本发明属于饲料加工装置领域,特别是涉及一种饲料的高速搅拌装置。
背景技术
饲料搅拌是养殖场必须操作的步骤,传统饲料搅拌方式为人工搅拌,费时费力,现在逐渐开始使用饲料搅拌机。但是目前大多饲料搅拌机都是采用一组电动机驱动搅拌轴和搅拌叶片对饲料进行搅拌,这种单一的搅拌方式耗时较长,搅拌效率低,无可避免的产生饲料搅拌中分层的问题,即存在饲料搅拌不均匀的现象。
现有技术,如中国发明授权专利文献,授权公告号CN 104689748 A,该发明公开了一种饲料生产用搅拌器,包括壳体、搅拌装置和电机,电机安装在壳体上,壳体的顶部设置有进料口,壳体的底部设置有出料口,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌轴、搅拌棒和气泵,所述搅拌棒垂直固定在搅拌轴上,所述气泵固定在搅拌轴上,所述搅拌轴和搅拌棒为中空结构,所述气泵与搅拌轴的中空结构相连通,搅拌棒的中空结构和搅拌轴的中空结构相连通,所述搅拌棒上设置有出气孔,出气孔与搅拌棒的中空结构相连通,搅拌轴与电机的输出轴相连,搅拌轴位于壳体内。该发明在搅拌时,搅拌的物质不会粘接在搅拌棒上,不会额外增加电机的工作负荷,减少电能的损耗,也不需要清理搅拌棒,节约了人工,但是该装置的搅拌物料的质量还有待进一步提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种物料不易粘附在搅拌臂上,无需清洗搅拌机构,搅拌机构表面涂覆有防锈涂层,物料不会受锈蚀影响,还利于延长搅拌机构的使用寿命和保养的一种饲料的高速搅拌装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的技术方案为:一种饲料的高速搅拌装置,包括搅拌罐,搅拌罐内部安置的搅拌轴,搅拌罐顶部侧方设有物料进口,搅拌罐底部侧方设有物料出口,搅拌罐的轴线出安置搅拌轴,搅拌轴顶端安置在搅拌罐外部,搅拌罐外部的搅拌轴连接有电机和气泵,搅拌轴表面均布有搅拌棒,搅拌棒上均布有吹气管,本发明设计的搅拌棒上设有吹气管可有效避免物料在搅拌过程中搅拌棒上残留物料,不会增加电机负担,而且气体具有冷区作用,有利于搅拌装置长时间工作,延长装置使用寿命。
作为优选,搅拌轴与搅拌棒为中空结构,搅拌棒上端开设有均布的出气孔,出气孔与吹气管对应连接,出气孔的间距为搅拌棒总长的1/5~1/3。本发明设计的搅拌轴和搅拌棒均为中空结构,气泵的气体通过中空结构,气流从出气孔吹出去,气流对物料直接进行吹气,在空气在流通的过程中带走搅拌轴和搅拌棒产生的热量,物料不易粘附在搅拌轴和搅拌棒表面,如果粘接在搅拌轴和搅拌棒上面,吹出的气体将这些粘接的物料垂下,这样在搅拌的过程中,搅拌轴和搅拌棒上不会残留物料,也不会增加电机的额外消耗,减少了电能的浪费,达到了节能的目的。
作为优选,吹气管由内管和外管组成,内管与出气孔连接,外管套接在内管表面,外管为圆锥台形,内部中空,内管上端侧壁设有倾斜角度为5°~14°的内管出气孔,外管下端侧壁设有倾斜角度为15°~35°的外管出气孔,内管与外观的壁厚比为0.8~0.95:1,吹气管可实现改变气流方向,避免物料堵塞出气孔。
作为优选,搅拌轴与搅拌棒表面涂覆有防锈涂层,防锈涂层由以下成分及重量份组成:E-42环氧树脂38-54份、锌粉3-4份、四氧化三铁2-3份、氧化锌2.3-7.2份、苯胺甲醛树脂23-26份、儿茶酚1-2份、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、抗菌剂0.2-0.3份、聚邻苯二酰胺0.4-0.45份、三乙烯四胺8.5-16份、3-二乙氨基丙胺4-5份、二甲苯9-12份、甲乙酮11-17份、成膜树脂5-6份,通过在搅拌轴与搅拌棒涂覆防锈涂层可避免搅拌轴与搅拌棒长期在搅拌过程中产生锈蚀影响搅拌质量,涂覆的防锈涂料还可避免物料粘附在搅拌轴和搅拌棒表面。
作为优选,防锈涂层配方成分中的抗菌剂为功能活性多肽,功能活性多肽的氨基酸序列为MVYKILTVCLVASLLETCLADYHTYGSGGYGGGAVHHHAHGRAARAAHAHAGGGAAHGHGGFGSASAAAAARAAAAGGFGAAAAARAAAGGFG,该活性多肽可不通过细胞膜,直接作用于胞质内DNA,与细菌DNA 双螺旋沟槽结合,通过对细菌胞内酶结构、功能及对细菌胞内信号转导,干扰细菌细胞外膜蛋白的转录,抑制细菌生长,避免细菌在搅拌轴和搅拌棒表面滋生导致细菌影响饲料的卫生,影响饲养动物的健康。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:1)本发明设计的搅拌棒上设有吹气管可有效避免物料在搅拌过程中搅拌棒上残留物料,不会增加电机负担,而且气体具有冷区作用,有利于搅拌装置长时间工作,延长装置使用寿命;2)本发明设计的搅拌轴和搅拌棒均为中空结构,气泵的气体通过中空结构,气流从出气孔吹出去,气流对物料直接进行吹气,在空气在流通的过程中带走搅拌轴和搅拌棒产生的热量,物料不易粘附在搅拌轴和搅拌棒表面;3)通过在搅拌轴与搅拌棒涂覆防锈涂层可避免搅拌轴与搅拌棒长期在搅拌过程中产生锈蚀影响搅拌质量,涂覆的防锈涂料还可避免物料粘附在搅拌轴和搅拌棒表面;4)本装置的清洗养护成本低,减少了工人的工作量,装置可长时间工作,有利于提高企业经济效益。
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供一种饲料的高速搅拌装置,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。

搅拌轴2与搅拌棒3表面涂覆有防锈涂层,防锈涂层由以下成分及优选重量份组成:E-42环氧树脂42份、锌粉3份、四氧化三铁2份、氧化锌6份、苯胺甲醛树脂24份、儿茶酚1份、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份、抗菌剂0.24份、聚邻苯二酰胺0.42份、三乙烯四胺10份、3-二乙氨基丙胺4份、二甲苯10份、甲乙酮15份、成膜树脂5份,抗菌剂为功能活性多肽,功能活性多肽的氨基酸序列为MVYKILTVCLVASLLETCLADYHTYGSGGYGGGAVHHHAHGRAARAAHAHAGGGAAHGHGGFGSASAAAAARAAAAGGFGAAAAARAAAGGFG,该活性多肽可不通过细胞膜,直接作用于胞质内DNA,与细菌DNA 双螺旋沟槽结合,通过对细菌胞内酶结构、功能及对细菌胞内信号转导,干扰细菌细胞外膜蛋白的转录,抑制细菌生长,避免细菌在搅拌轴2和搅拌棒3表面滋生导致细菌影响饲料的卫生,影响饲养动物的健康,通过在搅拌轴2与搅拌棒3涂覆防锈涂层可避免搅拌轴2与搅拌棒3长期在搅拌过程中产生锈蚀影响搅拌质量,涂覆的防锈涂料还可避免物料粘附在搅拌轴2和搅拌棒3表面。
本发明的饲料的高速搅拌装置实际使用时:封闭搅拌罐6底部侧方设有物料出口,将物料从搅拌罐6顶部侧方设有物料进口倒入,由电机1驱动搅拌轴2旋转带动搅拌棒3,对物料进行搅拌,同时气泵5启动,气体有吹气管4内吹出,避免物料粘附到搅拌棒3表面,搅拌棒3和搅拌轴2表面涂覆防锈涂料,可有效避免锈蚀对物料的品质影响,而且防锈涂料也具有防止物料粘附到搅拌棒3和搅拌轴2表面的功能,当搅拌完成开启搅拌罐6底部侧方设有物料出口收集物料即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种饲料的高速搅拌装置,包括搅拌罐(6),搅拌罐(6)内部安置的搅拌轴(2),其特征在于:所述搅拌罐(6)顶部侧方设有物料进口,所述搅拌罐(6)底部侧方设有物料出口,所述搅拌罐(6)的轴线出安置搅拌轴(2),所述搅拌轴(2)顶端安置在搅拌罐(6)外部,搅拌罐(6)外部的搅拌轴(2)连接有电机(1)和气泵(5),所述搅拌轴(2)表面均布有搅拌棒(3),所述搅拌棒(3)上均布有吹气管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料的高速搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(2)与搅拌棒(3)为中空结构,所述搅拌棒(3)上端开设有均布的出气孔,所述出气孔与吹气管(4)对应连接,所述出气孔的间距为搅拌棒(3)总长的1/5~1/3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种饲料的高速搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述吹气管(4)由内管(11)和外管(9)组成,所述内管(11)与出气孔连接,所述外管(9)套接在内管(11)表面,所述外管(9)为圆锥台形,内部中空,所述内管(11)上端侧壁设有倾斜角度为5°~14°的内管出气孔,所述外管(9)下端侧壁设有倾斜角度为15°~35°的外管出气孔,所述内管(11)与外观(9)的壁厚比为0.8~0.95:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料的高速搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(2)与搅拌棒(3)表面涂覆有防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下成分及重量份组成:E-42环氧树脂38-54份、锌粉3-4份、四氧化三铁2-3份、氧化锌2.3-7.2份、苯胺甲醛树脂23-26份、儿茶酚1-2份、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、抗菌剂0.2-0.3份、聚邻苯二酰胺0.4-0.45份、三乙烯四胺8.5-16份、3-二乙氨基丙胺4-5份、二甲苯9-12份、甲乙酮11-17份、成膜树脂5-6份。
