Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型管道接头,包括接头本体,所述接头本体包括至少两个连接头,连接头之间开设有通孔,所述连接头上固定有卡扣,还包括有楔紧套,所述楔紧套与所述卡扣之间设有间隙;该管道连接头通过设置卡扣和楔紧套,管道卡设在卡扣与楔紧套之间,卡扣能够卡紧管道的内壁,楔紧套包裹住管道,达到连接管道的效果,大大降低了管道的连接成本,而且结构简单、成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道接头装置技术领域,特别涉及一种管道接头。
背景技术
现有的塑料管道的连接方式一般有三种新型管道连接头:一、粘接法,主要用于硬PVC管、ABS管的连接,做法是在承口和插口涂上粘结剂,插口挤压入承口,待粘结剂固化即成,使用的溶剂粘接剂大多为PVC在四氢呋喃或环己酮中的溶液,要求粘度适中,室温下最低粘度为90Pa·S,该连接方法连接效果差,一旦粘贴剂融化就会发生泄漏。
二、焊接法主要用于聚烯烃管,如LDPE,HDPE及PP管,焊接时,对操作的技术要求较高,效果也不尽如人意。
三、螺纹连接,螺纹连接比较安全可靠,但由于要开螺纹,管材管件的璧厚就必须比溶剂法管材管件厚一些,这种连接方法需要额外的加工管道,工艺繁琐,成本高。
发明内容
为了解决现有的塑料管道连接麻烦、成本高的问题,本发明提供一种结构简单、成本低的管道连接头。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种新型管道接头,包括接头本体,所述接头本体包括至少两个连接头,连接头之间开设有通孔,所述连接头上固定有卡扣,还包括有楔紧套,所述楔紧套与所述卡扣之间设有间隙。
在上述方案的基础上,所述卡扣倾向于所述接头本体的中心点设置。
在上述方案的基础上,进一步的,所述卡扣上设有多个卡齿。卡齿能够牢牢的卡主塑料管的内壁,使之无法脱落。
在上述方案的基础上,进一步的,所述楔紧套上开设有缝隙。由于缝隙的存在,所以使得楔紧套具有弹力,塑料管在卡进楔紧套与卡扣之间的缝隙后楔紧套能够牢牢的包裹住塑料管,防止塑料管在热膨胀的之后发生脱落的现象。
在上述方案的基础上,进一步的,所述缝隙呈横放的“凸”字形。
在上述方案的基础上,进一步的,所述缝隙中设有支撑块。支撑块在初始状态卡设在缝隙中,这样安装塑料管的时候会非常的轻松,安装过程中,塑料管顶开支撑块,楔紧套收缩,从而包裹住塑料管。
作为优选的技术方案,所述连接头上还设有密封圈。密封圈进到进一步的密封作用。
在上述方案的基础上,优选的,所述连接头设有圆台状的连接部,所述卡扣设于所述连接部与所述密封圈之间。圆台状的连接部使得安装更加的不费力。
在上述方案的基础上,优选的,还包括保护罩,所述保护罩包括第一保护罩和第二保护罩,所述第一保护罩与第二保护罩可拆卸连接。
在上述方案的基础上,优选的,所述第一保护罩呈圆台状。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:该管道连接头通过设置卡扣和楔紧套,管道卡设在卡扣与楔紧套之间,卡扣能够卡紧管道的内壁,楔紧套包裹住管道,达到连接管道的效果,大大降低了管道的连接成本,而且结构简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1-3所示,一种新型管道接头,包括接头本体1,在本实施例中,接头本体1上设有两个连接头,连接头102和103之间开设有通孔,但是其他数量接管口的管道接头,例如三通管道接头、四通管道接头都在本发明的保护范围内。
在本实施例中,暂且以连接头102为描述对象,另外的连接头的结构与该连接头相同,连接头102上固定有卡扣2,卡扣2呈圆环形,上面设有多个卡齿,且倾向于接头本体1的中心点设置;卡扣2的作用是通过卡齿牢牢的卡主塑料管的内壁,使之无法脱落。
在卡扣2的外圈设有有楔紧套3,楔紧套3与卡扣2之间设有间隙,在使用的过程中,塑料管就卡设在该间隙中。楔紧套3上开设有缝隙,缝隙呈横放的“凸”字形。由于缝隙的存在,所以使得楔紧套具有弹力,塑料管在卡进楔紧套与卡扣之间的缝隙后楔紧套能够牢牢的包裹住塑料管,防止塑料管在热膨胀的之后发生脱落的现象。
在缝隙中设有倒“凸”字型的支撑块6。支撑块6在初始状态卡设在缝隙中,将楔紧套3撑开,这样安装塑料管的时候会非常的轻松,安装过程中,塑料管顶开支撑块,楔紧套收缩,从而包裹住塑料管,防止塑料管热膨胀或发生脱落的现象。
为了进一步的做好密封工作,在连接头102上还设有两个密封圈4和5。密封圈进到进一步的密封作用。
为了便于安装塑料管,在连接头102上设有圆台状的连接部101,这样安装会很轻松。
为了保护内部结构,该新型管道接头设有括保护罩7和8,两个保护罩通过螺纹或者卡扣的方式连接,其中,保护罩7呈圆台状,方便使用。

1.一种新型管道接头,包括接头本体,所述接头本体包括至少两个连接头,所述连接头之间开设有通孔,其特征在于:所述连接头上固定有卡扣,还包括有楔紧套,所述楔紧套与所述卡扣之间设有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述卡扣倾向于所述接头本体的中心点设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述卡扣上设有多个卡齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述楔紧套上开设有缝隙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述缝隙呈横放的“凸”字形。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述缝隙中设有支撑块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述连接头上还设有密封圈。
8.根据权利要求7所述的新型管道接头,其特征在于:所述连接头设有圆台状的连接部,所述卡扣设于所述连接部与所述密封圈之间。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的新型管道连接头,其特征在于:还包括保护罩,所述保护罩包括第一保护罩和第二保护罩,所述第一保护罩与第二保护罩可拆卸连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的新型管道连接头,其特征在于:所述第一保护罩呈圆台状。
