本发明公开了一种卧式涂料调漆装置,包括筒体和变频电机;所述筒体内设有转轴;所述转轴上设有左螺旋叶片组和右螺旋叶片组;所述转轴内设有配料管,配料管连通有配料喷管;所述筒体右侧设有进料管,筒体底部设有出料管,出料管设有电磁阀门。本发明通过设有卧式的搅拌筒、反向的螺旋叶片组和位于螺旋叶片之间的配料喷管,使得配料和半成品涂料进行充分的接触和混合,提高了混合的效率和效果,提高的涂料的品质;本发明设有发泡剂分散管,使得生产中产生的泡沫快速被消除,提高涂料品质和生产效率。

[°°02]涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并 能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜 料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
[0003]涂料的加工工序一般包括配料、分散、研磨、调漆等工序,在调漆过程中,使用搅拌 装置将涂料和加入其中的各种添加剂及配料进行搅拌,使其充分混合,由于涂料的黏稠度 较大,搅拌桶中的物料上下层之间难以充分搅拌混合,一般搅拌装置很难使其充分搅拌均 匀,混合效率低,出料不方便,在搅拌过程中需要进行消泡作业。

[0015] 本发明的工作原理是:将配料装入配料箱11,将消泡剂加入消泡剂盒12中,将半成 品的涂料从进料管14中输送进筒体1内,启动变频电机丨7,变频电机丨7带动转轴2转动,转轴 2带动左螺旋叶片组5和右螺旋叶片组4转动,将物料从筒体1的两侧推向中间,使其充分搅 拌混合,启动抽料栗10,抽料泵1〇将配料箱i丨中的配料输送至配料管6中,配料从配料喷管7 中喷出,配料均匀的与半成品涂料进行混合,同时,左螺旋叶片组5和右螺旋叶片组4将配料 和涂料向中间位置推动并且对混合物进行翻动搅拌,使得配料充分的分散到涂料中,达到 了良好的混合分散效果,提高涂料的品质,打开消泡剂盒丨2的阀门,消泡剂进过分散管13流 入到筒体1的混合物中,对涂料进行快速高效的消泡,提高涂料的品质;根据需要启动加热 板1S,对混合物进行加热,达到最佳的混合温度,提高混合效率;本装置设有弹簧减震腿19 有效减小生产过程中的振动和噪音。
