本发明所述一种高强度塑料制品,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:聚碳酸酯原料40‑50%;亚铁酸钡0.1‑1%;己二酸二辛酯0.1‑3%;聚苯硫醚0.1‑3%;氮化硼0.1‑3%;聚丙烯腈碳晶40‑60%。本发明通过控制原料的添加比例,使得到的塑料制品各个方面的强度很高,拉伸强度超过80MPa,抗拉强度在800‑900kg/cm2范围,弯曲弹性在28000‑30000kg/cm2范围,耐冲击性超过90J/m,负载挠曲温度达到150℃,其硬度和抗老化性均达到工程塑料的标准。

本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种高强度塑料制品。
背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称塑料或树脂,可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。塑料的主要成分是树脂。树脂这一名词最初是由动植物分泌出的脂质而得名,如松香、虫胶等,树脂是指尚未和各种添加剂混合的高分子化合物。树脂约占塑料总重量的40-100%。塑料的基本性能主要决定于树脂的本性,但添加剂也起着重要作用。有些塑料基本上是由合成树脂所组成,不含或少含添加剂,如有机玻璃、聚苯乙烯等。大多数塑料制品具有质轻,化学性稳定,不会锈蚀;绝缘性好,导热性低;一般成型性、着色性好,加工成本低等优点,但是也存在很多不足,如:大部分塑料制品耐冲击性差,易断裂,尺寸稳定性差,容易变形,耐低温性差,低温下易变脆,容易老化等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种高强度塑料制品,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
聚碳酸酯原料40-50%;
亚铁酸钡0.1-1%;
己二酸二辛酯0.1-3%;
聚苯硫醚0.1-3%;
氮化硼0.1-3%;
聚丙烯腈碳晶 40-60%。
本发明通过控制原料的添加比例,使得到的塑料制品各个方面的强度很高,拉伸强度超过80MPa,抗拉强度在800-900kg/cm2范围,弯曲弹性在28000-30000kg/cm2范围,耐冲击性超过90J/m,负载挠曲温度达到150℃,其硬度和抗老化性均达到工程塑料的标准。

本发明所述一种高强度塑料制品,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:聚碳酸酯原料45%、亚铁酸钡0.5%、己二酸二辛酯0.5%、聚苯硫醚1%、氮化硼2%、聚丙烯腈碳晶51%。

聚丙烯腈碳晶 40-60%。
