Abstract
一种莲藕存放保鲜袋及其保鲜方法,涉及保鲜技术领域,包衣颗粒与淀粉100‑120份加入到瓶中,搅拌,5‑9小时;再升温,加入丙烯酸乙烯聚合物和胶黏剂,在90‑100℃下保持反应1小时;加入对苯二酚10‑13份终止反应,降温;然后用经双螺杆挤出机挤出、水冷、切割后制得双降解母料,最后经吹膜机吹膜即得目标制品。由丙烯酸酯聚合单体和具有活性支链的弹性体或带有多个活性端基的弹性体为主要成分,构成基体的丙烯酸胶黏剂。当胶液固化时,丙烯酸酯可以接枝到弹性体的主链上,从分子内部进行改性,显著地增加了韧性,并提高抗冲击性能。

本发明涉及保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种莲藕存放保鲜袋及其保鲜方法。
背景技术:
保鲜袋按制作材质分为聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)等种类。PE、PVDC保鲜袋相对比较安全,PE主要用于莲藕、蔬菜等的包装,PVDC主要用于一些熟食、火腿等的包装。而PVC保鲜袋虽然被广泛用于食品、蔬菜等的外包装,但对人体有一定的潜在危害。其危害主要来源于两个方面:一是产品中氯乙烯单体残留量(氯乙烯对人体的安全限量标准为小于1mg/kg),二是加工过程中使用的加工助剂的种类及含量。PVC中有两种物质具致癌可能性,一是VCM(氯乙烯单体),一是DEHA(增塑剂),如果VCM的成分在1PPM(百万分之一)的范围内是无毒的,如果超标就有致癌的可能性;,而增塑剂在高温下会释放出来并对人体有害。因此,国家质检总局2005年严禁生产PVC的企业使用增塑剂,并且禁止使用PVC保鲜袋包装肉类、熟食、豆腐等可以直接食用的食物。
现有的莲藕等蔬菜多随地放置,或者有塑料袋存放,不仅不会对保鲜起到任何作用,而且还容易被老鼠等啃食。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于份服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种韧性强的可用作莲藕等蔬菜的保鲜和防鼠。

一种莲藕存放保鲜袋,其特征在于:其制备方法包括:
称取引发剂1-2份配置引发剂水溶液,秤取丙烯酸20-25份和乙烯共聚物75-68份依次加入反应装置,引发剂在30分钟内加完,完成聚合工序,制得丙烯酸乙烯聚合物;
聚合工序制得的主料中加入称好的聚烯烃3-4份,混入引发剂剂和丙烯酸酯接枝的苯乙烯类弹性体,高混机搅拌2分钟;
将双马来酰亚胺和二胺按2:1的摩尔比加入超细滑石粉30-50份中,双马来酰亚胺和二胺的总重量与超细滑石粉的重量比为1:1~2,在氮气的保护及300~600r/min的速度搅拌条件下,升温到110~120℃,保温回流45min;
然后降温到80~90℃,在600~1000r/min的速度搅拌下,加入20~30℃的水析出反应产物,过滤,回收超细滑石粉;
硬脂酸锌50-95份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-40份、线性低密度聚乙烯1-30份、接枝单体5-10份、引发剂1-2份、防老化剂1-10份、硅烷偶联剂1-10份、扩链剂1-2份,置于高速混合制粒机中混合均匀,加入活性成分油30-50份,高速制粒,过筛,制得含油颗粒;
将颗粒包衣剂分散或溶于水中制得颗粒包衣剂浆液,将制备的含油颗粒置于一步制粒机中,喷入颗粒包衣剂浆液,干燥,过筛,制得包衣颗粒;
向包衣颗粒衣颗粒加入滑料、铝锆偶联剂、氯化聚乙烯,置混合机中,混合均匀,用旋转式压片机进行压片,制得素片;
将素片在氮气的保护下,在20~40℃下保温反应30min,然后升温到80~85℃,保温反应20~30min,然后加入2.0mol经过干燥处理后的内酰胺,在氮气保护下,在80~90℃下保温反应45~50min,减压,在水中进行乳液聚合得到的乳液作胶黏剂;
PE弹性体20-30份、热塑性聚氨酯18-22份、增韧聚碳酸酯45-55份、聚烯烃4-10份、硅烷偶联剂3-8份、接枝单体5-10份、引发剂1-2份、防老化剂1-10份、硅烷偶联剂1-10份、扩链剂1-2份,置于高速混合制粒机中混合均匀,加入活性成分油30-50份,高速制粒,过筛,制得含油颗粒;
将颗粒包衣剂分散或溶于水中制得颗粒包衣剂浆液,将制备的含油颗粒置于一步制粒机中,喷入颗粒包衣剂浆液,干燥,过筛,制得包衣颗粒;
包衣颗粒与淀粉100-120份加入到瓶中,搅拌,5-9小时;
再升温,加入丙烯酸乙烯聚合物和胶黏剂,在90-100℃下保持反应1小时;
加入对苯二酚10-13份终止反应,降温;
然后用经双螺杆挤出机挤出、水冷、切割后制得双降解母料,最后经吹膜机吹膜即得目标制品。

完成:将完成充气的莲藕,放入温度为1-5℃的冷藏室内,进行长期保存即可。
有益效果:由丙烯酸酯聚合单体和具有活性支链的弹性体或带有多个活性端基的弹性体为主要成分,构成基体的丙烯酸胶黏剂。当胶液固化时,丙烯酸酯可以接枝到弹性体的主链上,从分子内部进行改性,显著地增加了韧性,并提高抗冲击性能。

一种莲藕存放保鲜袋,其制备方法包括:

然后降温到80~90℃,在600~1000r/min的速度搅拌下,加入20~30℃的水析出反应产物,过滤,回收超细滑石粉;
硬脂酸锌95份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、线性低密度聚乙烯30份、接枝单体10份、引发剂2份、防老化剂10份、硅烷偶联剂10份、扩链剂2份,置于高速混合制粒机中混合均匀,加入活性成分油30-50份,高速制粒,过筛,制得含油颗粒;
将颗粒包衣剂分散或溶于水中制得颗粒包衣剂浆液,将制备的含油颗粒置于一步制粒机中,喷入颗粒包衣剂浆液,干燥,过筛,制得包衣颗粒;
向包衣颗粒衣颗粒加入滑料、铝锆偶联剂、氯化聚乙烯,置混合机中,混合均匀,用旋转式压片机进行压片,制得素片;
将素片在氮气的保护下,在20~40℃下保温反应30min,然后升温到80~85℃,保温反应20~30min,然后加入2.0mol经过干燥处理后的内酰胺,在氮气保护下,在80~90℃下保温反应45~50min,减压,在水中进行乳液聚合得到的乳液作胶黏剂;
PE弹性体30份、热塑性聚氨酯22份、增韧聚碳酸酯55份、聚烯烃10份、硅烷偶联剂8份、接枝单体10份、引发剂2份、防老化剂10份、硅烷偶联剂10份、扩链剂2份,置于高速混合制粒机中混合均匀,加入活性成分油50份,高速制粒,过筛,制得含油颗粒;
将颗粒包衣剂分散或溶于水中制得颗粒包衣剂浆液,将制备的含油颗粒置于一步制粒机中,喷入颗粒包衣剂浆液,干燥,过筛,制得包衣颗粒;
包衣颗粒与淀粉120份加入到瓶中,搅拌,5-9小时;
再升温,加入丙烯酸乙烯聚合物和胶黏剂,在90-100℃下保持反应1小时;
加入对苯二酚13份终止反应,降温;
然后用经双螺杆挤出机挤出、水冷、切割后制得双降解母料,最后经吹膜机吹膜即得目标制品。

将双马来酰亚胺和二胺按2:1的摩尔比加入超细滑石粉30-50份中,双马来酰亚胺和二胺的总重量与超细滑石粉的重量比为1:1~2,在氮气的保护及300~600r/min的速度搅拌条件下,升温到110~120℃,保温回流45min;
然后降温到80~90℃,在600~1000r/min的速度搅拌下,加入20~30℃的水析出反应产物,过滤,回收超细滑石粉;

PE弹性体20-30份、热塑性聚氨酯18-22份、增韧聚碳酸酯45-55份、聚烯烃4-10份、硅烷偶联剂3-8份、接枝单体5-10份、引发剂1-2份、防老化剂1-10份、硅烷偶联剂1-10份、扩链剂1-2份,置于高速混合制粒机中混合均匀,加入活性成分油30-50份,高速制粒,过筛,制得含油颗粒;
将颗粒包衣剂分散或溶于水中制得颗粒包衣剂浆液,将制备的含油颗粒置于一步制粒机中,喷入颗粒包衣剂浆液,干燥,过筛,制得包衣颗粒;
包衣颗粒与淀粉100-120份加入到瓶中,搅拌,5-9小时;
再升温,加入丙烯酸乙烯聚合物和胶黏剂,在90-100℃下保持反应1小时;
加入对苯二酚10-13份终止反应,降温;
然后用经双螺杆挤出机挤出、水冷、切割后制得双降解母料,最后经吹膜机吹膜即得目标制品。

3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种莲藕存放保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的淀粉为磷酸酯淀粉。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的一种莲藕存放保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的磷酸酯淀粉包括以下组分制备而成:磷酸氢二钠15-20份、玉米淀粉100-150份、水200-220份。
