of the area B (3-2) cut out for forming the plug-in connection part (3-4) is matched with the contour of the area E (2-3);
the E area (2-3) is isosceles triangle-like, the corresponding B area (3-2) is hoof-shaped structure, and the outer tip part of the E area forms an inserting part (3-4).
