本发明公开了一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,包括回收粉碎罐体、搅拌轴以及过滤网,所述搅拌轴竖直的置于回收粉碎罐体内,在所述搅拌轴上部连接由驱动其转动的驱动电机,所述搅拌轴的轴体上设有多个搅拌桨叶,所述搅拌桨叶自上而下依次固定在搅拌轴的轴体上,且在所述搅拌叶上设有多个垂直与叶体设置的刀片,所述回收粉碎罐体上部设有进料口,下部设有出料口,所述过滤网设置在出料口处。所述蛹虫草培养基回收装置整体结构简单,安装制作方便且粉碎回收效率高,节约人工强度,实用性高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,涉及培养基回收设备技术领域。
背景技术:
蛹虫草又名北冬虫夏草、北虫草东北虫草,与冬虫夏草同属不同种,其化学成份和功效非常相似,可以作为冬虫夏草的替代品。其中含有虫草素、虫草多糖、虫草酸、腺苷等成份,具有增强免疫、调节内分泌、护肝保肺、增强性功能等营养保健功效和多种药用功效。由于野生地蛹虫草已经很难采集到,但是人工培殖的成功为蛹虫草的广泛应用提供了可能,而目前对于蛹虫草所用的培养基,在使用完后都是通过人工粉碎再回收,因而强度大且回收效率较低。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单,操作方便且有效提高回收效率以及回收质量的蛹虫草培养基回收装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,包括回收粉碎罐体、搅拌轴以及过滤网,所述搅拌轴竖直的置于回收粉碎罐体内,在所述搅拌轴上部连接由驱动其转动的驱动电机,所述搅拌轴的轴体上设有多个搅拌桨叶,所述搅拌桨叶自上而下依次固定在搅拌轴的轴体上,且在所述搅拌叶上设有多个垂直与叶体设置的刀片,所述回收粉碎罐体上部设有进料口,下部设有出料口,所述过滤网设置在出料口处。
作为优选,所述回收粉碎罐体的罐体内部设有多个喷水头。
作为优选,所述回收粉碎罐体的罐体的内壁内设有加热板。
作为优选,所述刀片的刀口朝向与搅拌叶转动的切向方向一致。
作为优选,所述进料口设置为漏斗状进料口。
作为优选,所述驱动电机设置为伺服马达。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:所述蛹虫草培养基回收装置整体结构简单,安装制作方便且粉碎回收效率高,节约人工强度,因而实用性高,适合推广应用。

如图1所示的一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,包括回收粉碎罐体1、搅拌轴2以及过滤网3,所述搅拌轴2竖直的置于回收粉碎罐体1内,在所述搅拌轴2上部连接由驱动其转动的驱动电机4,所述搅拌轴2的轴体上设有多个搅拌桨叶5,所述搅拌桨叶5自上而下依次固定在搅拌轴2的轴体上,且在所述搅拌叶5上设有多个垂直与叶体设置的刀片6,所述回收粉碎罐体上部设有进料口7,下部设有出料口8,所述过滤网3设置在出料口处。
在本实施例中,为提高粉碎回收效果,所述回收粉碎罐体的罐体内部设有多个喷水头9,进一步地,,所述回收粉碎罐体的罐体的内壁内设有加热板。
为进一步提高粉碎效果,所述刀片的刀口朝向与搅拌叶转动的切向方向一致。
为方便加料,所述进料口设置为漏斗状进料口。
进一步地,所述驱动电机设置为伺服马达。
上述蛹虫草培养基回收装置整体结构简单,安装制作方便且粉碎回收效率高,节约人工强度,实用性高。

1.一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,其特征在于:包括回收粉碎罐体、搅拌轴以及过滤网,所述搅拌轴竖直的置于回收粉碎罐体内,在所述搅拌轴上部连接由驱动其转动的驱动电机,所述搅拌轴的轴体上设有多个搅拌桨叶,所述搅拌桨叶自上而下依次固定在搅拌轴的轴体上,且在所述搅拌叶上设有多个垂直与叶体设置的刀片,所述回收粉碎罐体上部设有进料口,下部设有出料口,所述过滤网设置在出料口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,其特征在于:所述回收粉碎罐体的罐体内部设有多个喷水头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,其特征在于:所述回收粉碎罐体的罐体的内壁内设有加热板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛹虫草培养基回收装置,其特征在于:所述刀片的刀口朝向与搅拌叶转动的切向方向一致。
