Abstract

一种切木瓜的装置,包括外壳,外壳为空心的结构,在外壳顶部设置有圆孔与刀具口,外壳底部设有圆孔,外壳顶部圆孔上部安装有上料仓,上料仓的出料口与外壳顶部圆孔对应连通;刀具口上穿过有可沿刀具口在竖直方向运动的刀具;刀具下端开刃,刀具通过传动装置提供动力;外壳内部设置有可旋转的拨轮,拨轮上有孔,拨轮初始位置的孔对应设置在所述的外壳顶部圆孔的正下方;外壳底部设置有支架,将鲜木瓜放置于上料仓中,拨轮开始转动,当拨轮上的孔对准上料仓的下料口时,木瓜就会掉入孔中,当拨轮中的木瓜被运送到刀具下端时,传动装置通过皮带上的凸起带动刀具向下运动,达到切开木瓜的目的;本发明具有结构简单,节约劳动力的特点。

本发明涉及切木瓜装置,特别涉及一种切木瓜的装置。
背景技术
随着农业的发展,现在越来越多的农民选择了种植药材等农作物。药用木瓜,称百益之果,是一种中药。现在有大量农民种植,但是需要将鲜木瓜切开亮晒,是一个非常吃力的体力活,一个强劳动力,这很大程度上增加了农民的劳动力。所以发明一种切木瓜的装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种切木瓜的装置,该装置可以帮助农民及时快速的切开木瓜,通过该装置可以解放大量劳动力,节约了人力物力,具有结构简单、高效的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种切木瓜的装置,包括外壳2,所述的外壳2为空心的结构,在外壳2顶部设置有圆孔与刀具口13,外壳2底部设有圆孔,所述的外壳2顶部圆孔、刀具口13与外壳2底部圆孔不在同一竖直方向上;
所述的外壳2顶部圆孔上部安装有上料仓4,上料仓4的出料口与外壳2顶部圆孔对应连通;
所述的刀具口13上穿过有可沿刀具口13在竖直方向运动的刀具3;刀具3下端开刃,刀具3通过传动装置5提供动力;
所述的外壳2内部设置有可旋转的拨轮6,拨轮6上有孔,拨轮6初始位置的孔对应设置在所述的外壳2顶部圆孔的正下方;
所述的外壳2底部设置有支架1。
所述的传动装置5包括设置在外壳2顶部的电机座8,电机座8上设置有皮带轮9,皮带轮9之间有皮带10,皮带10上设置有凸起;皮带10通过电机带动;
所述的刀具3包括刀刃和在刀刃顶部的平台,穿过刀刃顶部的平台与外壳2顶部之间设置有固定杆12,固定杆12之间设置有弹簧11;
所述的皮带10上设置有凸起在随着皮带10旋转的过程中将刀具3压下。
所述的固定杆12共有2根,分布于刀具口13两侧。
所述的拨轮6为圆柱形,拨轮6上的孔为四个,呈圆周均匀排列。
所述的外壳2底部圆孔的正下方设置有具有一定倾角的出料口7。
所述的固定杆12顶部设置有凸台。
所述的刀具口13为十字形,刀具3为十字形。
所述的上料仓4呈扇形。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了提供一种切木瓜的装置,该装置可以通过刀具3的运动帮助人们及时快速的切开木瓜,通过该装置可以解放大量劳动力,节约了人力物力,具有高效的特点以及很好的实用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1图2所示:一种切木瓜的装置,包括支架1,外壳2,外壳2固定于支架1上部,外壳2上设有固定杆12,刀具口13以及进料口和出料口。刀具3,所述的刀具3通过固定杆12以及弹簧11与外壳2连接。上料仓4下端与外壳2上的进料口连接。传动装置5包括电机座8、电机、皮带轮9与皮带10。
所述的上料仓4呈扇形,有利于木瓜进入下料口。
所述的电机座8开有两个孔,上端孔放置电机,下端固定皮带轮9。
所述的皮带轮9分为上下两个,下方的皮带轮9通过轴承与电机座8连接。
所述的皮带10上设有凸台。
如图2图3所示:所述的固定杆12共有2根,分布于刀具口13两侧。
所述的固定杆12上端设有凸台,防止刀具3脱落
所述的固定杆12通过螺纹与外壳2连接,便于刀具3的拆装。
如图4所示:所述的刀具口13为十字形。
所述的刀具3上端开有孔,共4个,呈圆周均匀排列。
所述的刀具3呈十字形,下端开刃。
如图5所示:所述的拨轮6上设有孔,共4个,呈圆周均匀排列。
本发明的工作原理:
将适量需要切开的鲜木瓜放置于上料仓4中,开启装置后拨轮6通过电机带动开始转动,当拨轮6上的孔对准上料仓4的下料口时,木瓜就会掉入孔中,当拨轮6中的木瓜被运送到刀具3下端时,传动装置5通过皮带10上的凸起带动刀具3向下运动,达到切开木瓜的目的,当皮带10上的凸起离开刀具3时,刀具3通过弹簧11恢复原位,拨轮6将木瓜送至下料口时,切开的木瓜将通过出料口7排出。

1.一种切木瓜的装置,包括外壳(2),其特征在于,所述的外壳(2)为空心的结构,在外壳(2)顶部设置有圆孔与刀具口(13),外壳(2)底部设有圆孔,所述的外壳(2)顶部圆孔、刀具口(13)与外壳(2)底部圆孔不在同一竖直方向上;
所述的外壳(2)顶部圆孔上部安装有上料仓(4),上料仓(4)的出料口与外壳(2)顶部圆孔对应连通;
所述的刀具口(13)上穿过有可沿刀具口(13)在竖直方向运动的刀具(3);刀具(3)下端开刃,刀具(3)通过传动装置(5)提供动力;
所述的外壳(2)内部设置有可旋转的拨轮(6),拨轮(6)上有孔,拨轮(6)初始位置的孔对应设置在所述的外壳(2)顶部圆孔的正下方;
所述的外壳(2)底部设置有支架(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切木瓜的装置,其特征在于,所述的传动装置(5)包括设置在外壳(2)顶部的电机座(8),电机座(8)上设置有皮带轮(9),皮带轮(9)之间有皮带(10),皮带(10)上设置有凸起;皮带(10)通过电机带动;
所述的刀具(3)包括刀刃和在刀刃顶部的平台,穿过刀刃顶部的平台与外壳(2)顶部之间设置有固定杆(12),固定杆(12)之间设置有弹簧(11);
所述的皮带(10)上设置有凸起在随着皮带(10)旋转的过程中将刀具(3)压下。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种切木瓜的装置,其特征在于,所述的固定杆(12)共有2根,分布于刀具口(13)两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种切木瓜的装置,其特征在于,所述的拨轮(6)为圆柱形,拨轮(6)上的孔为四个,呈圆周均匀排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种切木瓜的装置,其特征在于,所述的外壳(2)底部圆孔的正下方设置有具有一定倾角的出料口(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种切木瓜的装置,其特征在于,所述的固定杆(12)顶部设置有凸台。
